SCAM ARTISTS! I brought my car in for loud road noise. Its 2017 with 48k miles. They told me i need struts and that alone will cost $1600+. I know enough that 48k struts would not need to be replaced. I said hold off, just replace my tires. Replacing the tires fixed the road noise 100%. I took my car to 2 other mechanics who both said my struts were perfectly fine. I called to inform Jesus, service manager, to suggest he check his mechanics diagnoses when its something unusual; i left a kind vmail simply asking for a return call, no call back. Left vmail for his supervisor and no return call. They saw a single mom and targeted. When theyre not even willing to call back, that speaks volumes. Horrible customer service. Funny thing is, upon picking up my car, i informed the service manager that my ex- husband is a licensed mechanic, the manager informed me that his guys make $90-100k/ year. Hmmmm, by scamming?

Extremely disappointing interaction with Boch Nissan this afternoon. After leasing one and buying a second car from this dealership, we received some misleading marketing from here, advertising a mark up on trade in and a discount on new vehicles. Having called in advance to clarify this was the case, on attending the dealership it was clear that sales reps were not going to honor their advertising, with mark ups on new vehicles instead.While advertising has to generate interest - and we were very interested in trading up - this was completely misleading and left a bad taste. Will be hard not to consider going elsewhere in future.

Last month I went into Boch Nissan to take a look at the 2021 Rogues. When I arrived, I was greeted by a sales associate named Kostas. He was fantastic! He took the time to understand from me what I was looking for and then was able to show me a Rogue that met my needs perfectly. After I took a test drive and confirmed for myself that this was the car I wanted, the rest of the process proceeded very smoothly (no long delays or waits). When the first set of numbers were presented to me, I commented that I had been hoping to keep my total cash outlay below a certain figure and this set of numbers didnt achieve that. He promptly went back to the Manager and promptly came back with an improved offer (more value for my trade-in) that met my target - deal done! From there we finalized the paper work and I drove it home! This was quite possibly the best experience I have had in buying a car! Ive always been a fan of Boch (Nissan and Honda - where we got our minivan), and Kostas was great. Id recommend you ask for his when you go to Boch Nissan!
Awful experience with Finance / Leasing Department. 40 minutes late for my appointed time, no apology, manager walked by me 3 times without asking if i needed anything. I went in to buy out my lease and they said I needed to leave my car with them for 2 weeks until they received title from Nissan Finance after taking my payment for the vehicle. Nissan of Westborough doesnt do that, and said the process should take all of an hour. The receptionist was the most pleasant person there. What a crummy organization!
I didnt really know what was wrong with my car so I called the dealership one day(hadnt purchased the car there either).someone named Jesus answered and in a few minutes of chatting i had a solution to my problem. I brought the car in, they fixed it and I had it back in time to go on my vacation. I was overjoyed with the service and will only be bringing my car to this location for work after this.

They lied to me from the start. I bought my truck in April and I still do not have my registration. I’m from IL so they had to transfer my registration and pay tax’s. They never paid taxes and IL has no record of a transfer. To top it off my plates just expired. Everyone else in mass has been so nice and honest. Not these people stay away
I was there to either purchase or lease a car. The salesman took my credit card and charged the first month,s payment of the loan before we had even been approved! My daughter and I waited in the showroom for 3 hours while they stalled us before leaving the building. I called the salesman on two days, being stalled on both occasions . Max was a nice man but he was out for the company. I finally tried to get in touch with finances and got voicemail, no reply. Finally, at the end of six days, I filed with my banks to get the charge off my account.
I had to wait almost 4 hours to have an oil change, state inspection, and have a noise checked. I also got my heat shield replace as it was recommended, but now am reading that there is risk to having that replaced and chances of fire which now makes me uncomfortable so I will be calling the service center.
I came in to have my gas tank door fixed and they also worked on a recall that I did not know I had, it worked out great.
Keondro was really awesome! I came in with a set budget and the type of car I wanted. I was actually really relieved when he came back with my numbers and they were exactly what I asked for and I got a brand new car which I was not expecting at all . My car is amazing and its what I wanted plus even more! Its a 2021 Nissan Rouge and the thing is seriously all jacked up with technology and style. Not only did he get me the car I wanted but he did it with honesty and I didnt feel hustled by him what so ever he was really to the point,helpful, and honest and just a all around good guy kind of vibe.
I expected to be told my car had many issues and the bill to be very high and this was not the case. Honesty goes a long way, so i will be back!

Ive been a customer every since 1980 when it was Clay Nissan. Clay Nissan was very family oriented. But when Boch took over all that changed. I told myself I will never purchase another Nissan. I hated how they made me feel and I didnt trust them at all. But when I went back due to something kept killing my battery Ive received a much pleasant experience. Jesus, the supervisor was great and his manager Richard Rivera is the best. They both took great care of me and I left very happy.
Was looking for a Nissan dealership to service the A/C on my Aramada. Figured Id give Boch Nissan a try, on 6/19 they performed an Air Conditioning System Diagnosis (recharge of system with freon & dye $189.95) at present the A/C is again blowing warm air. At the time of service the service tech Aziz informed me that they recommend replacing the left outer tie rod & needing a front end alignment (which is required after such a repair) once the work was performed. Was quoted $382.48 for the combined services. I informed Aziz that I would get back to him. I emailed him a week or so later asking if they could do any better on the price or if they had any service specials, he said that they did not. However not long after I received a automated phone call from the dealership which offered 20% off any recommended service. I reached out to Aziz via email and he said that that could be applied to my repair. Then I asked via email for an updated quote reflecting the 20% service discount, never heard back from him. I called the dealership and left him a detailed message informing him that I wanted to get the recommended repair performed but needed an updated quote, still have not heard back and its been weeks. Safe to assume that I need to find a new dealership to service my vehicle with. Very disappointing.

My fiancé went to test drive a 2020 Nissan Rogue which she saw was available on Bochs website. After she had test driven it and wanted to find out more information the salesperson Max informed her that this car was sold but he could get her in a new Rogue. She insisted that she didnt have the budget for a new car so he offered her a 2018 Rogue that was more expensive and had more miles than the 2020 Rogue. When my fiancé asked him the question why the 2018 was more expensive he evaded her question and said if she were to buy the 2018, he would be able to come down in price. When she refused to entertain the idea and asked for her keys so she could leave. He said he could sell her the 2020 because technically it hadnt been sold, the interested party was coming by later today to purchase it. Again she declined and asked for her keys. The Salesperson wouldnt acknowledge this request and kept trying to suggest other ways she could buy the car like lease to own. My fiancé now frustrated demanded her keys and insisted that there is no way she is buying a car today and she wanted to go home. The sales person relented and gave her keys back. What was supposed to be a simple test drive was a 2 hour ordeal. No wonder people are going to places like Carvana--they dont have to put up with pushy sales people like this. For shame.

We had a great experience at Nissan! We were greeted at the door by Maxim who took excellent care of us and had plenty of patience with us. He let us test drive many vehicles to make sure it was the one we wanted. Going back and forth to find us the best deal and taking his time with our million questions. We also met with George in finance who was another pleasure to work with. Trying his best to find the right deal, bank, etc. He even got us a a better deal when we said we are frontline workers, which after 2020 was so kind to do. We also went up to the auto body mechanic upstairs who was very nice and made sure to tell us everything they offer and when to come in for inspections and so on. What we loved about Nissan is that everyone is so personable and you feel like you are being taken care of. Maxim was texting us and following up after to make sure the car was okay and what is coming up line the inspection sticker. The man in auto body also said to email him anytime because he answers emails all day long, even if he is at home. George, also wanted to make sure we were okay and told us to call him anytime. It didn’t seem rushed at all and it was a great experience!! Thank you everyone at Nissan!

Total bait and switch the price I was given in writing was 2k less than what it was when I went to buy the car. No one would call me back or explain it. they just totally ignored me. Dont waste your time.
At first, I was very pleased as the typical negotiating process was fairly straightforward and easy. After just one round of negotiating I was able to get a price for my Nissan Altima that I was comfortable paying. I was a little disappointed after the purchase though as it took longer than expected for Boch Nissan to deliver my vehicle. However, the people at Boch made it right! If I need to buy a vehicle in the future I would definitely consider Boch again!
I came in to purchase a car. My husband made the appointment and came with me, but was nowhere on the paperwork. The car is in my name and the financing is through me alone. When we were filling out paperwork, I pointed out that they had my husbands email listed, not mine. I was told that it did not matter. I was NEVER, NOT ONE TIME contacted about my purchase. My husband was the only one contacted with questions and updates about when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. This survey, in fact, was sent to his email address and he forwarded it to me. I even emailed financing information in from my email address and received no response. I was tempted to send him in to pick up the car alone, and I have no doubt that he would have been allowed to drive off with it.
Justin Lee wasted a lot of my time. He said a nice offer for Rogue via email communication, and when I went there, the offer was not real and the price was so higher than that. They are not flexible in offering good deals. Not recommended.

They sold me a good car for a decent price. The staff have generally been friendly and helpful. Scheduling service is easy. There have been some issues with the results of the service from time to time. But I still come from fairly far away to have them look at it, they treat me well.

Ive been a customer here for years. I had some work done on my tire. A day after the hubcap fell off. I went back to get it replaced but they wouldnt replace it. I tried to speak to the manager he gave me the run around, the director did the same. Totally unprofessional! Azeez was the only professional person there unfortunately he doesnt have a bigger title. I would avoid this place.
The service department never returns calls
I was a crazy person to purchase a Volvo from a Nissan dealer and I paid the price, I received 3 tickets in one week just because the sales rep did not do what he was supposed to do, register my vehicle, notify RMV of change of plates and inspect my vehicle before it was handed over, also when I returned to Boch with my first ticket I had to pay $60.00 for inspection sticker and was told I should write to the RMV, well for the other 2 tickets I never contacted them I am handling that on my own and thats not all the sales person refused to take my calls. There was/is no follow-up from the sales rep looks like it was his first sale. So management please send that man to some form of training on what is required and how to deal with customers before and after.
If there was the ability to give 0 stars I would.Worst car buying experience of my life. It tooks 4 hours to process paperwork day of purchase. They had five days to get the car ready and it still wasnt ready when we showed up after they told us it was. We showed back up for a scheduled service that was supposed to take an hour. After 3 hours they said we couldnt have the car back. Still trying to get it resolved - worst customer service I have ever experienced.I would have had more luck buying a car from a road side used cars salesman. Shameful they use the Boch name.
Heres a story for everyone. I visited Boch Nissan about 10 months ago. I set up a test drive for a Hyundai Sante Fe. I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I was working remotely due to covid and while my 2003 corolla sat in my drive way it slowly rusted. I researched for weeks and weeks before finding a vehicle at this dealership that was exactly what I needed.I called for a test drive. Was asked when I would like to test drive the vehicle and responded whenever you open in the morning. I showed up with a friend to test drive the vehicle and to my surprise I was third in line for the test drive...I was then told that I could wait and if the people test driving before me did not commit then I would still have the opportunity to test drive and purchase the car.I patiently waited in the shade with fingers crossed hoping the potential customers wouldnt make a purchase.I lucked out (in a gloomy way)... The people before me wanted to buy the vehicle but also needed approval from a father who was in the hospital at the time.I was and am sympathetic to their situation. I also needed a car and it was my turn. After driving the vehicle for around 10 minutes with my mechanic friend we were working our way back to the dealership and I was absolutely set on buying this car. It checked all the boxes for me and after months of research I was beginning to get a little desperate.To my surprise when I was around a mile or two away from getting back I received a call from the dealership asking where I was. I replied I would be back momentarily and would like to purchase the car.When I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by a salesman who I enthusiastically told I wanted to purchase the car. I was then told that while I was on the test drive they sold the car to the next person in line. The person who was supposed to test drive the car after me...I argued and argued but was told they decided to buy the car without even test driving and they had driven allllll the way from the cape... I said thats fine but I want to buy the car. I was told I could not and was assured they would definitely find me a suitable substitute and because of this inconvenience would make sure it was a deal.After searching through all of Bochs vast inventory they couldnt find a car for me with similar mileage for a similar price. I was offered another sante fe that while had fewer miles was clearly worse for wear. I was upset but Maher the manager assured me he would make this right.I waited and waited and waited and waited. I sent follow up emails and was told I havent forgot about you, only thing I did not have anything that match your budget yet.That was the final communication.Im sorry Maher. I know we are north attleboro neighbors but after nearly a year I am lacking sympathy for your companies absolute disrespect to the car buying process.Never in a million years would I think a dealer would sell the car to someone WHILE IM TEST DRIVING. After being told I had to wait my turn. While being told I should be sympathetic because the new driver drove ALL THE WAY from the cape.If you are still reading I commend you and beg you to avoid any and all Boch dealerships. If you are in a bind and have to purchase a car I implore you to avoid this dealership like the plague on the car buying world that it is. Life is tough enough without having to put effort into giving someone else your hard earned money.

My first time here was about a month and a half ago. I had made an appointment through CarGurus to look at a Q60 Red Sport, and was put in contact with one of Boch Nissans Client Care Managers, Justin. He was very professional and friendly through email. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I met Justin and he greeted me and got me set up with the car right away. After test driving the car, I was introduced to Serenella, who was my salesperson. Serenella was also very friendly and helpful with any questions I had; she was very knowledgeable. During the whole process, Serenella NEVER once gave me the run around, and she kept it straight with me, and shortly after, we were able to agree to a deal. Since I purchased the car from them, there have just been some minor issues that needed some taking care of, but Serenella was again very helpful and on top of things, and she was always willing to help me out with whatever I needed. This was one of two experiences I have had at dealerships, and I have to say that it was not what I expected after hearing so many stories. This was a great experience and Serenella was awesome; Im glad she was my salesperson!
Service department was friendly, the service area was clean, the technicians and service team need more training ....they want you to believe that it cost $390.00 to remove leaves from the blower fan when 2 other local Nissan dealerships said they would not charge anything for that service on a 1 yr old vehicle.End.

I am disappointed with the finance service of Boch Nissan. I was there Saturday excited about the possibilities of trading in a car and buying a new one. I negotiated one price a contract and deposit was was given and I received a different and more costly price when I sat with finance. I felt like what I understood was the deal was not honored. I wont go there again.

This is a very unprofessional place, pushy and rude. I can’t believe this place is running business. Never again. My car didn’t get registered until 10 days after my purchase. Kept on calling them and all I got was a bunch of excuses, took me a long drive from Lowell to Norwood to be there in person, and on top of that my salesman Max was late.
Sales/Finance Manager Maher Boles wouldn’t let me leave until we were both happy with a deal on a new lease. He was extremely courteous, understanding and helped me get into the car I wanted without making me feel pressured. Extremely happy with the service he provided today and will continue to lease my cars here with this level of customer service and care.

I went to dealer because the engine light came on at 6 k I had trouble contacted the dealer because no one in service answers the phone I had to book online I waited a week for just a battery no calls no updates nobody from the gm yes I got his number service manager etc worst experience I wouldnt recommend boch and will no longer purchase or service my vehicle here they just dont care once the sale is done bought 4 cars from here 2 within last 6 months they can make their profit from someone else
I brought my 2014 Armada in for service as the HVAC/heater was not working. Upon dropping it off with Jesus he explained everything and also handled working with the dealer that I actually bought the car from (as I had purchased it the week before from a deal in NJ. Jesus handled all the comms and went above and beyond to get in touch with them making many calls and emails. And upon further inspection the front wheel bearing also needed to be replaced. Jesus keep me informed of all the times he called the other dealer to work out approvals & payment and delivered my car back to me with all the needed repairs and clean. he also too the time to review the repair bill and the warranty on the work. Nicely done Jesus, and excellent job and done very professionally - 10 out of 10. Thank you!!!!

I went for service as it was time, I asked the intake cashier if there was any coupons available, rather than offering - he said I would have to look on line. As the car was being serviced, I searched and found Boch Nissan Norwood coupon. $15.00 was deducted.However he also told us me we needed new tires, as 2 definitely 2 very soon are worn.We purchased the car from Boch last year ( CERTIFIED USED) with 24,276 miles the car now has 51,436. My take away - be sure to get brand new tires on a used car! What a racket!

Very unprofessional sales team. I was offered a price by the manager multiple times over the phone and by email. Once it came time to close on the deal they offered me a higher price and said it was their “best deal” and then increased it a second time an hour later. All in their price went up by about 30% from what was initially agreed to. I wouldn’t trust anything they send you via email or tell you over the phone.
I love my 2004 Old Nissan Quest. the Nissan Dealer provided great suggestion to keep it running. I hope that I can use their suggestions in the coming future; thereby, I would highly recommend this salesmanship to a college.
Stay away, I drove 40 miles for a lease that was quoted to me, when I arrived I was told the quote had factored in that I qualified for 4 rebates that I was not aware of. Also there was no mention of assuming you qualify for all rebates. Dont bother contacting them or negotiating online.
The staff were amazing, everyone was friendly an welcoming. My advisor Matt took care of my care and communicated with me about every update on my car while fixing it. And the service manager was supper cool and hospitable.

The salesperson at this dealer is not professional. They simply played money game for posting absolutely low price online and attracting you to their dealer, then was trying to charge you unreasonable additional cost.Furthermore, the salesperson did not return me my drive license after copying. When I returned back and asked for that, he simply did not spend any minute for searching it, just ignored my repeated request and left me there waiting for 1 hour. At last, when his manager found my driver license next to the copy machine, the salesperson was still saying whatever excuse by covering his mistake.

OMG, the worst car buying experience ever! I spent a lot of time looking for a car for my wife and found a Rogue that fit the bill perfectly. When we got there it was late Saturday afternoon, and as we got to the door, we thought they closed. As we turn to leave, a salesman came to the door and greeted us, sort of. We told him what car we wanted to look at and test drive. All good so far. We return and let him know we want the car, easiest sale ever. Get to his office and suddenly all sorts of paperwork is thrust at me, with him urging me to sign. I take time to look at the paper and explain I will not sign anything until I get a clear explanation of my finance options. He flat refuses and explained that unless I sign and handover my deposit, nothing else can happen. I should have walked away there and then but the car was a GREAT deal! I proceed with the clear understanding and note that if we cant agree terms we are out with our deposit returned. Now we are handed off to the Finance Director which is where the fun really starts. He explains that my payment is going to be ~$100 more than was agreed. You got it, he assumed I wanted the additional warranty. Nope, not interested. After about 15 minutes of his best high pressure or bullying sales technique, I havent budged (at this point, I should share that a large part of my job involves negotiating with some of the worlds biggest brands). He eventually realises Im not moving, gets very upset, and says hell print the paperwork, get me to sign and get us out there. This whole transaction turned vety personal for him and he was visibily upset. He literally throws the papers I am required to sign at me and doesnt utter another word until we leave when I think he thanked us for our business. I will never set foot into another Boch dealership. When ever i make a large purchase or any purchase, I think it is reasonable to expect to be listened to and heard, treated respectfully and with grace regardless of the outcome.
I was required to wait for an hour and 40 minutes to pick up my car. This was after a week of waiting for the dealer to call me to pick it up. No one called me and I called myself. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes I left with the car but no completed registration or inspection sticker. So now I need to take time off from work to get those. In addition, I saw 2 customers not wearing masks, and multiple sales people not properly wearing their masks. It made me uncomfortable to sit there for so long with the behavior of those people.
We were looking for a small SUV but were unsure where to go. When we arrived at Nissan we were blown away by the professionalism of Kostas and his team and the care they took to explain everything to us. This is our first Nissan but we will most certainly be going back!!
I WISH I READ ALL REVIEW BEFORE I CAME HERENot recommend this dealer at all. Kosta very nice person but he can’t help you with your issues because he is working here. We came here 1/11/2021 because we saw they have promotion that when you registered for testing drive, the dealer would give you $50 gift card so when we came here for testing drive, and would buy the car. They promised to give us $50 gift card for the test drive and IF i bought the car today, they gave me extra another $50 gift card. Totally $100 gift card. Because we was looking for a new car (we had a nissan 2007 too) and we thought we can have $100 gift card was just better than nothing. So we bought the car on that day 1/11/2021.They told me to go home and they will send me my gift card. I believed them and went home. Until a week after that. I asked them about my gift card. Coz i saw promotion would be expired on 2/11/2021 (a month from the day i bought the car). I noticed to Kosta so he could ask his manager to send me my gift card as soon as possible. But guess what. I’ve waiting for another week, I didn’t see anything, the car has been having problem too, some weird noise came out from the passenger side when i drive about 45 - 50 miles. I came back to the dealer 3-4 times. The problem still have NOT fixed. So then They told me contacted to their professional technicians. Making an appointment with him and have him to meet me at the dealer to talk to me about my car issues. I was friendly remind Kosta and sell manager about my gift card, since i bought the car, I still have NOT received the gift card which I deserve to have one. Then they told me the gift card was expired and that WAS NOT their fault. That’s so hilarious! If wasn’t your fault then whose fault??? My fault! Disappointed, The dealer delayed to send me my gift card, I know you keep telling me you don’t sale gift card, of course, i know that, but that was promotion you guys told me when i bought the car. they told me nothing they can do and also nothing i can do to them.It’s a shame to you, big dealerships but very unprofessional!Very disappointed and would not recommend it to my friend or my family in future.My car now still waiting for my car to get fixed.A brand new car with issues and nobody can fix it!Asking your customers waiting in their hope and trust but then all you get is disappointed!
A bad accident took my fiancé’s third Altima (Ms. Jackson) from her. We are thrilled to introduce Jolene. We were thrilled to work with Carlos (a heck of a good young man) who approached this sale with a kind heart and a gentle approach. My fiancé was not sure whether or not to buy used, new or try a lease. Carlos was patient and friendly. No heavy sales pressure here. We walked the lot for twenty minutes and we weren’t approached once. It was a relief. We then went inside and asked to speak to someone. George came out and introduced us to Carlos. In our time there we met the entire crew; Kevin, Jake, and so many more as well as a lovely young lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) salesperson and we had a lot of laughs. Thank you to all involved in bringing Jolene to life!
My service advisor Jesus was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to how my service was going. He went over my bill in detail. It was just a very pleasant experience.
I had my first lease transaction with the Gabriel & the sales management team today. They made it quick and I was able to drive away in my new car within a few hours of walking into the dealership. Thank you Boch Nissan Team!

I purchased a vehicle at Norwood Nissan Dealership.The Customer Service Representatives there were not very helpful at all they were giving me mis leading information & never returned any of my calls. I left messages for the managers to call me back to discuss my situation. I just noticed a review about adding additional cost to the vehicle price,they did the same thing to me. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone.

I was told to take an hour out of my day to get car cleaned and inspected. Ive been here 3 hours and they havent begun to inspect my car. I just keep getting its being taken care of very bad experience
Went in for service like I have for 6 years. They took the car, performed the work, and then told me If i want to pay with a credit card, I had to pay a 3% fee (they said new owners are making them do it)... Service team was great as always, however, I will not be back until they drop the payment type fees. If you pay by credit card or like reward miles/points you may want to service your vehicle elsewhere.
Not easy to deal with at all. The online pricing is BS, I have never seen so many undisclosed fees added on to an invoice. Customer support / service is a joke. I was blatantly lied to over the phone to get me in the door, when i tried to discuss this with a manager, I was told that he couldn’t be responsible for the information his employees gave out over the phone. No one has a clue as to what’s going on, my “deal” changed so many times between the initial quote and delivery, depending on who I talked to I got different answers.To top it all off, the kid who delivered my car was bragging about driving my car 100mph and getting a ticket on the way to deliver it to me. I am astonished that this dealership is still in business given the way it is managed.Don’t waste your time, their “deals” aren’t really that great after all the fees and agony you will go through dealing with them.I would rate the salesperson I dealt with ok, but he isn’t listed, probably got sick of the BS and left the company. The sales reps at this dealership have little to do with the overall experience, they regularly leave you sitting for an hour or more while they help several people at once.Don’t waste your time at Boch Nissan.

I was here in January two of the people ordered food right in front of me didnt give a tip to the delivery driver. I was pretty shocked that they ordered food while a customer was there even more shocked when they didnt even give a working person a tip for delivering their food.Just for that reason I went to a different dealership. I bet you know that dealership wish they sold me a car in January because Bay 2020 they aint selling nothing much. Maybe those sales people know how it is to get stiffed because Im sure there sales are great. Good luck if you bring back those same sales guys.
We were helped by Jesus for our service needs (he has previously helped us for other services at Boch). We can not express how much we appreciate the quality of service that we received from him. He is a top notch service provider. He should be an intricate part of your service training for new and current customer service representatives. Each time we deal with him, he continues to raise the bar for the quality of service and attention to detail we receive.
