Bad customer experience, rude. When I asked for an oversized Navigator, he asked me what are navigators which is okay, his assistant told him may be Pilot style so he shut him up saying there is no pilot style. Later when his assistant googled pilot sunglasses, he started explaining that how pilot is a genre rather than style. Arrogance dripped from the guy. I asked him to show large squarish piece that is not too expensive (as I tend to break them often), he got me the Prada of $400 saying this cud be the only one he can recommend ; not sure about price of every sunglass in the store but every piece I picked later was less expensive through many racks . I kept looking myself, tried a few and finally liked a RayBan. When I zeroed down on it and gave it a final try ....I pulled my mask down for a quick sec to see the look on face and put it back immediately, honest 1 sec. I am very cautious and was wearing a N95 the whole time vs the cloth mask he was wearing. Even when I had put it back already, he sprung into action telling me that I can pull down my mask for trial but in general I should keep it on. Why? I had spent whole time wearing N95 in the store and I had pulled down my mask for just a sec to see my face in shades for final trial before paying for it and inspite of me having pulled it back on in a sec or less which he clearly saw, he could not refrain to go on and advise me. I left the sunglass and will order it online. I know this does not sound so severe but that constant arrogance you can feel is irritating, may be it was not intentional but it was definitely not nice . Its like someone feeling superior and wanting you not to buy from them. I expect a better feeling when I go to a store .
Rude people who rather scare away the customer.
Only the best sunglasses. Nice staff
