I had the best experience Ive ever had at Sallys all because of Kat--she was eager to help me find the right shade (nobody else at other locations took the time to listen!) to cover my grays, she was knowledgeable and such a sweet person! Youre a true beauty Kat--inside and out!

Poor customer service. There were two employees at the store, either of them greeted when I entered like other Sally’s Beauty Supply store. When I asked questions, they were reluctant to answer.

Friendly people who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to hair dye and lashes. I will shop here again and again.
