Terrible, and I never even made it into the store. All I wanted was a replacements toilet seat, is that so much to ask?First I called the Greenfield store but I was told that I needed to call the toilet seat queen down in Northampton. Fortunately for her I’ve forgotten her name. I have an American Standard toilet. Not too fancy, right? The toilet is a somewhat older model but in perfect condition. I just needed a new seat. Nonetheless, it turned into quite the ordeal which turned into a total failure. For starters, the woman seemed to insist it be an AS seat and that IF one was even available it would likely be (rather) expensive. I was fairly amenable or agreeable but also mentioned that it did not have to be an American Standard seat. Still, I was open to suggestions. A generic seat that closely matched in color would be perfectly acceptable as well. Oh my goodness she was ornery and rude. She took my information, name, email address, and maybe phone number as well? But did I ever hear back from her? No, I absolutely did not. Some plumbing supply store, right? One request or inquiry for a replacement seat turned into a tug of war and ordeal.If you as a plumbing supply store with a designated toilet seat queen (guru?) cannot or rather will not sell a simple toilet seat or follow up with a simple email or call then what good are you? To me you are not. I assure you I will not consider you for any sort of purchase again.Snotty, terrible, and not even a courtesy follow-up as promised.

I needed to get some AC coil cleaner and could not find it anywhere in town. After searching all day I finally found this place. The only place in town that seems to have it. Very quiet place and very helpful staff. A little hard to find this place unless you are really looking for it. I am definitely glad I found this place.

Waited several weeks for order, half missing, had to follow up daily with staff...got a different story every time i called....4 weeks later finally got order, only to still be missing shower head. Very frustrating, next time will buy directly online. Not happy with customer service !

Curtious, knowledgeable, and personable. If they dont have what you need, they can get it pretty quickly.
