Complete lack of any Customer Service! Went in to get a few things I needed, and being a customer of AutoZone I had earned a $20 “coupon”. After finding what I was looking for, I waited for over 10 minutes at the checkout register to be ignored. I finally ask the “manager” if someone was going to help me. He tells the other associate to assist me, and when she walks over she point to the point at the parts counter and asks who they can help next !! I dropped the merchandise right there and walked out!! Guess if your not speaking Spanish they don’t want to help you. Now I know why they are known as “VatoZone”!!Won’t shop here again!

They ran a free test when my check engine light came on, showed me the results and offered me solutions. Love that they offer free battery checks and will install a new one for free if you need it (and yes, I have been there for my battery and they told me it was fine). Also like that they do free wiper installs if you buy them there. I recommend the Bosch Icon blades. Yes, they are pricey, but youll be amazed at how fantastic they are, and they outlast the cheapies. Discovered these at the recommendation of a friendly Auto Zone employee many years ago, and Ive never purchased anything else.
They have sun shield for cars and seat covers at good prices and quality.

I was having the hardest time getting the two smallest lights fixed on my car. Everywhere I went NOBODY seemed to know what the lights were and how to fix them. I was even told by a different AutoZone to take my car to the dealer so they could remove the whole light! After taking it to this location BOOM problem fixed. Melissa was A M A Z I N G ! Best customer service. Thanks again Melissa for fixing my light! Youre the best!
I went there to get a set of wiper blades, and some small lights for my brake lights. The guy at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous put my wiper blades on ask me if theres anything else you could do and I was a happy customer there you go

I bought a bulb for my brake light and Tony, the attendant offered to change it. It wasnt an easy thing to do but he was patient and skilfully did it. A very outstanding customer service experience.

I want to report a bad experience I had at the Northlake store. As I was leaving, I saw an AZ truck parked behind my vehicle. I proceeded to notify Eduardo (manager) that I was unable to back out, due to the truck. He told me I had to wait until the truck was done. I told him we have a vehicle to get to & that waiting was not an option, as we had just purchased a battery. He then ignored me & continued looking for a part. I told him its not my issue that the customers were not advised to move their vehicles, or that the parking spots were not blocked off from customers. He ignored me again.My fathers a mechanic, who has shopped there for years. Numerous times he has mentioned that Eduardo was rude to him, yet my dad continued shopping there. Now, well be going to one of the other 3 AZ stores that are really close by.On a better note...I did appreciate Jorges (manager) customer service. He was professional & answered my questions.

This location in northlake, has became the worst ever in years. They all are lazy and unprofessional workers even the managers (some). I purchase alot of parts through the years and for some reason now my warranties dont show up on system. I ended up opening a account with advance auto parts in area, better service and quality of parts. I purpode a radiator cap other day didnt need it at end do too a customer found his on splash shield of car at end. I go try return one I purchase other day still in box. The worker and manager didnt accept it due to wrong cap being in box and saying I placed it in box. Strongly recommend people buy parts elsewhere due to fact they told me cap from a different car in a box that calls for car I needed. Everytime I go in workers and even managers are lacking with laziness and rude attitudes. ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AND OREILLYS BETTER PARTS AND SERVICE.

Everybody sleeping here! No hello no nothing. A guy saw me didnt bother helping me out. After a while he finally helps me with A v......e.......r........y.......zzzzzz awww . Lazy lazy manner . I dont get it if they dont want to work where they have to deal with getting bothered why do they go work where they have to deal with customers ??? Even the manager I said thank you before I left .... she just walked away without saying anything . That is one lame LAME STORE
They had what I needed because the inventory doesnt really change. The old man who was working did not have a professional demeanor at all. He was saying stuff about other people who were obviously stupid, but you dont say things of that nature in front of customers.

I went to check my battery because it had been downloaded, the person who attended us could not perform the test because the battery was fully discharged but very kindly made the recharge (about 2 hours) to return for it told us that It was no longer useful and he recommended another. Checking, recharging the battery and the recommendation were without cost. In the end we did not buy the battery there because we found another cheaper one.
