I have used this Walgreens pharmacy for years, but lately they have been terrible. They are extremely understaffed or slow. Takes a very long time to get a prescription filled. Been waiting over 4 hours for an antibiotic to be filled and am worried it won’t be ready before they close tonight. Have tried to call multiple times and they won’t answer the phone. The last few times I have picked up prescriptions I have had to wait 20-45 minutes in line. Unacceptable. I will be changing pharmacies now.

Twice I waited in line for a covid vaccine for 30+ min just to leave without it. The first time after 3 different people saw my vaccine card and I filled out all the paperwork they said they couldnt get it because it had to be 6 months since my last shot (I was 1 week shy).Today I went online to see if they required appointments. Google said no appointment needed and their website offered appointments but said nothing about a appointments being required. I spoke to the manager, Kate, who was very rude, and condescending, even making rude remarks as I was walking away. If youre going to require appointments, you need to make it very clear that appointments are required.

I came in looking for the Nightmare Before Christmas squishmallows, pretty aware that they would probably be sold out but looking anyway, so I walked up and asked one of the associates there and she made it pretty clear that the employees had pretty much bought them all. Highly unprofessional.

This used to be my favorite walgreens. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Came in, no carts...asked an employee if I could have a cart. She said we dont have any theyve all been stolen. I said that makes it pretty difficult for me to shop since I can only carry a couple of things and use my cane. She replied..yep. and walked off. The shelves were pretty bare also. It must have changed management because the manager was great.

I have been waiting to pick up a prescription for my daughter for two weeks now, and they are refusing to fill this prescription for Ivermectin...even though they have filled this before. No call either to let me know just waiting and waiting for the prescription ready call ! Walgreens you just lost my business!!!

Got Tdap shot everyone was extremely professional and the lady who administered shot was friendly and made me feel at ease considering I absolutely hate shots and only did it because I am having a child and it was highly recommended I get the shot

Employees, not wearing masks effectively. The blond, Eastern European clerk checking me out, had her mask below her nose and proceeded to sneeze while she was checking me out. After she did, I asked her to and informed her that if she was with customers she should have her mask fully covering her nose. She nastily refused and then sneezed again without pulling her mask up. Walgreens is a pharmacy where people need to get essential health products. This is not appropriate and i hope this lady losses her job. If I get sick, I will be going to the press.

I shop here all the time its close and convienant and theres never any problems. However today- I make a purchase of over 60 dollars and am asked to use the atm by the Indian woman cashier before an attempt is even made to ask a manager for help. So whatever.... I spend about over $60-120 here all the time. Per trip. I dont have time to argue with people either so screw it Ill pay to shop at Walgreens today. And thats what I did. I suggested if it continues to happen you may ask your manager to put a sign on the door. Before I can even finish my sentence she interrupts almost giggling telling me well its not my problem, its just the machineOkay- youre a member of this team so part of it is your problem and you need to find a solution to make things easier and or fix it you dont just go around telling customers things arent your problem. And to just talk over me and laugh about it??? Super customer service. It has 3 stars because its convenient.

A couple employees were wearing masks incorrectly under their noses and did nothing to enforce customers without masks. This is a place people come for pharmacy and health related needs, they should be taking this more seriously.

Steph was horrible, didnt greet when walking in, cam to ask a question and she put her head down until I said something to get her to acknowledge me. When asking she took several mins to reply before I walked off and found it myself. Also didnt greet me when paying.

I use their photo center more than the actual store, but their employees that print the photos are extremely nice. They do an amazing job on the canvas photos, and always have the best deals. Recently, I ordered a canvas but the photo was going to make it blurry (quality of pic wasn’t clear when I took it) so they called me to let me know and I was able to revise my order.I’ve never had an issue with the actual store. They offer great deals around the holidays, and have a wide candy/chocolate variety year round. I use this location out of convenience and because I’ve always had good customer service.

I was in Walgreens and saw multiple customers without masks. When I told the check out girl I would rather go to the other counter because the man in line before me was not wearing a mask and laughing/talking, she was VERY rude and condescending. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. On my way out she told a woman who was holding her shirt above her face to cover as a mask- “it’s ok, you don’t need to do that here”So gross! Also extremely irresponsible for a pharmacy that services the elderly and immunocompromised.

Called back and told her where is my order I have been waiting 15 minutes didn’t say she was transferring me and just transferred me

This place is a COVID-19 break out waiting to happen. Trudi the cashier’s mask wasn’t covering her mouth or nose and when I asked the other cashier in cosmetics why they are allowing people in the store without masks her reply was that the people who they confronted were nasty to her. When I was walking into the store there was a lady with a baby walking out without a mask on and when I got in the store there was a lady in line without a mask. This is during the time when it’s law to be wearing a mask in public places.

I took my passport picture from this location. I can’t identify myself—so awful experience. I always took my photos from Walgreens, but I don’t know what happened at this location. I don’t know there are any options for a refund or retake pictures. 😞😞😞😞

I was in Denver last month, visited my family and had to go pick up my parents prescriptions. My parents are both very ill people, and - no exaggeration - combined with Insurance and Co-Pays they have a tab of over 100k a year in pharmacy bills (thank God for insurance) Well, this location is RUDE, NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL and there was zero respect for patients or their information. They had no respect or privacy for people. They had information and picks sitting on the counter with patient names, drugs, etc on it. No respect for Privacy. On top of which, in the store the shelves were disorganized and unclean. There was an oder in the store and many lights out. Honestly, I do not know if they are a franchise or a corporate or how the company runs but honestly I would never shop there. I was so upset with how they treated my patient information I have begged my parents to move their needs to ANYWHERE else. The Pharmacy Manager when asked for her name, his Pharmacist ID Number, anything to take to the State of Colorado for a complaint about patient records violations refused. I told her under State of Colorado Law she was required to share such information, she refused. When I pointed out how much money my parents pay out of pocket, plus what the store is paid by medicare (again my parents are elderly) and talked about Customer Loyalty she literally laughed. She said if my parents pulled their needs from there, others would fill the void and they saw no reason for any level of customer appreciation or loyalty. I have taken videos and photos and sent them to the State of Colorado for the violations of patient privacy that this store does. Thank God I do not live in that area I just wish my parents would go somewhere else for their needs.

On the map there is the ‘Walgreens’ dot, but there is no ‘Walgreens pharmacy’ dot. I came to Walgreens by 7 am to buy an important medicine for my daughter. But it turned out that Walgreens and Walgreens pharmacy have different schedules and I can not buy medicine, because the pharmacy is closed! on the map there was no ‘Walgreens pharmacy’ dot, so I checked the work schedule for ‘Walgreens’ dot. This is an usability’s issue.Expected Result: ‘Walgreens’ and ‘Walgreens pharmacies’ have different dots on the map, provided that their schedule differs from each other.

There is a lady who works in the cosmetics department, brown hair & glasses, she always has coupons! I like to check out with her as she is always ready to ring you up. There is also another woman in cosmetics who was very helpful. Nice staff.

Came in to drop off a package with the new FedEx service, wont make that mistake again, as they never had my package picked up and I had to contact FedEx to figure out what happened...

Ive lived near this Walgreens for 13yrs. I have filled prescriptions, bought groceries, makeup, holiday items and cards. I personally truly enjoy how helpful and friendly the night cashier and the day makeup counter mgr are!!

I have had poor experiences with all Walgreens pharmacies lately, but this pharmacy is absolutely the worst one in town. The pharmacy techs are condescending and rude. I get notifications on my phone that my prescriptions are ready and then when I arrived at the pharmacy I am told they are delayed. When I ask why, I get condescending remarks about how I can always pay full price. No assistance at all, they just throw their hands up in the air and they blame either the insurance company or your doctor. They should all be fired.

DO NOT get disposable film developed here. The majority of their employees dont even know what they are doing. My daughter was so excited to get her pictures and when we reviewed them, they were ALL destroyed. Their processing company over developed them and ruined EVERY SINGLE one. Now my daughter is in tears because she cant ever get those pictures...many of which were photos of a family member that is no longer with us. How dare them. I understand they dont develop them there, but they need to better train their employees and the processing company they use!!! Shame on them!!!

I went into store on Sunday April 26th at 930 am to have a disposable camera developed, and was VERY RUDELY treated by one of 2 ladies working at the time, I would say she was probably the mgr. wouldnt even let me talk ..she just looked at the camera in my hand and saidNO NO NO we dont do 1 hr any more and i told her that I was just told 2 days before that the 28th would be the last day, and today was only the 26th, the employee continued to treat me like a second class citizen,treated me like I was stupid! She insisted that nobody told me that,,,,,does she think that I made it up? This lady needs some re-training, or a different job ....has NO buis. dealing with the public....I believe this was racially motivated,and if I do not get some action/response I WILL go to a higher authority!!!!! Do you think Rite Aid or Kings or Wallmart would treat me like a human being???? I do, and I intend to tell everyone I can about this and, that they need to take their buis.. elsewhere!!!!!!
