I made an order for security key locks. After few days I received phone call they have it. My fiancé went to pick it up today. She got information there’s no order under my name or phone number.. time wasting amateurs 😑

I had a bad experience with the Service department. After checking on dashboard indicators, I got a call expressing they needed to replace tires/sensors. Great, parts were ordered. Once they came in, I got another call saying a different issue was found. My wiring had been chewed up by rodents, and I should call insurance for a claim. I started a claim, and a few hours later got a call from Hyndai saying they mixed up my name, and my car only needed the original fix. It would be ready that evening. I said id come in the next day, and when i did I found that my car wasnt ready. Dreadful communication threw a wrench into BIG plans. The only thing making this a 2 star review is the manager who got me a loaner. If you can avoid this location, do so.
