CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW HAPPY WE ARE WITH CHARLIES AUTOS!!!!! If we could give Charlie a million stars we would. They (as a dealership) were the most friendly, honest and professional organization weve dealt with in a long time. Very accommodating and helpful, extremely patient walking two very confused and overwhelmed customers through trading in and purchasing 2 cars, WHICH WE LOVE!!!! My husband happened to find a BMW Z3 he had for sale online, he took his vehicle in and came home with the Z3, that purchase was a no brainier we knew which car we wanted. Needless to say as soon as it (her name is now Betty) came home I decided she was mine ;) . My husband was so impressed with Charlies service he turned around and took my current vehicle down to get another for himself. This one was harder, there were SO MANY beautiful autos at great prices the decision was tough (again props to Charlies Autos being patient with us making this decision also). In the end he chose a Hummer H2 (he loves it). MOST IMPORTANT!!!! This is a used car dealership, used cars have been previously loved, Charlies Auto hid NOTHING and did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. We are happier with both of these vehicles than any others we have ever purchased, used or new. Again I cannot give enough praise to Charlies Autos as a business, but more importantly Charlie and his wife (this is a family owned business) are honest, pure, kind, helpful PEOPLE who treat you as a PERSON not a customer. We would recommend them to anyone 100% of the time!

E came in on Saturday to find a new vehicle. Both of the salesman Tim and John were kind, not pushy and very helpful on answering questions and allowed us to try multiple cars before we chose the one. Got a great deal on a Jeep Laredo. They provided a no pressure environment to us. I think it was Teri who helped us get the financing done, she was nice and help us understand all the different offers. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family.

Writing this review in regards to the 2000 black Ranger we purchased a few days ago. We specifically came up from littleton to look at 2 Rangers. Called the dealership and found one of them was sold but an associate had the other vehicle pulled up and ready to go by the time we arrived. Great deal, only 1 owner and from the car fax you can tell it was his baby! Tim assisted us and was very accommodating. So far there has been no issues. It was a quick and easy process considering the whirlwind we have had with other dealerships. Thanks for filling up the tank and agreeing on a price that satisfied the both of us! While I didnt purchase a vehicle from Charlies, I had a very nice Wrangler, and I knew the larger dealerships wouldnt give me what it was worth, so I used Charlies consignment option to sell my jeep. Everyone was extremely nice, very helpful, and the consignment process was VERY affordable. From the day I dropped it off, to 5 weeks later (when my jeep sold), for full asking price, I dont have one complaint about Charlies, or his staff. Seems like they are willing to work with, and assist anyone, and I would recommend them for anyone looking to sell a vehicle.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I found a car online that I wanted to check out, but it was no longer available. So, they offered me one that was 2 years newer at a fantastic price compared to the price they were advertising on the lot. I wasnt able to get there until less than 30 minutes before they closed, so after test drive and paperwork, they ended up staying almost an hour late to help me rather than ask me to come back the following day to finish up! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale (and I had some high-maintenance requests, for sure)! I would HIGHLY recommend John or Tim to anyone that is looking for an excellent customer service experience when purchasing a used vehicle.

Wow! I have NEVER experienced GREAT customer service like i did at Charlies! We just went and looked at a 2007 Mustang, it was not yellow, and I really did not want to buy something that was not the color I really wanted. We even agreed on a price, and i backed out. Im not even going to call him and salesmen, simply because, he was extremely friendly not high pressuring and totally understanding as to why I backed out of the deal, a salesman wouldve kept on and kept on or pouted... Not him. That, to me, is great customer service. Extremely friendly people very genuine, and when I am ready or when they do find the right color and right car for me, I will be back!!!

First people to really disappointment in Colorado. Sold my car in Texas wanted to get something suitable for Colorado. Was pretty pleasde with Subaru but after taking to dealership for recall they suggested some work. I went back to see John at Charlies he told me he would have his mechanic look at it and we would go over the results. A couple of days later without a call I called them and John said to come get the car the next day and we would discuss repairs. Got to dealership no John was given my car keys and left standing at the front with no one around. Tried email no response. I have the car; it still needs repairs and while talking to John found he filled out the paperwork wrong. Have tired not to be negative about this situation but has really turned my stomach. Should have made better choices.

The mileage 116k prices $1500 taxes and title 1734. My representative was one of the coolest guys in a car buying situations you could get. I wouldnt recommend buying a car from this dealership at all, I purchased a Volvo and from the time I drove it off the lot until now it has had so many problems. Not to mention the owner just covers stuff up I found my bumper held up by twisty ties, my car had the wrong fan on it, my dash board went out and the car wouldnt pass emissions. funny thing I paid for the warranty to bad it didnt cover anything that has went wrong on the car. I needed a truck quickly to move out of state and within ten minutes I was test driving and within an hour I was out the door. Also, they gave me an excellent price for my trade ins.

Despite being a smaller dealership there were a few cars that struck my interest. Everything we checked out was very decently priced, and on top of that didnt have dealer handling fees which is awesome. The salesman was also friendly rather than pushy like most, which made a huge difference.

No, no. i bought a jeep cherokee, 2001 from these guys a year ago, no more then 1 month the transmission failed, so did the transfer case. They refused to help me and my mother was a good friend of the owner. tells u how much greed they have. i bought the vehicle out right for 5000 and did no loan, thank god or i would still be paying for it. in short, i got screwed badly by these guys, avoid at all cost!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOSER LOW-LIFE SCOUNDRELS!!!If I could give them 0 stars I would!I recently (Oct/2017) & unfortunately purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler for my 17 year old(his first vehicle ) from these dishonest shady dealers. I let my son do his own pre-research as I am a busy working single mom who had just moved to Colorado and didnt have auto shops etc lined up yet. Ive bought used once before but certified through a reputable dealer and never had issues.My son was getting antsy to get his own vehicle and I frankly was tired from all the moving yet alone also working. I looked quickly underneath and around the jeep and noticed some rusty spots under it and on outer body that were clearly painted over. With my lack of time, or true auto knowledge, I thought it was somewhat expected for the age of the jeep. I took the jeep on a test drive and knew it sounded a bit rough but I also had never driven a soft top jeep before. Brought it up to Charlie and he said all that it really needed was exhaust manifold work and that it shouldnt cost more than a, 200. Right!! He then went on to nonchalantly remark yeah usually when you come across a jeep of this age they are rusted through everywhere ! in his phony laugh way, that I instantly picked up on but chose to write it off as par for the course in buying a used car.I brought up that I noticed some rust spots that were painted over and under Jeep and offered 1k less than his asking which was still WAY OVERPRICED for what it was. He said no but Ill take off 200 for the manifold. I should have stopped and made arrangements to have it inspected but admittedly again I just wanted to be done and get my son a vehicle so I didnt have to transport him everywhere. ALSO, note, DO NOT USE THEIR auto shop guys to do an inspection ! This will just be a cover up to benefit them not you !This Jeep I since learned was in such bad shape it literally should just have been scrap metal. I tried uploading pics of severe rust damage on underside of frame of this Jeep but site wont let me. Long story short, I wound up taking it to an HONEST auto shop after I bought it to do a diagnostic and they said I shouldnt waste any more money or time on it. Yes, I know I should have done this BEFORE BUYING FROM CHARLIEs AUTOS! I decided to trust them and got burned. It WILL come back to them though. God does pass His judgement. So I drove into Charlies and confronted Pat, the financial papers guy, and he immediately got defensive and angry. He said he would call the other silent owner John the next day. I eventually get a call from John, only after I followed up several times within a couple days. Basically he said, well you bought it. He then admitted that THEY DO NOT CHECK THEIR VEHICLES BEFORE PUTTING THEM UP FOR SELL! Then they put a HUGE mark up on them after probably doing a cheap paint job or adding of cheap accessories like new soft tops to just give it decent curbside appeal and swindle all too trusting customers like myself that forwent a diagnostic. I could tell after seeing the history on this Jeep it literally was bought at auction from what it looked like, and went through about 4 different owners within about 6 months or less. Uh Yeah. Real great place this is- NOT. Biggest losers Ive ever dealt with on any kind of transaction ever!! Do NOT be fooled by the hubby/wife act if Charlie and his wife Terry and the laid -back phony niceness they may try to charm you with. They love to brag about their good customer reviews and their one recognition back about 4 years ago. Dont be fooled !AGAIN, I can not stress enough DONT BUY FROM THIS DUMP! Youll get a DUMP! Pile of what should be scrap metal or something close ! And DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING they say! Especially DONT use their auto shop for anything !RUN AWAY from Charlies Autos and dont look back ! This place is a joke. His wife sold us on a vehicle taking $400 off the listed price and then he decided to take over the sale and when we got into the office about to sign the papers he said no to the $400 off lol. He is definitely a salesman and is only in it to make money, he does not care about screwing you over. We are thinking he messed with the car and pulled a quick dick move while we were at the bank getting his cash. The day we brought the car home it started leaking powertrain fluid. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This guys is a scammer and good talker. Oh good thanks Charlie glad you are here to tell me if I was grateful or not. Charlie sold my neice a car bluebook $3200 for $6000, it had hi milage-158,000 miles, my neice said they were so nice even met the wife..... oh how nice...he did the 3 yes close on her...he financed the car, PLUS THE INTREST, almost anothe $6,000....SHES PAYING JUST OVER $12,000.00 FOR A $3,000 CAR....... IT WAS HER 1ST CAR....

This place is the worst dealer I have been to in my entire life! My girlfriend left a comment on google reviews (the comment below). They ended up contacting us to try and make things right by paying us off or doing mechanic work to bring down the google review (of course they didnt make it right). My girlfriend initially said no we stand by our review. I told my girlfriend if they are still willing to pay for everything we had to pay for (approx. $2000) we should take the deal and we can show them the receipts. I ended up contacting them to see if they were still trying to make it right and Teri said yes of course. I told her I did not want them to work on the vehicle because I simply dont trust them (you shouldnt either) and after explaining to her that the powertrain was $500 the brakes were $500 the battery was $140, the window doesnt work (a week after) and my girlfriend had to miss 3 days of work (losing over $300 worrying if shell lose her job) while also adding in the original $200, that was supposed to come off the full sticker price until charlie came in and said no after Teri sold us on it, on top of the vehicle being $3700 over the Kelly bluebook value, we felt they could make it right for $2000 and all Teri said was she wishes we could have solved this before the sale. I told her you guys contacted us to make it right. We will now be going to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and leaving this review because these guys are scammers. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT MAKING IT RIGHT and will say what ever they can to sell you on one of their vehicles. Dont let their decorations of kindness and love fool you. As Charlie told us no to the deal his wife sold us on, I couldnt help but laugh at the magnet he has saying a little act of kindness goes a long way. Dont let this stuff fool you. They dont care about kindness or helping people. They would like you to believe they are a kind loving religious couple when in reality they seem nothing close to it because clearly all they like taking advantage of young people (even if you pay in cash) and all they care about is money and NOT MAKING THINGS RIGHT. We contacted this dealer several times via email, and phone about a vehicle they had posted online.Although we emailed them on 08/03, called 08/04 and left a message, called 3 times on 08/05 and left 2 messages and called twice on 08/06, we were not able to reach them. They did not return any of our calls or voicemails. We should have known then this dealer was not a true professional.We desperately tried to reach them because we live so far away and were going to be in that neighborhood on 08/07.We finally got an email back on 08/07 after we had already got back home from being in their area telling us to “come and get” and that “we have a deal”. How inconvenient?So we try calling them again starting on 08/08 and finally reach them. We were very clear in the emails we sent, and in the conversations we had with this dealer before driving there that we had a set budget. And although we had received in writing (an email) saying “we had a deal” at our asking price, the dealer did give us a run around on the phone at first about the price stating it would be “+ Dealer fees + taxes + whatever else” of which we again declined stating that we had a budget for this. The dealer finally agreed on the phone what they had already agreed to in writing and we drove up that afternoon in an unnecessary extra trip to N. Denver to go get this vehicle.The dealer strongly asserted it was a clean premium vehicle with nothing wrong with it. Reality? It never made it the distance home, I got stranded on the side of I-25 in the middle of nowhere, had to wait hours and pay hundreds of dollars for a tow truck, and it was in the shop the next morning for a week where it racked up a bill over $1,000 just to be drivable.The dealer was notified, and given almost 2 weeks to respond. We explained we knew the vehicle was purchased as is but based on the nature of the repairs (replaced pumps and metal heat housing on bottom of vehicle and hoses that were leaking/broken) we felt that there was no way someone in the car industry could have driven this vehicle and not known about the repairs needed. The noises and symptoms were obvious to a mechanically inclined person. We asked the dealer if he would like to kindly make a donation for this repair bill and gave him almost 2 weeks to respond.During those almost two weeks this dealer called up the garage where we had the vehicle repaired and deceived the car repair garage into believing he was me so they would release information about the vehicle to him, then he called me and put me on hold, then he would tell me he would call me back in a few mins and days would go by. He called again a few days later and did the same thing, stating he would call back in a few mins and a week went by.These people lied about the condition of the vehicle, deceived us in selling the vehicle, tried to rip us off after confirming a price in writing, lied during every phone call we have had, and are just all around terrible terrible business people to work with. I would advise you use caution in any transactions with this company.
