I bought three coupons for $175.00 for myself, my mom, and my mother in-law. Although my mom and I had a pleasant experiences with our facials. My mother-in law was treated very badly with a nasty email. My mother-in law did not know she was supposed to tip because I was one who bought the coupon and this was a new experience for her. Kathleen canceled the last facial on my mother-in law which she forward the to me for proof. Kathleen refused to honor the last facial and in a nasty email ask my mother-in law not to contact her again about rescheduling. Also stating she didnt receive money for this. All of this because of no tip. If the program you were using was to get customers in the door, your methods is sure way how to not keep them. Point! This is not the way to treat customers.Kathleen words (To be clear, I will not schedule your last appointment. Your time has expired, you don’t tip and I was not paid one dime for this coupon. I sent an email asking if you were dissatisfied with the service by not tipping and I never heard from you. Please stop calling and do not come to the spa again.)Thank you.

I feel so lucky to have found Kathleen at Awakening Spirit. I have been in the business for 24 years and it is so nice to place an order and have it ready in a timely fashion. I have been to Awakening Spirit 3 times and each time Kathleen was more than happy to answer any questions that I had.
