They gave us the wrong prescription in someone elses name! They were given the correct name and address so I dont know if this is incompetence or sheer ignorance, either way its amazing they stay in business as this is not the first time Ive seen this happen with them. Luckily we caught it before she took more than one and she isnt in the ICU. This is so unprofessional and potentially dangerous and could end up killing someone!

Had just gotten out of surgery, pharmacy tech tries to charge me out of pocket a ridiculous amount. Doesnt even ask for my insurance card or if Ive filled anything with them before. Then says they dont have one of the meds. So I go through an hour of waiting and calling my Dr waiting for them to get out of surgery. My Dr called them to verify before calling in the prescriptions. Just to find out they had it all along and the tech just didnt double check with the pharmacist. Terrible experience.

No drive-thru for days. Can’t reach anyone by phone. Long lines inside for your prescription. I didn’t think they could get any worse. Here we are. Remodel looks great though…

My wife had a medication called in at 3:00pm and not ready all day. Called back at 8pm where is it? They said will be ready in half an hour. It is now 9:45. Avoid this CVS! They cant get the times right imagine what kind of medication they are giving you.

I called and waited about 8 minutes, no answer. I hung up. I called again today. Drove from hospital to home in oreston and still no answer. I called when I was in house, 15 minutes later I hung up.

Went there to purchase an over the counter cream and wanted a recommendation on the best ointment to use. Not only was I rushed out of an empty store with 3 people working the pharmacy, the lady didnt even want to ring me up and said to go to the front instead. I went to the front,out the door and across the street to Walgreens where I received better service from a more knowledgeable staff

Never busy but always slow in there. It needs more employees scheduled to work. Please work on this and not the what the interior looks like!

For a cvs that is open 24hours this place is the slowest. Cashiers up front are either slow or there isnt enough of them. And the Pharmacy, wow, what a sh*tshow. Theyre so slow even if they say 15 mins on phone or in person it takes them 3 hours to do anything. And this is when the store is empty everybody is that slow. The pharmacy techs will stare at one another as to say its your turn to go help the customer. Its just chaos and something really need to be done about this place. SO SLOW TO DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. DONT COME TO THIS CVS!!

Absolutely horrible experience.....cashier and the manger on duty were extremely lazy. It was even suggested that I go to Walgreens across the street because there machines work better. And this was by a manager named Destiny. The other cashier name was Stephanie who also seem kind of annoyed about how lazy and unwilling to help the manager was. I’ve been going to this place for years and never had a problem but I’ve also never run into that manger before. She is bad for business.

Had to wait in line for 10 minutes. Need more staff.

I have never had a problem here the staff is always great I would rather wait a few more mins at cvs then go the the Walgreens where I have always had issues staff always friendly and smiling

Pharmacist Giving me a hard time picking up my important medication every single time I go there’s always a problem. Literally there not on point with anything back there, and they lie about also calling insurance saying that was the problem. Was very rude when I tried explaining. Recommend changing pharmacy especially if your on important medication won’t ever get it on time.

This place is pretty convenient for the most part. I walk up here several times a week, usually to get a can or two of soda or Red Bull and occasionally a snack to hold me over. The people who work here are pretty nice and helpful, and there are some pretty good deals every now and then.

Horrible Pharmacist Staff who were incredibly rude after I received a voicemail regarding an issue with one of my prescription transfers I called the store as advised via the number who called me and also number given in voicemail and was advised nobody had called me and that I must be wrong. Not a good start to how you assist a customer. Will never give my business to this location based on treatment.

The only pharmacy not in my insurance network Is Walgreens. Unfortunately, I had to go to CVS. It’s torture. Long lines @ the drive-thru, over 20 minutes on hold on phone. I hate it.

20 minutes waiting listening to music play is not a way to service customer having questions about their prescriptions. I miss rite-aid :(

This Pharmacy is just out for your money, the workers here are very rude and mean. Your always on hold for ever and half the time they tell you that they have to order your meds. So if youre smart stay away from the big chain pharmacies and go to the mom and pop ones where you get better service.

Awesome people really really is great all-around I never have a bad experience here the only reason I get five stars is because youre not very good at quoting the time to fill a prescription I dont mind waiting two hours or an hour if I say they say its gonna take that long but if they tell me its going to be an hour and I go and leave town to run errands and then they text me in 15 minutes and say your prescription is ready I just think I mean I couldve planned my day differently but its a small thing to complain about because Im so upset they got it done faster than

Worst pharmacy around, they didnt refill my daughters antibotics for the correct amount of days then refused to acknowledge or fix their mistake and made it seem like their dispensing technology is foolproof and I just cant measure 5 ml, so badly that my daughter is shorted 4 days of 2 doses?! Rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate, which for a pharmacy is unacceptable.

Cvs is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure of working with, especially the one in Norwich. Every time I need a medication filled, something is wrong with it. It’s come to the point that I dread needing a refill because it’s always a battle with them. As a nurse, I have to constantly call them for my patients to correct the mistakes they’ve made. I don’t know what they’re doing at cvs, but it’s chaotic and needs to be managed.

Can’t even try putting in a code for the cvs gift card I got. Stop hiring stoners who can’t use their computers. Kid couldn’t even bag soda. Montville is where I’m going from here on out. Ridiculous, didn’t even try and the manager he called was just as useless. It says to put in the code if it doesn’t scan but I guess reading isn’t a requirement.

I do not like going to Norwich cvs....they are always rude to me. I only return there because of a certain medication that they have and others dont have the same. But I do fill all the rest of my familys prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy out there!!!!! everytime we need a script theres a problem. and they never get the script right there excuse is that they read the prescription wrong. doesnt take a genius to read. rude staff. says they try and get ahold of the doctor when in all reality they dont!

They make me wait in hold on the phone for a while. So I gave up !!! Not nice!
