The delivery person used my driveway even tho I asked her not to, I had a service person waiting to pull in. THE DELIVERY WASNT EVEN FOR ME..IT WAS FOR MY NEIGHBORS. Could have parked in their driveway or on street. She was rude and unresponsive to me. Tried calling Corporate office..They dont care! Tried calling store who provided delivery..they dont care..SO I DONT CARE ABOUT THIS COMPANY EITHER! ILL NEVER USE THEM AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE! No wonder they are closing so many franchises! Theyve earned it!

A birthday present from my brother and I was super excited when I saw it on my door step. I had never received an Edible Arrangement before... What a Let Down (product and company)! The arrangement was delivered when we were not home and happened to be during the below zero cold snap...so the fruit had froze. I tried to save the fruit but it had soured/fermented as it thawed. I asked for a replacement the following morning, Denied! Reason being: My brother (who lives in NY and wasnt aware of the extreme cold we were having) was alerted of the delivery; so there is nothing they can do. Note: the store has to approve or deny the replacements, even if a case was opened with the Corporate Customer Service dept. The store denied the request. Dont waste your money or time!

Wont ever order again. My purchase was 100 dollars and i asked the delivery person to ask my husband when he came and he left my order on the counter at the motel and it sat there for an hour. When i called store they didnt seem to care

This is the worst location you could get an edible arrangement from i didn’t get the strawberries I ordered, I didn’t get any white chocolate covered strawberries, I paid for 5 balloons and didn’t get one although they charged me 25 dollars for balloons i didn’t get. Will never come here again!

My arrangement was welted and rotten. The strawberries were old and had mold on them and my oranges were hard on the outer edge and welted as if they were sitting out. My arrangement looked like it was made a few days a head of time. And when I picked up they made it seem as if it was made to order for me. I really hope my boyfriend didnt pay a lot for the rotten fruits. OSHA will be called or health inspector on this place. I posted a few pics of my rotten arrangement.

Awful customer service! Delivery was missing several items and when I called the store they said that they were closing and couldnt be bothered to make things right. I got my money back for the missing items after finally getting a hold of the manager three days later. But it wasnt about the money...you should train your staff better in handling these kinds of situations.

Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Mother’s Day and the driver forgot the balloons. He said the store didn’t include them and he would make note of the shortage. When I called the store, they knew nothing about it. They did provide me with a refund but I would have rather received the balloons as requested and the lady over the phone was not nice at all. I should have read the reviews and saw how horrible this business is before I created the order because they definitely speak for themselves. I gave two stars because of the refund but I will not be a repeat customer.

My husband used to send me arrangements from the location in Westminster and they were always so wonderful. They have since closed and he used this location. My arrangement was delivered by a person not affiliated with company at all. It was hot, mushy and the chocolate melted (Mothers Day) Completely gross.

Placed an order at 9:50am for same day delivery to new parents in the hospital. I was called at 2:55 informing me that they couldn’t deliver because of truck issues. They had 5 hours to inform me and I wasn’t able to call another location to place a same day order because cut off time is 3:00. They offered to deliver two days later but the parents were heading home in two days. I’m not sure who I talked to but they were rude and uncaring about the situation. Unhappy with lack of customer service.

Valentine’s Day their system crashed. Spent a majority of the day on hold waiting to find out where the order was. After speaking to 2 different “fruit experts” I wish I was back on hold. The first fruit expert placed me on a 30 min hold and never switched back over. 2nd fruit expert advised she wasn’t sure if my order would go out or not. After helping her to navigate basic problem solving skills we were able to figure out their system was down and they weren’t delivering any orders and no clue if there would be refunds or where to go from here.

When I expect things to be deliver I expect it to be the date I set in this case Friday since I placed an order Thursday night. I understand there might be a delay but you couldnt call me the day I set it for delivery. Called me on a Saturday not even called me they call my recipient instead. Luckily, I was there to get it redelivery for Tuesday. I didnt catch the name but she told me I could pick it up Saturday. Whats the point when I need it to be deliver. I paid for it to get it delivery not to pick it up. If i want to pick it up I would choose a different location not here. It was suppose to be a surprise present and you guys screw it up. Only reason I chose your location was a convenient of delivery.

Not really edible. after eating a few strawberries, I found mold on one of them. also my delivery was just thrown together. I had a bear and a balloon along with my arrangement and no effort was put into making it look nice. you’re better off picking it up instead of having it delivered

Hazel is the sweetest girl ever!! I had been in the downtown store a few years back and the were so snooty, so I kind of expected the same treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service at this store, she helped me pick out a birthday bouquet for my cousin, even gave me a free sample. I will be coming back and refer them to everyone I know.

Worse place ever. My husband gets me an edible arrangement 3 times every year and they are never on time they have the worse customer service, they give you the wrong order, its never their fault. Thanks to them we will no longer spend are money with any edible arrangement location. To bad cause I love edible arrangements its a wonderful gift if they care about their customers.

Never work or do deliveries for this place they are a scam. Did Mother’s day deliveries provided registration insurance drivers license and did 26 deliveries.. Did 8 deliveries on May 27-28 Memorial Day weekend called after 2 weeks no check. From there they found my paperwork call me back they ask for my email so I give them that still no check..! I call back a day later they ask for my drivers insurance again and say if I don’t provide it I won’t be paid? Ummmm wait a minute I did the work and they don’t want to pay me after I’ve provided everything needed? I called to get the corporate number she didn’t want to give it to me so I called the Brighton location that store didn’t want to give it to me either. So I look up the number online and these stores are franchises with that being said whoever is running the show is a pure CROOK BEWARE.!

Laura is the manager and has horrible customer service! Read full review. Husband bought a Valentine’s Day package that included a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, teddy bear and a balloon. The balloon blew away from the bear before he made it inside the house- no big deal…it’s a balloon! I opened up the box of strawberries and they were extremely small and only half covered in chocolate. We have always used Edible Arrangements for special occasions and have never been as disappointed in the product as we were this time. I decided to return to the store and see if I could exchange them or get a refund as I didn’t feel they were worth $60! I explained my situation to the seasonal lady who went to the back. I saw a few other people come out of the back as I waited to be greeted or something…nothing for at least 5 minutes! Then a female asked if I was the one waiting for the return and threw the receipt at me and said “You are finished now. There is your return receipt.” I was shocked that this was the response I was given and kind of huffed when I started to leave…then I was mocked!! (Please keep in mind that I had my 2 ½ year old with me and am not going to make a scene with my child around) I turned and said “Excuse me?” and the lady said “You can leave now! You came in wanting a refund, I gave you a refund, now good-bye!!” I was again shocked. She also informed me where the door was (as if I didn’t use it when I came in?!) and continued to say “Have a nice day! Good-bye! You can leave!” with some smirk on her face. She was dressed in grey sweatpants (like the Hanes you would by at Wal-Mart and wear around the house to lounge in). I asked for the manager and she informed me that she was the manager and her name is Laura. I left the store in tears as I couldn’t believe someone could treat a customer so atrocious and cold! I called the 1-866 customer service number and filed a complaint. About 3 hours later I received a phone call from none other than Laura. She informed me that she received a customer complaint and said that she gave me my refund and didn’t understand what else I wanted. When I tried to explain to her that I complained about her and wanted to speak to someone above her she said she was the boss and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Don’t call me and then hang up on me! This Edible Arrangement store #428 has the worst product and horrible customer service! Please go anywhere other than here. Next time I will be trying Shari’s Berries---I have heard great things about them!

They dropped the ball and their solution is to point figures! The only reason I picked them over Sherrie’s Berries it because of the same day delivery. This is what sets them apart and they dropped the ball. Promised delivery: Sat by 5. Actual delivery: Mon afternoon. Though Google place lists that they are open until 3 pm, they are not open at all on Sun. Instead of a machine saying sorry we are closed, you’re on hold as if you are about to be connected to someone. When I finally speak to the store, they could not careless. “Oh the system was down.” When I speak with corporate; it’s this is a franchise and “they cannot police our stores”. Basically, corporate will not own the problem, nor will the store they both point the figure instead of take ownership. What I can do it share my experience with potential future customers, as so far neither corporate nor the store seems to care. Maybe I can save someone else the trouble.

I place my order to pick it up yesterday at 7pm, i was going to be late, so I called the store to let them know and to please wait for me a few minutes, the kid who answer the phone told me he would not wait for me, they closed at 7pm on the dot, i asked so... You cant wait for me a few minutes? He told me nope, my manager told us to closed at 7 and if ypu have a problem with that take it to him. I got mad and of course I went off on the kid, maybe I was wrong for screaming but what kind of business does that. I called customer service this morning and put a claim and request a refund, im hoping i get my money back.This is poor business practice and I wont use their services again.

Was there 12 minutes before closing and the door was locked. Was in my car on my iPad checking out alternatives and another customer(mother/daughter) came up and two people came out of the back and unlocked the doors for them.
