Joe did great work on my BMW seat. Very fair in price and good with communication .

Horrible, incompetent work! Took 8 weeks to complete work (promised in 2). Never measured enclosure properly. Stretched & tore new work to fit, rather than move old lift a dot fittings...substituted inferior materials for my original. Took front cover & never returned or replaced same. Bait & Switch artist!!! RUN FROM THIS BULL.... ARTIST!!!

1st time I went to this shop inquiring about a replacement canopy for my RV. I immediately noticed a bad attitude from the owner, like he was too busy for new orders. Not only that but his quote was more than double what I had gotten from online retailers. 2nd and final time I visited, I asked about buying a small piece of clear window material (12x 16) for a cargo cover I was making for my UTV. But because this was a DIY project that I was doing myself for myself he got into a huff about how I didnt give him the job to make some money from me. Umm I wasnt asking for the material for free!! Thats OK Ill buy 1 yard (36x 54) from online for $15. Which is way more than I need. This man is difficult and argumentative, no wonder he has so many unhappy customers. If you go across town you will find a much better upholsterer, without the bad attitude.

I needed a rear convertible (plastic) window installed. They took me in on short notice and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. Well done - I should have called them much earlier!FYI: The new location is 112 Main Street, Norwalk - behind the Continental Manor.

Joe hooked me up with new canvas and seat cushions for my 14 yr old Mako at a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied with the work.

Brought my car in for a headliner. The work itself was very good but my car came back with a number of noticeable scratches on the interior panels. I dont know all thats involved in the removal and installation of a headliner, but the scratches could have been avoided with the application of some tape. It just looks careless to me. My cars interior was pristine before this so, Im only moderately happy happy with the end result. I dont have time to go through the whole routine of complaining about it, getting new parts, bringing the car in, yada, yada. Id give these guys a second shot with furniture or an older car but wouldnt recommend them for anything that needs special care.
