Went during one of the morning rushes and was out pretty quick! They sadly didnt have any cheese Danish but the lovely lady at the drive thru said if I want something similar I could try the croissants that they have, she reccomended the Almond one warmed up of course and it was fantastic! I love almonds and almond flavored stuff and she was right warming it up made it nice and gooey and it had plenty of almonds on it ! Definitely going to try it again I might have found a new favorite. My drink is also very good I get the same thing every time and its always made perfectly

The guy with the tattoos in the window this morning needs to get over his horrible attitude. Nobody wants to start their Sunday morning off like that, and he makes other guys with tattoos look bad. We work hard to be respectable human beings.

Wanted to try the Apple Crisp machiato, it was good, honestly, I think Starbucks is little pricey. But worse, when I ordered a medium and a large, I was corrected by the cashier with the douche-y terminology they use. Whatever!

This is the best Starbucks location I have ever been to! We recently moved and I am so thrilled that this is my new go-to location! Service is always SO friendly and as fast as they can be, considering the customer volume. They have never once messed up my order, which is way more than I can say about my old regular location.

Its a perfectly lovely Starbucks, but suffers from being too small and very popular. Dont go through the drive thru before 2pm if you dont have 15-20 mins to sit in line. Its absolutely not the fault of any of the employees, theyre constantly working super hard, but the space they have to work in is tiny and theyre literally always slammed.

I ordered a bagel with my coffee. The bag was not glued at the bottom, and it nearly dropped out. The butter had totally melted in the foil wrapper when I got in the car. It not only was difficult to spread, but the second packet was so melted that when I picked it up, it collapsed in an oily mess, left greasy stains on my dress, and slithered somewhere beneath my seat! Totally messy. I just hope the grease stain comes out. 😟

Starbucks is the best place in the world to get your lattes I love the place and I will always go back there for more lattes I dont care how much they cost I just love it I got hooked on Starbucks my first visit there with my partner Wayne gave me one latte and its been history ever since .

This place forgot to hand my girlfriend her drink, so she got it watered down and a bit bitter. Furthermore, she ordered a medium, not a small...the place has overall nice people, but the service is very subpar--aside from this great worker named Rylea who was polite and got our drinks out fast and correct.

I visited this store today for the first time as I’m from out of state. Hoping to enjoy my birthday drink from a new Starbucks. Well not the best experience I’ve had. I walked in wasn’t greeted, I stood at the register for 3 minutes and each employee just looked at me as if I wasn’t a person. Another few moments later still no help, until a minority man came from the back. He attempted to take my order but was having difficulty as if he was still new (I’m assuming). 3 employees just looked at him struggle without assisting him. After I paid 1 employee told another to put him in the back to do something else, which she did in a nasty attitude. The guy didn’t fully understand what she told him and looked confused and just started doing some work. One of the employees that was just looking at me in the beginning then took over on the cash register. Starbucks in Norwich, please learn how to respect all customers and employees the same. You lost my respect! ✊🏾✊🏾

Unfortunately, this Starbucks was out of stock on almost everything I tried to order. However, the employees were kind, friendly, and helpful in finding something they did have in stock that I could order.

Best coffee hot or iced. Problem is there are not enough full service ones available. Montville needs a full service one, all we have is one in Stop & Shop. There is a full service in Norwich & Waterford. The Norwich one the drive thru line is always coming out of the parking lot on to the street. If there were more of them we would not have to travel to it and pack the lines.

After dropping my much needed coffee on the ground and on toddlers new white sweater and my new shoes I went back into the Norwich Starbucks ready to pay for my drink a second time and be late to my doctors appointment.Not only did they comp my drink, they also gave daughter a cup to play with and who I believe may have been a manager spoke so kindly to me.We have been living through so much pain, especially this past year during the pandemic that I often forget how just a bit of kindness and humility goes a long way. This store is wonderful.

The wait was pretty long and I got the vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle... barely any caramel. Usually its worth the money but today I was not happy.

Despite the long line and crazy amount of people trying to caffeinate to get through there day, the young woman at the window was incredibly sweet. And honestly, their blonce espresso gets me every time.

I LOVE Starbucks. Unfortunately this is the only free standing Starbucks in my area. They’re always extra slow and my drink is never made correctly. The sticker on the cup stating what I’ve ordered is only correct half the time and even when it is correct my order is still wrong.

Whether walk in or drive through, pandemic or not, Ive never not had a good experience here. And even though Norwich is relatively in the sticks compared to the big cities, the consistency in how the drinks are made and how friendly the staff is - its still there. As a city girl (DC native) this place is one of my havens that reminds me of home.

This Starbucks takes so long, at least 20+ minutes. Every time I go, theyre always out of something like straws or brown sugar or oatmilk. It takes forever, half of the time the orders are wrong or clearly rushed. I go to Starbucks all the time and this is one of the worst ones.

I dont know wat HAPPENED, but as of 8/17/21, they are NOT opening until 1:30 pm🙄☹☹

Consistent, as expected. Nice, clean, helpful staff. Good food variety, juices and merchandise. The bathrooms were clean. The location was convenient. Coffee was good and staff made recommendations based in what I was looking for. All in all, a good Starbucks.

This location has the friendliest most helpful employees. They couldn’t complete one of my orders because they ran out of supply. Then made numerous suggestions on how to make my order work. They were very apologetic and sincere .

I only go to this Starbucks because it is the closest one to me that has hot food, and I don’t eat Dunkin. I’ve noticed though since November, this location has really gone downhill. It’s consistently slow, even when you mobile order and it’s not busy, my drink is not accurate at least once a week, and the customer service is sub-par. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, and it’s disappointing to see how bad it’s gotten recently.

Starbucks is more expensive than Dunkin but its a much better cup of coffee. I cut so many calories because I didnt need sugar or a lot of coffee creamer.

Great staff but its always so busy and has a cramped parking area. This becomes a problem when the drive through line gets long as people trying to leave almost have to hit your car to get out.

Very busy fast paced place. So quick I ended up forgetting my debit card at the drive thru the awesome barista guy ran out the door and over to my car before I pulled out of the parking lot with my card in hand I didnt even realize I forgotten it thank God for honest people 🙏🙌 thank you honest barista man you saved my day!

The partners here are usually pretty nice! Although I dont often see the same people twice. That said, I also dont come *super* often. This Starbucks is understaffed. Very long lines. The employees are very good at what they do but the workload is too high.

My coffee was not right and they remade it. A lot of times its not right and it has to be remade. There are some real nice people here but a few are not. If i pay 6 to 7 dollars for a coffee i would like it to be correct. Wouldnt you?

Love the convenience of this spot, but the staff has never been my favorite. The Groton staff is so much more personable. Plus there is almost always a long line and (when the indoor seating was available) always packed dining area, packed parking lot that is difficult to maneuver, and packed drive thru.

4 star for drive through customer service..Coffee was great..but getting the ☕Thats another story..line was backed up for half hour....need to work on that

This location is alright. Sometimes they rush through making drinks and will not follow the exact steps which effects the quality of the drink. Overall the service is usually prompt, the store is clean, and the baristas are friendly.

Ive been an almost daily Dunkin customer for years, but I thought Id give Starbucks a try today as Dunkin has been disappointing me a bit lately. I didnt care for the taste of my Starbucks iced coffee, and it was tiny compared to the similarly-priced one at Dunkin. On the positive side, the employee was friendly, the app is good, and the service was fast, but I get all this at Dunkin. So Starbucks did not win me over.

I was so displeased the last several times I’ve been to the Norwich CT Starbucks. I kept going back and each time the service has been worse than the last. I’ve sat in the drive thru waiting for about 15-20 minutes at a time when there are only one or two cars in front. I’ve placed orders online for them to tell me my order would be ready by the time I get there and not only was it not ready but it took someone several minutes to attend to me and ask what I needed and they made me wait and additional 10 minutes after I arrived at the location for my drinks. I’m severely disappointed as I now avoid this location even though it’s most convenient however it’s not worth my time or money. I’ve chosen Other locations with success.

I have always enjoyed this Starbucks! The staff are always on their A game, always genuine when speaking to you, taking your order, and making sure its always right. Such positive energy in the store among staff and customers! Always feels great to go in get yummy beverage and food! Best Starbucks on the east side of Connecticut in my opinion, from east Lyme, mystic, uncasville(in stop and shop), Lisbon(in target)- this is by far one I love returning to the most! Manger Meme is so sweet and a hard worker!

Use drive thru do not steps in will take longer, Sandwiches are pre made 2 days ago, just put in microwave coffee shop anyway. Door dash delivery but the driver really hate the place to pick up for you not really helpful or healthier.

As an employee here, I cannot emphasize enough how delightful our customers are! They have made my transition from North Carolina to Connecticut a lot easier; they also made me have a new perception of the stigma towards Yankees. Haha

Best starbucks around!!

A beautiful example of a Starbucks, with a nicely themed and decorated interior. Food quality here is excellent, as is the drinks. My only issue here is that often when crowded service is slow - and there is an unbelievably poor lack of parking. Roughly a 10 car parking lot or less, its hard to do anything but the drive thru for this reason.

I really love Starbucks coffee. I dont live near a Starbucks anymore. I live next to a Dunkin. It is just not the same. I love the Venti Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino. Its SO good. Dunkins frozen coffee helps me wake up, a Frappuccino is just bliss.

Great friendly service, never had an incorect order

One of the best locations to visit in CT is Norwich friendly staff always polite and with a genuine smile on their faces I always feel welcome!

Have been here a number of times and have enjoyed the coffee and time with a friend. This week I was here to just pick up a coffee but it was a much busier time than I have been before. It took quite a while to get through to my order (around 15 minutes while my husband waited in the car) because they had a lot of people in the drive through. Also at this busy time it is much too noisy with music and all the people talking. It was hard to even hear the barista. Ill try to stick to the slower times because I do enjoy the coffee.

I go here all the time and my coffee is normally pretty good but the staff is just so damn rude. God forbid you ask for napkins in the drive thru. I dont understand how turning around and grabbing some napkins is an inconvenience but theyve made it very clear that its a waste of their precious time.
