This is the place to go to find staples and unusual items. Since there is a regular rotation and limitations on products going on a regular basis can produce some bargains.

Store is super clean, although the shelves are not stocked you still walk out with goods.🙌

I could have my birthday here, thats how much I love Homegoods. Pour myself a bottle of water either in one of the cool glasses they carry here, enjoy a unique bag of chips, keep myself cozy with a soft blanket while sitting on one of the fine armchairs or bar stools. ;)Prices are decent, staff is doing their best, and navigating through the isles has gotten better.

Above average Home Goods store. Cleaner and better stocked than most. This chain is always a bit difficult to shop ... no ryme or reason for the order of merchandise offered. Perhaps that is their way of getting you to browse the entire store.

I basically decorated my whole house with items from here. Everyday they have new items. The furniture is a little so so in terms of quality, but everything else is great

I was enjoying my shopping until the end of the trip when the cashier lenae was rushing me because she had to clock out. Her attitude was reprehensible at most. She was having a conversation with the cashier to the left of her about leaving for the day. I understand working with people can be hard. But one should be courteous to their clients. After all thats one of the basics in service industry.

Best staff ever! My sister bought an oversized mirror that was in packaging that would not fit it the car. One of the male employees offered to help us by getting his own personal tools to help fit the mirror in our car. I dont know what we would have done without the help of this kind employee!

Nice store a little hard to find things. Lots of shelves very unorganized. Most items have prices which makes it easier. A lot of quirky things only found here.

Not All Home Goods Created Equal!Please excuse the sensational banner, but its true! The best thing about Home Goods is that the inventory changes daily, and not all stores carry the same thing. I have been to several locations and prefer the Norwalk location the most. You can find some really great deals here, and easily decorate an apartment or deck very reasonably, and look like you have style and money lol. They also offer really great kitchen items. Large or small, youll find what you need here.

Great place to find items for your home decor. I can be frugal at times, so i like to find good deals. Just check the items out before you purchase. I bought a beautiful candle stick that felt like metal, it fell and cracked....the thing was some weird hard plastic material. I bought a kids jewelry box that smelled so toxic when i brought it home. Aired it out for over a week and had to use some spearmint oil to help with the smell. Shouldve returned it.

I went today just to look for a chew toy for my dog and all the staff were horrible they had such and attitude, especially the manager the cashier lady told her that a customer was waiting for her to put the package in her car and she rolled her eyes like show some respect. Don’t even get me started with the cashier lady she was in such a bad mood it made me want to leave and not pay the toy anymore but I had patience and waited but overall I’ve always had good experience here. Their new staff is horrible and should be replaced starting with the manager. It gives a really bad reputation. Until the I am not going back.

We were disappointed when the clerk would not assist us locating curtains we wished to purchase. He claimed that he did not know where they were located even though we were standing in the curtain aisle and had a sample. This is poor customer service.
