Me and my boyfriend decided to go have brunch here. we waited about 10 minutes for a booth which wasn’t bad but once we ordered our food we were there for almost a hour. There were people there longer than us that didn’t have food either. No one and I mean no one had their food. They seemed too busy with filling togo orders than serving people who were there. Ive worked in food service before so I understand things can get backed up but that was just ridiculous. I hope that they learn from this and do better.
Always enjoyed our breakfasts here. The only thing we cant revisit because we moved.
Food was delicious and inexpensive, coffee a bit weak. Bring cash, no credit cards. Very nostalgic, used to come here with my family (my dads go to place) when I was a little girl.Im 70 years old now!

My wife and I LOVE this place.Friendly service and diner coffee with tasty breakfast specials like the smash....Omelets like the steak and cheese and meat lovers are absolutely delicious and she is in love with the Greek omelet.Weve tried every breakfast joint around and this one is definitely our favorite

Awesome little place for breakfast and lunch. Only a few tables, but the bar offers additional seating. Ive never had to wait for a table, even during busy hours. Probably because the food is absolutely cranked out of the kitchen. Everything is delicious; all your breakfast and brunch favorites prepared well in the quaintest little diner you ever did see. I frequent this place and it will continue to be a weekend staple for me!
Cute, classic venue...but the management is gruff and unreasonable and the food and coffee is mediocre at best. Ordered the most expensive omelette on the menu and asked to substitute tomato slices for both the toast and hash browns as I am a lower carb eater. The server had to check with the manager, then relayed to me that I could only have the tomato slices for a $1 up charge in spite of the fact that I wasnt getting toast or hash browns. I asked her to please let the manager know that I found this to be unreasonable. When the food came out, she said that the manager took a dollar off because I didnt get the toast or hash browns. Seriously???? Not sure why she couldnt just give me the darned tomato slices??? Poor customer service and almost seemed like she purposely was trying to annoy me. I wont be going back. Coffee was watered down swill as well, straight up awful.
The food is excellent. The servers are engaging. Try the sausages. Very good. This establishment accepts only cash. No ATM, but there is a bank diagonally across Nahaton Street.
Such a quaint little diner! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! They even made me a custom (vegan) wrap!

Disappointed. Read good reviews so we thought give it a try. Food was sub-par. Ordered omelette, hash browns and wheat toast. The toast was best part. Hash browns were over salted and undercooked. The omelette was pouring out cheese so much so you could scrape it off with the fork. Waitress was not too friendly either.My daughter used the restroom and came back to the table telling us not to use it. Her exact words were oh my god- its nasty in there - what can I say, shes 15.Perhaps we hit it on a bad day. Maybe your experience will be better. Be advised it is an all cash business. No credit or debit cards accepted.We are a family of 5 that enjoy seeking new food places.

Typical greasy spoon dinner, food was ok, nothing special, the highlight was when the waitress asked us to leave after finishing breakfast, while still drinking coffee, so she could seat the table. Classy move.

The service was great but the food and coffee were terrible. I got eggs Benedict with home fries and the only taste it had was the salt I added. The hollandaise sauce was watery with no flavor and the home fries were just cooked potatoes; no seasoning or anything. Also this place is cash only which is posted at the diner but not online. I came because I googled diners near me on my way home to Connecticut. Cash only would have been good to know before hand.

This diner is such a hidden gem! Food is great, service is even better, and it is very affordable. Just remember to bring cash with you as it is a small business that is cash only. But it is family owned and if you are looking for a place that has good food, good customer service and you like supporting local business, definitely come here.
Nice looking old diner. Unfortunately they havent kept the old style quality food. I had a hamburger and fries and you could tell from the first bite it was the highly processed pre pattied hamburger meat with little flavor. Could of bought that at Wendys and any other chain.
The diners food was pretty good, prices were great, I was just bummed they wouldnt make me french fries in the morning.

The food was filling and tasted great! Our server Olda (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was attentive to our table and served with a great smile! Overall a pleasing experience.

The pancakes were funky but NOT the good kind of funky. They were soggy and WET and NOT SILLY!!:( the burger was only amusing and not even smile-worthy!!
