Everyone that works here is exceptionally nice, and they go above and beyond, and out of their way to assist ALL customers. Weve had the pleasure of being waited on by Angel and another coworker. Even after you purchase your Sleep Number, they still treat you like youre in there to buy a bed for the first time. We purchased our bed several years back, but still go in for sheets and bedding, and other things for our Sleep Number. This particular location has top notch customer service, and I highly recommend the Sleep Number bed and this location!

Had the most enjoyable experience at the sleep number store. Gab was our guy and he took the pressure and stress out of mattress shopping. The way he presented was organized and thorough. We felt no pressure to buy but genuinely knew this was the right purchase after we spent more than an hour there. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to start sleeping on our new mattress.

Diana was so helpful and compassionate. We went in to buy a bed for my father. Having never experienced the sleep number bed she did a great job of walking us through everything. We are very appreciative of everything she did to help us out.

We had an amazing experience at the Sleep Number Retail store in Northglenn, CO with Angel.We went in, not planning to purchase a mattress but test them out and ended up purchasing one same day.Angel found our Sleep Number’s in the store and we tested out the different mattresses with our numbers, he explained about the different beds, and the different bases. We didn’t feel pressured at all to buy same day. Angel was amazing and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!Will update review once we receive our bed and have slept on the actual mattress.

I had heard great things about Sleep number beds I went into the store and Brandon was the person helping me, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I went in with questions and left a happy owner of a bed and excited to have it delivered!

Diana did such an amazing job on the difference between beds. She didnt pressure sales us. Just educated us and we made the decision on our bed. Also, she was patent with us as well. We were in the store for 3 hours trying to decide. Great story and customer service!

I bought a bed from them a few years back. Great staff back then and now, although it has all turned over since then. I still go in to buy or test accessories. If you go they will spend time to show you how the bed works and were not high pressure when I bought

After searching different brands and styles, there was no doubt purchasing a Sleep Number was the way to go. This review will need a follow up once I have had some time to use my new bed and make sure it is as advertised. Stay tuned.As for my buying experience, I felt like Lacey had my best interest the entire time. No pitchy sales tactics, no stories of how they have one and swear by it, nothing in those lines at all. I had went to see her twice with several weeks in between and what won me over was she didn’t forget who I was and even remembered my sons name immediately. Personable people make a difference and she did make that difference. I enjoyed talking to her and sharing stories while a decision was being made and would recommend anyone, here or down in DFW ;) to work with Lacey. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and kept focus on the experience the entire time.I look forward to the delivery of my new Sleep Number hopefully, reaching back out to Lacey to thank her for such a great experience!

Diana was very good at explaining the differences and did a great job in juggling multiple customers at once. She was good at following up upon realizing some communication was missed. I enjoyed the process and look forward to trying a sleep system and not just a bed.

They will tell you anything to get the sale. I own an adjustable split king sleep number bed. It feels nothing like the store model. We were given bad information from the start; should never have purchased the bed. As in under quoting the price by $700.00. We were half way through the purchase transaction when we found out the true price. We should have walked away right then. Next, we were given completely false information about finance option. We asked the questions several times and the rep confirmed everything just to get the sale. Yet shame on me for being so foolish to purchase a pillow from this shady company. After shopping with sale tags posted everywhere I find out the sale is over but the tags were not removed. So they honored the sale, okay. But just prior to making the purchase I asked about the return policy. I was told I have 30 days. Took the pillow into the store well within the 30 days with receipt. Only to find out they dont take returns only exchanges. I left the $130 pillow there and walked out. I recommend you dont buy anything from this company. On a side note: they have constant turnover in their sales reps. In my few interactions with this ridiculous company I know 3 people who were helping me and are now no longer with the company.

Our new sleep number bed got delivered today so we have not slept on it yet. This review is primarily for our sales person and delivery team. Our sales person Amaury was great- super informative and knowledgeable, and patient with our daughter. I will agree that the visit to the store will take some time - but there is a lot to go over and try out. Its not the standard mattress and they all have different features.I really wanted to review on the delivery guys - Justin and Evain (I believe that was his name). They were awesome! They were fast, explained everything to me, careful of my pets in the home (we have a rescue dog who is afraid of everything), wore shoe covers and were super friendly!!

Buyer be ware! Bought a new Sleep system $7500. last week ordered headboard brackets for our own headboard Installers put them on but only one of them knew how. Brackets are not on correctly, bed makes a popping sound when you get into it. Ok so called store we bought it from the same day of install.😠 Husband is very angry. NO action, NO call from Sleep Number yet. Really BAD customer service.

Worse purchase Ive ever made. Mattresses are not comfortable at all, on top of that I have to pay $400 to return the product......THATS RIDICULOUS!!!! I do not recommend what so ever, dont get fooled by the 100 day free trial, theyll still get you for the $400 delivery charge.

The staff at the store, were well informed, helpful & courteous.I purchased my Sleep Number bed.Two weeks later, I am very happy with my new bed.It is almost like joining a Club. There is a light of after care service.

Would recommend shopping here. Great service, great products, and great warranty. We just purchased our own sleep number bed and can not wait to try it out!!

Was not able to be in the store to purchase the bed. Did not like that. Had to go to the parking lot and call it in. I think that we should get a couple of pillows for the way we had to do it.

Really nice people and knowledgeable about their products! I’m excited to start sleeping on a sleep number bed, because, at my age (54), I can’t fall asleep on just anything anymore!
