Chris the manager was helpful, generous, and friendly from the moment I walked in.My good friend who is batteling secondary progressive MS which is terrible auto immune disorder, needed help with his computer. I went to a group of corporate cons and they wanted $200 to look at it and $200 to transfer dataChris at Office Depot understood the situation with this handicapped friend of mineAnd helped the man in need.Always return to a legitimate,honest, friendly group.Thanks again for all your help!!!

Order a banner that was supposed to be ready by 6pm on the day I ordered. I was not able to make it to the store to pick up by 6pm When I arrived at the store the next morning the banner was not even printed. Very poor customer experience.Need to be at the event that I ordered the banner for instead Im waiting for the banner to be printed.

I visited this Office Depot shortly after they moved to this smaller location. You cant see it from the from 104th, its in the Northwest corner of the Marketplace. The employees were welcoming and friendly. The products are well displayed but the layout is not quite as intuitive as the previous location. My biggest complaint is that, since its a smaller space, they dont stock as much as they used to. I found one thing I was looking for, but the other basic supplies were no longer available. I ended up going to Staples so I could get everything at once.

Been in the store for almost an hour waiting for assistance on getting a printer... asked for help 4 different times, it was understandable to wait a bit because there were customers in front of us, the the gentleman what appeared to be the manager or supervisor (he had all the keys and was telling others what to do) continued to not help even after asking several times.Laura a sales consultant finally was able to help and was knowledgeable.. she is the only reason why I gave the 1 star!

I came here to get labels for my printer. I wish I would have remembered the gentlemans name that checked me out. He was very nice. Very good customer service.

I called to ask if they would be able to check if they have a phone in stock, since I was driving to 6 different place before and didnt feel like driving anymore. The lady told me, that nobody would be able to help me with that. Great customer service. What a joke

On 6/14 we sent labels & an invite via email to this location (104th and Melody) to be printed. On 6/16 my husband gets there and the print jobs are not complete. They said they need payment first in order to do the job. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN ASKED OF US SINCE WE HAVE STARTED USING Office Depot for YEARS! We never received an email stating this either. We pay for everything, confirm what is needed (a 5x7 invite), make our payment and they tell us our invites will be ready by 6:00. At 5:55pm I call and see how its going, if the job is complete (maybe they just forgot to call us). The worker is in the middle of printing and will have them done tomorrow (6/17)! It has never ever taken this long for us to have invites made like this. My husband shows up on 6/17 to pick up the invites and the invites are a 4x6, is this a joke? We waited 4 days for the invite to be incorrect. I call and talk to the employee in printing and shes not helpful. I get the manager on the phone and now shes talking about Copyright?! lol What a joke. So now I have waited 4 days for this invite, I have the wrong size on the invites AND NOW you are asking me about copyright? But you took my payment with no questions ask? They lost my business today. I do so much through Office Depot for my kids birthdays and holiday stuff. Not anymore. Oh and the best part about it, when talking to the manager - all of a sudden during half our convo, she cant hear me no more, Im breaking up LOL Ya ok.

Most every time I go into this store i feel like Im intruding on them. I needed a fax. She says over there you do it yourself. Long story short I had to go to the counter for help 3 times. 1 other person they were helping. 20 minutes later I got it done $1.50 for 1 page. Lots of good stuff in this store but I leave empty handed more times then not.

Walked in and the very helpful lady took me right to what I was looking for. Effortlessly found more than what I was expecting being the only time I have been there. Thanks.

The staff, for the most part, is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, todays experience was pretty poor:I left my flash drive at the store on the 23rd. I called the same day, gave a verbal description of the drive (which was immediately found) and left my name to pick it up. I was not able to return to the store over the holiday; upon arriving today, I was informed that my USB was likely destroyed having not been picked up. At no point over the phone was it mentioned that it would be destroyed at all, let alone in less than a week, despite having called ahead. There was no problem whatsoever, though, in pointing out where I can purchase a new one. Unfortunate.

Had to return a package. It was a bit expensive to me but, probably the regular rate. The process was otherwise, quick and easy. I am happy with the process.

Had a very underwhelming exchange with Daisy the cashier to pick up my print job. Her attitude was meh. Thankfully I was able to interact with John who was helpful and professional. He went out of his way to assist and provided friendly and excellent service.Overall it was a good experience because of John, but Daisy could use basic customer service training and soft skills to assist with customer retention. Its the smallest things that can make a difference and encourage customers to come back.Thank you John, keep up the good work!

Great place to have 11 x 17 prints made of your electronic schematics.

I discovered Office Depot Edge when I was researching meetings rooms for rent. Later, when I needed to find a mailbox for a potential business idea, I found out this venue also offers mailbox rentals at very competitive rates, much cheaper than UPS mailbox services. Parking is easy and I usually find metered parking right in front. If I need to pick up groceries or sundries, theres a Safeway right across the street - a really convenient location.

Came by to pick up some posters for work and Daisy went above and beyond! She was quick, efficient and you can tell she takes pride in her work!Love the variety provided on the posters also.

Peter, Alex, Freda, and others - all were cordial and helpful. The pricing and the computer didnt always match. I was given the lower price that was at the shelf, which I like. Thank you Office Depot!

I have been to this location many times and will say that the staff members do an excellent job acknowledging you as you enter the store.. they don’t hesitate to kindly ask you what it might be that you were looking to purchase.. and if / how they might be of assistance.. I can’t say I’ve had a negative experience here..The only thing is I wish they’d have more promos on ink cartridge replacements .. I know you can sell up to a certain amount per quarter of used cartridges and there’s a way to save when you order off line or something .. but just a few more good old fashioned in store promos would be nice .. those replacement are spendy.. and even the XL cartridge sometimes seem to go fast.. but all in all.. this is a nice location and great service..

Self serve color copies were easy and economical!

I came in last week to FedEx some paperwork. I waited at the counter for help for over 10 minutes. There were 3 employees in the store and not one, including the supervisor, knew the password to get into the computer system to mail packages. She expected me to wait while she texted the manager who had already left for the day. I said I had waited long enough and would go to another location. The supervisor couldnt even just let me have my 3 copies as a courtesy due to my inconvenience and their ineptness and still charged me sixty cents. I will go directly to FedEx in the future instead of wasting my time at this, or any, Office Depot location.

Didnt have paper/labels needed, doesnt refill ink cartridges anymore. Wasted trip & time.

Stopped in this store to get some security envelopes last Sunday. They had plenty in stock. I got there just in time as they were closing in 10 minutes. Everything went fine at this store.

Went in to scan something using the self service scan which would be an awesome feature IF the scans would even come out right. The whole scan looked like it had a watercolor filter over it. You couldnt read anything. Horrible. You should have some Xerox guys come in and see whats up.

The folks at the copy and print center are amazing. They were very patient and generous with their time and I really appreciated their help! They really went the extra mile to make sure my project looked great. Special shout out to Angelica and Jocie, and their manager!

First time at this Office Depot and I will be back! An employee named Legend helped me and he was so friendly, patient and courteous. Definitely someone who understands customer service. He deserves a raise and recognition!!

Great people where able to help with some office services that I needed.

This is by far the worst printing department Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. I tried to give them several chances to redeem themselves, to no avail. Here are the incidents that Ive dealt with:1) Waited 10 minutes with zero assistance for them to tell me the person who needed to help me would be around at some point, who then never came up.2) Took documents in for scanning and specifically told the employee that they were official documents and NOT to remove the staples. She not only removed the staples, when I showed her that the scans didnt come through properly via my phone, she told me it must be a phone issue and suggested I pull them up on a computer from home because those would be correct. Pulled them up from home, and the documents werent properly scanned. I literally have to drive to New Mexico and back because she took the staples out and I ended up scanning everything myself since they couldnt get the job done. The Colorado document also has to receive official notification again and now an application that Ive been working on for 3 years is in jeopardy.3) Submitted a significant print order with plenty of time for turnaround before I needed them. 3 whole days passed and I finally called to check on the order. I was I initially told, if we havent texted you, its not done. I needed the documents to teach a class the following morning. I once again asked them to check on the order. They insisted on calling me back. Waited several hours. They didnt call back. Had someone else call. They made some excuse about a power outage and promised to get it done. Was notified 15 minutes before closing that they were done and went to pick them up. Number of copies was incorrect, color of paper was incorrect, and nothing was stapled as ordered/payed for.DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION IF YOURE TRYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE THAT IS IMPORTANT.

The quickest way to lose my business is by skipping me in line while I stand patiantly. The 2 people behind me received service while I stood there after the guy greeted me when I got there and told me it wouldnt be long. He continued to help the guy he was helping before I got there and the 2 girls con3to help other people, one asked if I had been helped and I told her I thought so then looked at the guy helping me and then he continued on making no effort to help me with my simple print job. Ill just take the extra time to drive to another location than deal with these people.

Havent been to the Northglenn location since it moved to the other end of of the shopping center. Years ago my experience was abismal as the manager berated a customer in front of me in line (over 10 years ago).This relocated store is clean, very open, more easily organized, and staff at the entrance was friendly. The aisles have large signs helping find items. Only issue is there were no signs describing what is located along the side walls, which is where what I was looking for was located. Staff helped me find what I was looking for.

Weve been going to this store for years. We left a small copy order, 30 copies, on a Thursday afternoon being told they would be ready the next day. Office depot would text us when ready Saturday evening we called to check as no text received. On hold for several minutes while they checked on our order. Waiting and waiting. Finally someone came back on the line said wait a minute left us on hold for several more minutes. Again rep came back and said the order wont be ready until tomorrow ... Really 30 copies?? No text, no nothing We had to call them, Terrible customer service in every sense. Sorry I couldnt leave a minus star review .
