Ok store.. when you need something quick

Out of or very limited supplies when it came to personal hygiene items. Which was the whole reason for coming. Will not return for that.

Its a little messy and sometimes theyre out of things like toilet paper but the people are very friendly and helpful so I like shopping here. Except for toilet paper lol.

Not enough cashiers and it was too crowded

A little low on stock but I imagine they dont have enough employees

The manager at this location is amazing! Not sure what his name is but every time I enter the store he greets me with such a great warming hello. Sadly the Last time I went customers were out of hand but he handled the situation so well! If you’re having a bad day he definitely can brighten it up!

Very nice lady, but was out of everything, and every time I come there the app never works for coupons .

Please just go in at your own risk if you must, do not expect professionalism, you should probably shouldnt buy any food items here in that I found cookies dated 2018. Employees are simply ghetto and I need to not be lazy and go to better places to shop because this place is ridiculous

Its always nice to see the regulars whom work here they always greet you and have big smile...its like they know you and are happy to see you!!!

To make a long story short young lady charged me twice but removed the item I paid for citing that she didnt ring it up in the first place, Im writing this before I go in to get my item I paid for it she makes it difficult Ill leave the 1 star up if she just gives me the item I paid for Ill change it.

Friendly but slow customer service, need to be more efficient and fast while scanning and bagging customers products and items.

The store is very clean now...the new team and management have really straightened up the store so its more pleasant to shop now.

Customer Service was good but the fact that there were no carts available was not good. Seems like the carts were taken up by miscellaneous items thrown in them by the employees.

This is the only place i can buy my shampoo, I love shopping here they have all kinds of cool things and great prices.

It is a great place to shop for non essentials.

The line here is always ridiculous. Today I stood in line for a while before two employees came rushing in from outside. One had a friend walk in with her whos little boy kept going behind the register touching the money drawer, while Im trying to ask questions about the coupons I had. The employee ringing me up was new so there was an item I had that was clearance that didnt ring for the right price, the other employees showed her that she had to manually change the price. I also had an electronic coupon for something and it still rang up full price, I tried showing them what it said so we could see what the problem was but neither employees looked at the coupon and they just stood there looking at me basically waiting for me to go. They didnt offer to let me exchange it for the right item if that was the problem or to see if it was wrong on their end. I know there was a long line but I waited in that line and I know my order wasnt as simple as they wanted it to be but not everyone is going to get rang up and not have questions.

This is a pretty good Family Dollar. They have good deals.

Store is ridiculous! They dont close at the time on the door. Employees were standing around with door locked waiting for time to pass while the store hours said they should still be OPEN !
