Wont waste my time again at the print center. Understaffed. Weak experience. Not set up to solve needs.

I needed to fax a one-page document. They only have two fax machines in the whole store. They are both self-serve. There was two people at the machine faxing large amounts of documents, and there was one person in front of me that had a whole folder of papers to fax. I asked them very nicely at the desk if they could fax my one-page document, but they refused to do it. I will NEVER return here again, and advise that none of you do either. Unprofessional and people are not nice!

The print center was amazing before . I have been going there for about 2 years if not more the new management they have is horrible, if you ask for them to edit a small detail they refuse. If you ask to talk to the manager he doesnt do anything about it. So you have to go back to you computer to edit anything you missed or small detail you forgot and then come back and get it done. Very bad customer service.
