Wonderful grocery store and nice pharmacy.The shelves are getting bare.Liquor store inside. Cant beat that.Besides that, I love it!

What is that god awful smell between the bakery and floral department? Lots of empty shelves. And for some reason the music system is playing Italian circus music.

Great store! At least at the Norton location. Quite often find abundant manager specials, along with a clean, friendly environment. And their State store is probably one of the best of any grocery store that I personally have seen.

Im not sure what is going on with this store. I have shopped there for years, however, after being renovated, it is mostly an experience of frustration for me. They have stopped carrying quite a few items that theyve carried for years and limited the different sizes of items (most notably, sizes of cereal boxes) to mention a few. As with other retail stores their prices have skyrocketed. More so than other grocery stores. Because it is less than a mile from where I live, I will still shop there but not as frequently. Nine times out of ten, when shopping during the day, even if the store is busy, there is only one cashier line open. Shopping there lately is an exercise in applying large amounts of patience, and having to pay extra for it. Very disappointing.

First few time we did pick up was Amazing! Last 2 times were a joke..didnt get the right meat (what we got smells rancid), lunch meat and cheese we ordered 2 pounds and got 5 pieces...we were charged $100 less than what we ordered because soooo much was let off our list...we had 9 bags and the lady said the order was too large to get out and put it in our car ourselves and was rude...never again!

The employees are worked like dogs and have been doing double the work basically for free. They are tired and overworked. Somehow Nick thinks it’s possible to run both self checkout and register 1. It’s crazy. So many people get to do no shows and don’t get any punishments for it.

Hubby wanted a J & J covid shot. Made him an appointment online. Got there at the scheduled time and none were available. We havent had any in weeks Why offer online and have notices in store that they are available? The pharmacist did call another store and found it available there.

Great deals, lots to choose from and its pretty dang big. Amazing candy aisle too.

Pulled right off the self 7/8/21. It stinks, the whole side is molded. That’s disgusting on YOUR part acme. I’ll definitely be returning and thoroughly checking my products from you guys from now on.

Had a cake made with three specific peoples names and went to pick it up, the bakery told me they lost my cake and that I was pretty much SOL. Absolutely offered nothing to make things right.

Make sure to check your receipt when you leave the store.They charged me full price on 3 meat items that were on sale today. Had to go back to the store to get my money back.Its like some of the sale items are not being tranfered into the system.Check your receipt and BEWARE!!!!

Sales are good but their prices are high.

Almost Every time I go here it is a checkout nightmare. Even the self checkout is backed up or lights blinking for assistance. The lines for the registers are backed up into the shopping isles. The prices are high unless its on sale. The store is clean and well organized

A couple bags of my stuff were missing and I didnt realize it until I got home. I called and I went back in a couple of days later and the lead cashier was wonderful on letting me go back through the store and get my missing items. She was very nice and professional.

Have been a long time shopper at Acme. In recent years they have been remodeling and updating their stores.Not to long ago they changed management. Now they are remodeling their store.The good thing about Acme is they have great sales almost every week.The bad thing at Acme in Norton is being able to buy those sale items.An example: 10am on a Saturday. Yogurt is on sale. They have two flavors on the shelf.Im not even going to comment on things we have bought there that goes bad with in a week after buying it.With them switching things around there, we are giving them the benefit of doubt that it gets better there.They used to get about 90% of our business. Now its about 70%. Id like to see those numbers go back up. But thats on them.

Its a very well laid out store that offers a complete variety of anything that you could possibly need on a daily basis. The employees that work there are all very friendly and extremely helpful.

I work for this store, so of course Im going to give it a GREAT review?!! 😁 We Acme employees have done our best to respect eachother, our customers, and everyones safety. Especially this past year, with ordering and delivery limitations due to Covid, operations at this store have run rather smoothly. One thing Ive noticed thats made me sad, is that our brand new shopping carts are looking old due to over-sanitizing! Alcohol or bleach solutions that are intended to kill germs, also eat away at nicely painted surfaces. Other than that, I have only compliments! 👍

Was treated amazing before I even stepped through the door by the charming funny young lady cleaning cart. She didnt have a name tag and I asked her why she said they hadnt provided her with it so I had to ask her what her name was. Hello Acme ya slipping dont forget your awesome employee Lyla.

My experience here was rather well. Its within walking distance of other stores and restaurants, prices are fair and reasonable, staff is friendly, AND they are open late. They also have a postage area, large alcohol section, and an awesome flower boutique.

Had a easy shopping and the cashier was super nice and was able to hold a conversation she was working by herself and still was able to help me and a lot of customers i think her name was Taylor she even said she was kind of new i was suprised.

Nice location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Liquor store open until 10PM at this location.

They keep the liquor in the back left side.They also have a fun candy isle.

They were out of alot of the items that I wanted in a certain flavor and key items like black pepper in their own brand .

Nasty employees, especially the deli. They obviously arent happy working there and it shows! Wont be back!!!

Since their upgrade to Acme Fresh Market ... Wow!!! I’m sold and will never go to Big Bird for groceries ever again. Best Meat sales! Now has amazing produced which they lacked in the past. A huge State Store within the building ... 🍷🍻😜! The best thing is they are within a half mile of my home! Thank you ACME for bringing Norton a top level grocery store!

High-quality food here, but expensive. People can only take advantage of the sales if they have an Acme card.

Store is clean. The employees are nice. I didnt give it five stars do to Green peppers. I bought a few times cut into them and its like they have black mold in them.

Stopped in to get a 2 PC. C white meat chicken snack and as always food was deliciously fresh, hot, flavorful, and plentiful! I bought some coleslaw from your deli case and it was also superb. 😋The only thing missing was some hot rice. There was, green beans, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese available in bowls as side dishes. I cant help but think Hot rice would make your customers happy and increase your sales. 🙂🙂🙂💰💲🤑

The prices are high, everything has gone up everywhere since the pandemic.Fresh produce is ridiculously expensive! Many products are not price-marked. (So I didnt buy them.) The last produce I purchased there spoiled in 2 days after bringing home... called the store and was told no refund or new product.I didnt find employees very friendly.Its better than Walmart...:( if that says much.

The worst!!! My husband got gorserys and they did the card wrong. Once my husband was home they called us told us to bring the gorserys back so they could rescan stuff. Then they gave my husband a different total that was more. Horrible experience

You seriously have to check the experation dates on dairy...management is definitely aware, theyve had MANY complaints from many different people ive spoken with, produce is not good,i dont buy my produce from acme, in fact norton acme is only where i go for an emergency item i dont have when im cooking or baking...

Store item selection is a bit limited. Layout is easy to navigate. Employees need retraining in every department, professionalism and pleasantry is highly lacking. Store is very clean and modern.

If you cant find something just cut your loss and look at a different store. Staff doesnt help/know. Customer service is rather low. Prices are good tho!

This local Acme has made tremendous strides since its remodel, featuring freshly prepared meals and sides, expanded brand selection, and aesthetic improvements galore.However, unless youre purchasing a product during a sales promotion, their prices are far more expensive than other local competitors.This could become a 5-star market, but they need to work on lowering their margins a bit before I can confidently change my review. Until then, itll be a sales stop or convenience destination, but my primary grocery shopping will be done elsewhere.

Have been shopping there for years even before the store was remodeled, not my favorite place to shop just a last minute store to go to. After the store was finished I assumed the store would no longer be unorganized, more selections, lower prices,definitely better attitudes. Now you have kids who call off, no baggers today, as usual, they seem to not care,it seems worse, makes for a long wait in line and slower.On the last note, like another dissatisfied customer said they should have put in a Giant Eagle!

Looking for hand sanitizer and found tons of displays conveniently placed near the check out lines.Unfortunately I was appalled that the hand sanitizer was made in CHINA!SERIOUSLY!! The all mighty dollar influenced Acme instead of being a leader and contacting local micro breweries and distillers to keep jobs in America to produce hand sanitizer after 1000s of AMERICAN businesses closed.You showed your true colors and values. Buying hand sanitizer from a country that hates us and where this nightmare began.Cutting up my Acme card.You maybe a juggernaut in the local area but maybe people will start to see you for who you really are and your supposed values.

By far one of my favorite Acmes. However right now it is under construction and is a very confusing place to go to, which in my opinion is acceptable because I am looking forward to the completed Renovations and I understand that there is nothing that can be done about the confusion that happens during construction. as of now it has been completely rearranged already and looks completely different, for the better. very friendly and helpful employees who immediately stop talking to each other to help you. Convenient location.

I find everything i need and i am so happy some of the cans i buy i dont need a can opener you just flip them up and open them. So i hope in the near future maybe all the other cans i get i can open them to. It is a blessing for many people to be able to open them cans. Thank you to whoever thought of it.

The prices are great at all the Acmes the reason I went to this one so far away from where I normally go is my brother was the night Stockman there they had a great time their bosses were good to them and would leave them piles of damaged food that they couldnt sell anymore and they would just give them to the guys as a treat. Work here shop here its a great place to be

Beautiful newly remodeled Acme store! (Remodeling completed in January, 2019) There is a new, drive-through pharmacy, and a new cafe area. Another one of the big changes is the prepared food and deli department in the front of the store. This store has a whole new vibe and it is very attractive!

The availability of employees is often poor when someone needs help. The availability of organic and healthy foods has been wittled down to almost nothing. The amount of expired food that Ive found at this store is startling even after bringing it to the attention of the store employees. The lack of concern among employees is visible in the care for parts of the store and the food quality. While not all the employees are to blame and not all their foods are of poor quality, there are changes that should not be ignorned. I am disappointed in the direction the store has gone.

The flower shop is very well done. Acme is good shopping if you stick to the sales. They are very clean and maintained.

Love the store once the remodel was done, but Sharon in the pharmacy is rude. Dont expect any sympathy, kindness or help from her. Been going there for a really long time, but seriously considering changing pharmacies because of her.
