Worked with Mike and Gabe on getting a new Purple Mattress. The lady and I are moving cross country, and initially they tirelessly called around to warehouses to see if we could pickup upon arrival. Stock wise it just wasnt an option for our time frame, but they had one sent over and held it till we were ready to leave. Recently I visited the Mattress Firm store in Northlake and discovered that it was the best thing that I have ever done when purchasing a Mattress Set. Since I have health issues that causes me to experience pain, the pain dictates what type of mattress is best for my body. After explaining my issues to my sales representative, Gabe Munoz who is an excellent sales representative was very patient and understanding of my health issues. Gabe took more than an hour of his time allowing me to test and compare each mattress trying to determine my comfort level. Once we found the perfect mattress for my body, then he helped me with purchasing the correct pillows for my neck and back. I have only had the mattress set and pillows for a little over a week and my pain levels are decreasing. Gabe is very knowledgeable in regards to what type of mattress to sell a customer. Therefore, I recommend anyone interested in purchasing a mattress set to go to the Northlake.store and see Gabe.

The people here are pretty good. Theyll help you find something good within your budget. You may get stuck picking it up or something but they WILL make sure they find you something youll like within your price range and they wont stop until youre satisfied.

We just purchased a new bed with the intention of getting what we thought we knew we wanted. After a good 20 min of sitting and laying on the beds the sales gentleman told us to take our time and really lay on the bed. We opted for a hybrid bed of gel and individual coils. Being on a budget is not easy, but he made us comfortable with our purchase and asked us about our wants and needs. We will be back to purchase another bed set soon. My friend told me about how delighted her and her husband was regarding their recent purchase from mattress firm, therefore after visiting several furniture places, I decided to visit Mattress Firm, the Northlake store location, at 75 W. North Ave. Melrose Park, where Kathy with a K was so polite friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. To make a long story short, I purchased the Hampton & Rhodes queen size bed on January 5, 2017 they delivered it the next day, BEST SLEEP EVER!!!!! Oh, forgot to mention my free memory foam pillows I received with my purchased. Will never sleep on any other type of pillow. Thank you Kathy with a K, my new best friend. Go and see Kathy!!!! They have the best prices in town and, financing is available.
