I used YELP to get quotes on a simple seat upholstery install. Ace Covering Upholstery responded quickly and with an extremely fair price (some where several hundred dollars for an hour of work). I dropped it off, and a week later it was ready. It looks perfect. Excellent quality. The owner, is a wonderful guy and was very helpful and gracious. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

The upholstery of one of my dining room chairs was damaged in a recent cleaning. The fabric was unusual and i was very concerned that it was be impossible to repair. I brought the chair up to AL Kleiva’s workroom in Northbrook, A couple of weeks later, Al personally delivered the chair to my home in perfect, good as new condition! I am thrilled ! Al and his company are amazing. They were recommended to me by another upholsterer who said Ace Covering was the only upholsterer in the area that they would trust. Al goes above and beyond and his work is fabulous. Al helped me with a couple pieces of furniture to find the exact fabric which would be perfect for each piece, taking the time necessary to explore everything that was available. Not only did they do an amazing job with my furniture (one was an oversized recliner), but when he found out I needed somebody to stain my dining room chairs he took care of that for me also, finding somebody and helping me determine the perfect stain color. Als style and taste reflect in his work. Al will take care of any job, from soup to nuts. They pick up and deliver the furniture also, all done in a very timely basis. You wont be disappointed. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
