Fixed my 2012 Honda Fit that has +200k miles that had seized breaks that resulted in a broken axle. Replaced calipers, new LF CV axle.. and I am on the road again at a very reasonable price.....need to get 250k ... thanks High Tech!

I had my car brought there to be fixed. They way overcharged me for the parts and labor. The part that they put in should have been max $60, they charged me $130 for it. They also charge$125/hr for labor which I also think is on the high side. My regular guy charges $100

Steve and his team did an amazing job and really got us out of a bind. He was very upfront and honest with not only the work that would need to be completed but also on the prices and payment options. Turn around time was exactly as expected and he communicated with us constantly!

We had an emergency on a Saturday, close to closing time, and they took my daughters car right in and got her back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Guys could not have been nicer! Nice to know theres a place like this close to her school while shes away from home.

No matter how much the bill is in the end, I know that they do good work, they stand behind their work and they tell me if theres another issue that could pertain to the issue I brought it to them for in the first place. I had a very pleasant experience here from a customer service and a business perspective. I went for an inspection and it was performed in a timely manner without a prior reservation. While I waited I was very impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the shop and offices/waiting area. It gave me the impression that they reinvest in the business and are looking to give the customers a consistent, positive experience. Ill be coming back!

Amazing service!!! I dropped off the car this morning with a screw in one tire, and picked it up on my way home from work patched and ready to go. I even failed to see that they closed at 5:00pm, so I called when I was on my way and they stayed open a few minutes so I could get there. Friendly and fantastic! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!!

Replacement parts were broken. Siliconed to stop leaking poor quality of work. Brought it to the owners attention and he didnt care... To bad nice shop.

Been going here for years with no problem. They needed to replace my front right arm control($425). After a few days with the repair I took a turn lost complete control of my car on the right, swiped the curb, and coincidentally the right tire blew (which is less than a year old). The point of getting this repair was so that I would not lose control taking a turn. I called immediately and asked if I could bring it in and get it looked at because something felt very wrong. Steve said Arm controls are easy to install, we would not have done it wrong. Well, someone did and it put me in a dangerous situation. After years of going here, I will never bring my vehicle here again. Bring your money and vehicle elsewhere.

Came up with a reason to fail our car after we just left a dealership and everything was perfect said we would pass easily just they where waiting for their sticker machine to come in. When asked how much a light for the plate would cost he goes 20 which is twice the amount any where else you go including dealerships. When brought up my concern he said I will fail you then. This place is a complete scam I would recommend staying far away I heard them do this to multiple others while waiting. Stay far away from this place

Hightech was the first location to give me an accurate diagnosis of the repairs needed for my Sprinter Van. Mercedes and other shops failed to do so. I was pleased with their workmanship, their communication was good as well.Thank you hightech

These guys are by far the best mechanics Ive dealt with. Perfect example; I had a driveline vibration for almost FIVE years. I paid multiple automotive shops to diagnose & all came back saying the same thing either its a driveline vibration but we cant pinpoint it. Or we have spent hours and still cannot find it. I left it at High Tech, they called me back the same day with an actual diagnosis. They told me it would be the driveshaft, after having so many mechanics fail I was dubious but I told them go ahead with it. When I got it back, WOW, what a difference. They were absolutely right. I cant thank them enough. Now I recommend everyone to them and they now regularly service my vehicles as needed. The jobs are all done right away, they are NOT the type of shop to keep your car for a week and only spend 4 hours actually working on it. Everybody there seems cordial they will fully hear you out & address every concern.

I went to high tech automotive to fix my power steering lines in my vehicle as they were leaking and making a horrible whining sound. My car has never been difficult to steer which is how I knew I only needed to replace the lines, not the pump or tireods as I replaced those when I got my car fixed. They quoted me for $600 for a COMPLETE set of lines. I was told to drop my car off and I couldnt wait with it so I had to Uber home. Everything was fine until about two weeks later when it started leaking again and making the same horrible noise meaning my power steering pump has run dry. While my car was getting fixed, they called me saying a hose DIRECTLY underneath my power steering line is rotting but I should be fine. I was like ok??? So I call back like hey I paid to get my power steering lines fixed, and they are leaking again, how should we go about this? And he told me that the line he mentioned was rotting is the line that needs to be replaced...even tho I paid $600 for a complete set of power steering lines and got an incomplete job. I didnt put two and two together that when he called me about the line that was rotting, that it had to do with my power steering considering I had purchased a COMPLETE set with them. They tricked me and took advantage of me which Im sure they do to most females that walk through the door. I paid for a complete set of work and got an incomplete job. They also printed a new reciept which they added notes too saying it was the original receipt even though I have the original receipt that states I paid for a complete set of power steering lines. So now as a 22 year old student, I have to go somewhere else to pay more money for a job I supposedly already paid for.

I wont ever bring my car to this place again.They had no idea what was wrong with it.Very rude and charged me over $200 dollars for nothing.

Went in to get an inspection sticker.Got rejected, told the exhaust had leaks along with a check engine light. Went to my buddies, they fixed the pipe brand new (which had a good 7 different holes in it), no more smells, no more check engine light. Went back in to get the re-inspection and told STILL leaking but somewhere else with the check engine light which wasnt on when I left the car and got back in after the re-inpsection. Weird right? So, now the leak is in the front which I looked into myself because apparently it was too much for them to put it on the lift to look. Catalytic converter, $1000 something to fix after I already spent $500 fixing what I was told was the original problem. If they had done the inspection better and told me the bigger problem in the engine I might have junked the car instead. Now Im $500 out still with a rejection sticker all because they seemed to be too lazy when the first inspection came around to look into it better for me. Thats horrible customer service in my book. Never going here again. Oh, and the guy at the front desk seemed a bit rude the way he went about it on the re-inpsection. Said same thing failed exhaust leak and that was it. I had to ask him the questions on you dont know where? And he replied well I would have to put it on the lift to see and you would have to drop it off another day. Yea right! Ill take my money somewhere I know that wouldnt charge to just look at it and be honest what needs to be fixed. Only thing is the place I go to doesnt do inspections. Thats the only reason I came here was to do just that because I know they are just salesmen. Never again for anything though.

I own a small business in town tried to go local get a sticker. This place has never been anything but headaches. Bought our last company truck one year used from ford. 16,000 miles. Extended cab long bed. Had to get it tinted it’s like driving in a fish bowl. Great tint guy I said keep it 100% legal Iv got commercial plates I don’t want issues. High tech wanted to fail me for my tint strip on front windshield. Swore up and down it was illegal I couldn’t have it. Was gunna go flip out on the tint guy but first did a quick google search. Pulled up the laws for mass clearly says AS1 line or 6 inches (does not say what ever is shorter) if it doesn’t impede drivers vision. F250 big windshield doesn’t come close to the drivers eyes. Drove to a shop in Mansfield he warned me if the tint is to dark I gotta fail you I’m on camera..... passed with flying colors even showed me the light level. High tech didn’t give me an R they let me leave so I’m giving 2 stars, but this is probably the 3rd or 4th bad experience since I started driving Iv had there. Idk why I went back. Huge waste of time.

I took my car to get an oil change and an inspection sticker to High Tech Automotive. My whole family has been going here for years. The rejected my car and for reasons that have been already fixed or up to date on my car. My husband called to speak with someone about the rejection and the owner George was very heated and could not answer his questions so he hung up on my husband, my husband called back and he hung up again and he was not nice over the phone. Very disappointed on the customer service care and the professionalism he seems to lack to be able to speak with paying customers.We took our car another place for a sticker the next day with our rejection inspection with the review from High Tech Auto and it passed. So with this said we are never going to go to High Tech Automotive again, feeling like he was taking advantage of his customers and rude to us. So buyer beware is all I can say.
