The worst place EVER!! I will NEVER order again I spent $100 on a dozen roses that should’ve been $40-50 they don’t even answer the phone when I tried asking for service. Thanks for ruining my Valentine’s Day.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement from Norton Florist but it was apparently made and delivered by A Bella Mia in Norwood instead. The arrangement arrived on the wrong day and did not resemble the photo on the website. Several flowers were broken, and many have died only four days after they were delivered. I emailed the shop shortly after delivery to alert them of the issue with A Bella Mia, and I never heard back. I will not use this shop again.Edited to respond to comment that I reviewed the wrong shop: as stated above, I ordered an arrangement from Norton florist, and was charged $74.31 by Norton florist. Norton florist did not deliver the arrangement. I instead received an arrangement that was delivered by A Bella Mia in Norwood. That arrangement was very disappointing, and I do not know why A Bella Mia became involved since I had not ordered from them. I contacted Norton florist to advise them of the issue - because I had ordered from and was charged by Norton florist - and did not hear back.

Phenomenal experience !!Great staff helping me select the right arrangement at a great price for the perfect occasion.Delivered on time by a friendly driver who made sure I was happy with the final outcome.Thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !Not only did it take 9 hours for a single order to get delivered 2 miles down the road . They also tell me there are no refunds or returns. ( even tho there is a return policy on their web site ) I emailed them and was immediately told excuses and that there was no policy. So not only was the surprise ruined . I’m stuck with being told lies and out $60. From the website “We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.” So much for making sure people are 100% happy . Horrible experience. Shop elsewhere!

Great flowers lasted a long time. Will use this florist again.

I ordered flowers a week ago and still haven’t receive them. I’ve been trying to contact them and email them but i haven’t heard anything back from them.

This is not a real florist in Norton it is a Bella Mia out of Norwood ma just a norton address and phone number.
