Called ahead around noon to confirm that Quality Kitchen had the cabinets and colors I was in the market for. Also confirmed what time they were open till I was told 5pm, and told the owner I would stop by later. I Finished what I was doing and drove 45 minutes from New Rochelle to Norwalk to arrive to a empty, Locked store front still claiming a 5pm closing time! No note of any kind saying we closed early or we will be right back and no one answering the phone. Not wanting to make it a 1 1/2 hour wasted trip I sat in front of the store for an hour and a half calling repeatedly to no avail before having to return home. Not how I wanted to spend my one day off and not the kind of store I’d want to do business with.
