Just let him know what youre looking for and hell find it. Hes the type of guy you want to invite out for a beer after. Hell follow up to make sure you love what youre driving and Im sure help you out if theres any problems, I wouldnt know for sure because I havent ran into any.
It’s extremely challenging right now to buy a car and after several trips to dealerships we made it to Coastal Nissan and I was greeted by Billy Barboza. Billy was super to work with. He was funny, kind, courteous and patient. He worked hard to get the deal done and still follows up with us to make sure everything is perfect. I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience at Coastal with Billy was well deserving of one.

This dealership kept coming up with great prices. I am in Southern NH, so I would need the car brought to me after the sale. The online price is NOT the price of the car. They added $1000 for primary market adjustment. $395 prep fee, $595 for documentation fee, and than dont forget the $599 out of state delivery fee. Price is not as advertised.

I was very pleased with the service at Coastal Nissan.However, I had some very frustrating dealings with the Nissan dealer in Ocala FL who installed a new fuel pump in my Murano when it wasnt needed. The problem was identified as a transmission issue in South Carolina, but they failed to tell me there was a recall, and wanted to sell me a new car.We fortunately made it home without further incident and went to our crackerjack mechanic in Quincy.
I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer where I leased my last car in 2019, and I had to come in to Coastal for a service a year or so ago, and they were all just so friendly and helpful. I knew when it came time to lease a new car, I was definitely going to come here. I just leased a new car, and they gave me absolutely no pressure, listened to what I needed, and I felt so good when I left. I will be a customer here for life!!! They are nice, normal people working there, nothing salesy or aggressive about any of them!! I truly liked each person I had to deal with on the day I leased my new car.
If you’re looking for the most stereotypical dealership where they treat you like dirt and just want to take your money. Well this is your dealership!I have to add the service side is wonderful. But the back office especially Sean Callace? Wallace? Horrific human being! When your lease is up they will give you the run around for months just to keep you from buying the car so they can sell it themselves for profit.When I leased my car, the first red flag was that Sean refused to give me a copy of my signed contract. He has a “I’m better than all customers, know it all attitude”. He then followed that up by I am not allowed to purchase my lease out in cash, unless I finance through them and pay extra in interest and fees. Again, for their own profit.Most shady businessmen! Stay away from this dealership or recommend it to anyone who you want to make miserable!
Brought my brand new van there for a warrantee issue after 2 other dealerships said they cant help. They fixed it quickly and acted totally professional. They got a customer for life.
Richard grant and the finance person helped me to buy my first car. They were very thorough and helpful. They explained all of my options and got me the best deal possible. They were quick and efficient with getting my car ready and registered. They helped me set up all of the electronics. They also walked me through all of the features of the car inside and out. Typical dealership service. Leased an Armada from them and pre-purchased the oil changes and tire rotation package. After only 18K miles all 4 tires need to be replaced. I was told by the garage that failed my inspection sticker the tires werent rotated. When I brought this to Coastals attention they put blame on the car needing an alignment. The car was brought in for service at 5K and 11K and no recommendation from them that an alignment was needed. They then proceeded to show me a print out on how bad the alignment was and refused to even match Townfair Tires price for 2 new tires and an alignment. Since I had a failed inspection I brought the car to Townfair for new tires and an alignment. There I was informed I needed 4 new tires not just 2. Since I have young kids I went ahead and replaced all 4 tires. After the service was complete I asked if the wear on the tires was from the alignment being off, it was then I was informed that the alignment wasnt far off and shouldnt have had any effect on the tires fast wear. Not only has Coastal denied any negligence but showed me a false alignment report. Needless to say I wont be going back for the remainder of my services appointments and certainly wont be purchasing or leasing a car here ever again.
I would just like to thank Lance Ward of the Cohasset dealership for being there for me. He sat and spoke to me about what I wanted in a car, and then we looked at some of the inventory he had. Instead of trying just to sell me a car he actually said to me that some wouldn’t fit for what I was asking for. I ended up buying a pre-owned Nissan Rouge of which I couldn’t be happier with. It was such a wonderful experience to know that he actually cared about me and there was no pressure for me to buy!! I would suggest this car dealership to everyone if you are in the market of buying a car!! Just ask for Lance Ward and you will be treated as I was. Thanks again Lance!!

I would recommend this dealership 100 times they did not force us or try to sell us anything My sales rep Brett really made the process super smoothly he was very kind explained to my grandma all the functions of the Car .We felt super at ease . The finance guy was awesome I wish i remembered his name but he was great he explained everything to me and my grandma even gave us advice abut credit. Engine knocking, diagnosed as complete engine block replacement. Thought I would get lots of pushback but Coastal owned right up to it. Was replaced under warranty and they even provided me with a rental car during repair. Pleasantly surprised, George Sullivan was great to deal with. Huge relief. You hear too many horror stories about dealerships, not this time!

I financed my first vehicle at Coastal Nissan and from start to finish the sales team I worked with were accommodating, friendly, and helped make the experience I was anticipating with anxiety much less stressful than I had imagined. Everyone told me to be careful to advocate for myself when looking at cars and bargaining, but that didn’t feel so necessary at Coastal Nissan. My salesman, Troy, was sensitive to my budget and the features I had in mind and helped me navigate several options to find the right fit for my individual needs. When I went to test drive my Rogue and sign all the paperwork, everyone in the building seemed excited for me and were happy to help me navigate the big purchase. The financial advisor I worked with (I think that’s his title) was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He made note that I was alone and young and wanted to make sure I fully understood the policies I was signing up for. He mentioned he had a daughter and he’d want the same level of care provided to her, which really touched my heart. There was a little bit of miscommunication about the time between purchasing the vehicle and driving it home, but the second I mentioned it the same individual (I really wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise) coordinated with the sales team to rent me an Altima free of charge for the four days it took to get my license and registration in order. I recommend to any individual questioning, go to Coastal Nissan and you will not regret it. Buying, leasing, or financing a vehicle does not have to be a borderline traumatic experience and they showed me it could actually be enjoyable and supportive. THANK YOU COASTAL NISSAN!

From Fall River to Coastal Nissan 45 mile drive. From the initial calls to the final details of our purchase I was impressed. The staff did more than just selling a car. Since I was driving long distance they email me videos of the car. I spent some time talking to the manager on the phone, so they knew what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership. The sales manager and Troy Coan my sales person had the car ready for me to look at. This car was detail very clean. Troy explain and showed me everything about the car. Dealt with richard grant, who took a deposit for the car i wanted to buy, 2018 nissan leaf, and next week sold it to someone else not even telling me that. Wrote many emails and never got a reply, caleed a few times and left a voice message - same thing. No answer. Cancelling the deal without notice is not a good behavior, he just wasted my time. Customers be careful of who you are dealing with.

I went to look at a Nissan Rogue by myself and I had nothing but a great experience with Coastal Nissan! The assistant manager greeted me at the door and was extremely nice and quickly introduced me to Mary who helped me with my purchase. Mary I can not thank enough for making this such a smooth transaction. She was quick to lay out my options and get me in the vehicle so we could take a test drive. She was easy to talk to and a pleasure at all times. I highly recommend asking for Mary when visiting. Sean helped me with all my paper work and he was a pleasure to chat with. In total I was there for about 3 hours which to me is nothing when buying a new car. I picked up my car a few days later Mary wasnt there but she made sure I was greeted by a kind face the minute I walked in. I forget his name at the moment and feel terrible about it but he had me in my car and on the road in 15 mins flat! Since I started with getting my cars and having done on them only by George and his team, I feel confident, safe and I know they are not trying to get extra work that may not need to be done. I feel their honesty and being able to trust them goes above anything else. I have never had a question about their knowledge about my car. I brought my car in for scheduled service and it needed new tires and rotors - when George told me they team would need extra time I said I needed to be back to work - George set me up with a loaner car for an hour which was perfect! Always enjoy bringing my car in - service team is exceptional and lounge is very comfortable.
DONT GO THERE! Shouldnt even get one star. Very dishonest and lied to. I went into Coastal Nissan on 8/8/20 to test drive a 2020 Murano for a company lease. After the test drive I told the salesman that we really didnt like it. Asked what if we added $40.00 to our monthly payment for different options. Talk to his manager. Said it could be done with a Murano SL. I told him I wanted to test a couple different makes and I would get back to him in a couple of days. After a couple of days. Called to confirmed all the details and made arrangements for a test drive for 8/15/20. After a test drive on 8/15. Told the salesman that we did want it. We went to his desk and he went to the manager. When he came back from the manager. He went on to tell us that the down payment doubled and a higher monthly payment. That was after at least three times confirming the numbers in person. One conformation with email. Also you would think the sales manager or someone would contact me with an apology. But nothing, No contact whatsoever. I repeat you should not go to this dealership

Came in for an oil change and to have my tires checked as I had been experiencing some slippage and thought I might need new tires. Matt did a visual and said they looked in good shape, recommended a rotation and alignment and pressure check. Everything is great and havent noticed the slippage any more. Matt is always friendly and professional and does a great job.

To my surprise un like other dealerships their advertised price was the price I was ( with the addition of the doc fee, tax, and plates) quoted and much lower than other dealerships. They also gave me more for my trade. The whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely buy another car from these guys and recommend you do as well

I have always bought my cars through Coastal Nissan. They have alway gone above and beyond in the sales department. I can not always say the same for service, but I believe most of my issues were with Nissan as a manufacturer. I have to say my last visit the gentleman I spoke with in the service department was wonderful! Even though he had to deliver bad new, he really put my mind at ease and went above and beyobd no answer all of my questions.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Nissan Rogue at Coastal Nissan. Felt comfortable talking to Ryan and discussing what I wanted, and he was knowledgable and helpful throughout the process.I had the opportunity to go over all the features of the new car, and I love the car I got!
I brought used car from Coastal Nissan. I have worked with Nick and while i was paying initial advance payment, he committed few things like they certify the vehicle, provide remote key, removing the dents and dings etc but later during final purchase they said they cant do any of their written promises and they ignored. Also without my notice they did hard inquiry on credit score. finally they delivered the vehicle without cleaning interior and exterior. After several emails and phone calls they agreed for remote start and seat washing.After few weeks, I went for washing but during washing Steve argued, he only committed for interior wash and they didnt even make sure the interior seat wash properly. they just cleaned seats with wet cloth and gave. I got shocked with their shampoo wash. I had traveled 30 miles for such kind of cleaning.I was not happy with upper level management but the lower level sales person Billy was good.if at all you get a used car with good deal, make sure everything before you take a decision. they will say several things but they will deliver the vehicle as is what we see in display.It is not a good place to buy used cars.
It was for a recall. I called the day before as requested for an appointment and was asked to bring the car in at 8 A.M. In NISSANS estimate for a three hour job. I stayed home near the phone from noon on. NO CALL Just before 5 P.M. I called and was told a message was left for me to come get car. Service guy gave me a number he claimed he called which was not mine. He also said they had just finished it, over 8 hours after they had the car. Almost all work on this car has been done by COASTAL since I bought it from them 7 years ago-and you do not have my phone number. Im skeptical. There were no service people when I got there, a random employee was kind enough to give me my fob.

Tom was a nice and informative salesman. He let me test drive the car I wanted and went into detail about all the aspects of leasing. However, the Sales Manager became pushy and defensive when I expressed that I was still searching and was not going to close any deal today. Nice dealership but was pushed away by the attitude of the Sales Manager.

Nate Billings is a total professional and made this process that I was avoiding very simple. There was even an error on my paperwork when it went to the registry (not his fault) and he bent over backwards to communicate to me and also to get things done in time for scheduled pick up. The dealership itself was very clean and everyone was friendly. The business manager that I dealt with, Sean, was also very professional and easy to work with. I would buy another Nissan from Coastal just because of them.
Spoke to rami about 2020 pathfinder rock creek edition over the telephone and Emails. Connected with Nate about the accessories and vehicle in question, came in and spoke to Sean and finalized the paperwork, a new way of purchasing a new vehicle, hands free no haggling no waiting to speak to sale manager, this was the best dealership to finalize a deal with no pressure.

Needed rear brakes on my 2013 pathfinder. My car was taking in and serviced in a timely manner. The service Manager was extremely helpful and the staff was very nice.....
