This needs to be 0 stars... I took my table saw to this site for repairs in the middle of January for warranty work. I was told the repairs would take 2-3 weeks. When I called after 3 weeks the saw hadnt even been looked at. They then took it to Dewalt in Denver and said it was going to be another 2-3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks, the saw hadnt been looked at, then I was told it would be another 1-2 weeks. Long story short, I get the saw back after 8 weeks, no one had touched it, it was still broken with the same flaw. This was a brand new table saw and had the same exact electrical issue with it as when I dropped it off. They had just put stickers on it without even opening it up. Did no one think to plug this thing in before having me drive down to pick it up?On top of that, they have mask signs everywhere for CO state and no one in their entire facility was wearing a mask when I came in, at drop off or pick up. These people obviously dont give a s*&% about you or your tools. If you want to deal with customer service like this then go for it but personally I wont be going back.**Add on to BMCs reply**Your reply is misleading. I also dont trust you enough to have a conversation over the phone after this very vague response to my complaint. If you think its ok to take 8 weeks to return a saw on warranty to have the issue remain, youre just making excuses... It has nothing to do with parts taking too long. You didnt even plug the saw in before calling me to take the 30 minute drive down to pick it up.BTW, if I were to drive down there in the next two weeks to take a picture when I walk through the door to see no masks, Im sure it would be the same.Try to fix the problem instead of shrugging it off with some obscure response. You obviously have some management issues.

Absolute total joke. Will be calling and filing multiple complaints to Dewalt as well. I am a professional Woodworker of an established company and have a DeWalt planer for personal/ passion projects. I have 3 commercial grizzly planers but this was my only DeWalt however I own over $5k in DeWalt products all registered.I changed the blades, got distracted, forgot to tighten one bolt on the plate that cinches the blade in place. Next day turned it on, knew right away.So upon further review i jack the cinching plate and chipped my blade. (Theyre double sided and I have 3 sets not worried about blades at all just the part that holds my $40 Blades in place while I run $$$$$ exotic or incredibly rare woods through it.Brought it to these guys as DeWalt certified toolrepair company. They kept my DeWalt for 3.5 weeks, said 2 max and did NOTHING to it EXCEPT Lose 4 bolts and replace them w worse hardware and then left lost bolts right there on the motor chain. They never replaced the only part I needed and instead almost blew the motor, caused serious bodily injury, lost parts, lied, held my tool for 4 weeks, never took ownership of any messups, I was not able to finish projects that were for my best friends wedding which is 10 times worse than a prestigious client. Ieft 3 vmails never called back or returned a single call. And they DID all this for just $40I paid this company to Rob me and they did so effortlessly and continue to. I cant tell if theyre morally FD up or just dumb as a bag of bricks and incompetent.Tool repair where they receive tools, convert to hostage situation and return your tool worse than when you dropped it off ans all while charging you for it

Do not bring your tools here for repair! Make the drive the Service Center. They need a negative star system, one star is way above the mark.I have brought several Dewalt tools here for repair and I always slap my forehead – I think I’ve finally learned my lesson.I brought my Dewalt 15g Cordless finish nailer in on May 11th, 2020! See ticket pic. I have yet to receive my tool back. I have had countless excuses over the months – checking on it, lost it, found it, waiting on parts, lost it, replaced it – whoops, tried to give me a pneumatic roofing nailer, lost it, found it, and now – ta da, not returning my phone calls. Don, the manager has a great schedule, leaves early, never around, always has the day off…..hmmm. The day this place closes it’s door will be a good day for the community that needs a reliable place to bring tools in for repair. (Side note: I used to do tool repair for my work)Just filed a small claims, looking at a different brand

DO NOT GET TOOLS REPAIRED HERE! Literally the worst experience of my life. They had my angle grinder for 2 MONTHS before sending it to DeWalt for repairs. I got it back and it is in the exact same condition I gave it to them in. The people working here just dont care. Dont go here unless you want to be massively disappointed.

I had great service from this shop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They fixed my Milwaukee drill under warranty.

Dropped off a drill for an intermittent issue. First they could find the problem, then when I explained it they finally saw it. Was a loose wire during manufacturing and took 10 seconds to fix. They told me there would be no charge but I received a bill at time of pickup. My complaint is not that I had to pay, it’s that I was told one thing when another was the case.

Exchanged my tool for a different tool of lesser value when I took it in to be repaired. Have complained repeatedly to Don, and then to the home office in Edwards, just to be told theres nothing they can or are willing to do about this theft. Beware, they will rip you off and do not practice customer service. Beware Beware Beware.
