Ive shopped at Chelala several times. The team is always friendly, helpful and quick. Any repairs and custom pieces are always done for a reasonable price in a timely manner.

Extremely rude. They pretend to be a small time husband and wife jewelry shop but they are dishonest at best. They do not do repairs in house and sub contract their work, but assure you they do it in house by trained jewelers. They grossly up charge their products, repairs and services. They do not keep track of their tickets and they are difficult to get a hold of. Poor quality service and poor quality product with top of the line prices. Would not recommend.

Pascale was very courteous and actually listened to what my fiancé and I wanted.She didn’t try to upsell us and actually steered us towards a less expensive ring that my fiancé absolutely LOVED. I recommend simply because of the genuineness we experienced there.

Very kind, welcoming and professional family owned business. I brought in a pair of ruby and diamond earrings that I never wore but cherished. They created 2 outstanding bands that compliment my wedding rings beautifully.Price was very affordable.

My mom insisted we find a local jewelry shop to purchase a sweet 16 gift. We googled and found this shop. We LOVED it. So many options that were affordable. We ended up buying a few items for ourselves as well. We will be back. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

I could not find good place to change the battery on my watch. All what I found was unreasonably expensive. Thanks God I came to local. They changed battery really fast for good price. Definitely recommend this place

Went there to get necklace fixed got a price on it 45$ called a few weeks later to see when it would be fixed went there to pick up and then tried to charge me $100 for my necklace to get fixed when already the associate charge me $45 . No one thats a professional charges a client one price and then Boost the price 55$ difference.. i will never go back there to get anything fixed

What a great company! I was visiting from out of town and my watch stopped working. I stopped by Chelala Jewelry to buy a new one. Phillippe, the owner, fixed my old watch while I waited! It’s nice to do business with honest, caring people. Highly recommend.
