More than just beds! I cannot express enough how shocked I was to learn just how much I did NOT know about mattresses and the importance of getting the proper spinal alignment to have restful sleep! Even if you are not currently in the market for a new mattress you will be soon, so my advice is go to the Sleep Number Store in Norton Shores!!! They will provide an experience that you will never forget!

First time being in the sleep number store. It was super clean and Kim went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I found the correct mattress for both of us. I would recommend anyone to go in and talk to Kim.

Get back to you guy and gals not sure on this one yet ! A 2 for now .actually not so good at the moment their 100 day guarantee is no good if the internet site is shut down and cannot get thru to a live person via phone for a return of this less than good bed . By the way been trying to return this after the second week, now we have had this over a month .!!!

From the moment we walked into the store until the time we left, we were treated with the utmost respect by the associate. She took her time to answer all of our questions and gave us different demos on mattresses to try before we found our perfect fit. He was very knowledgeable about all the products.He was able to find us different products that we both were happy with. We didnt feel pressured to buy anything and were able to try out multiple products. We plan to buy a product soon!

Our time spent purchasing a bed at the Muskegon Sleep Number store was a great experience! We enjoyed ourselves. The guys were not only helpful, but very friendly and knowledgeable. They really know the product and are very good at meeting your specific needs.This was our second sleep number purchase. Our first bed was bought in 1997 and we are still using it! It had a 20 year warranty, but the new one has a 25 year warranty. Yes, it is expensive, but if you check it out you will see pure quality.

♿ I was very impressed by Joshuas patience dealing with me being in a wheelchair and needing time to transfer in/out of the beds, as well as dealing with 3 young kids running around for 2 hours. I went in and bought a great pillow with credit from a referral of a sleep number bed to friends. We love our bed best two years sleep my number is 80. My wife likes how we can both have what we want in one mattress.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE MUSKEGON LOCATION BUT THE DELIVERY TIME WHEN YOU SPEND OVER 7K ON A BED COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER. WE HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH TO GET OUR BED DELIVERED!! NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. i EVEN CALLED AND ASKED TO BE PUT ON A CANCELATION LIST AND THATS NOT AN OPTION.
