Great experience every time I go there which I’m usually always in a time crunch or some sort of jam. My AC unit is very old and the exact replacement fan was a week away but they got me a compatible one that worked perfect but I had to update to an additional capacitor which they walked me right through with a wiring schematic and even with the added capacitor they saved me about $100. All sales people are great! A+

Had a hiccup on buying a Milwaukee band saw with placing a will call order. When I showed up, they couldn’t find my order due to a mixup from the call center. However, the manager of this location, Patricia and Blonde hair gentleman (Sorry, didn’t get name) went above and beyond with what should have just been a regular transaction and smoothed everything out beyond what should have been expected. Haven’t had a an experience like that with a distributor ever and I commend Grainger for employing such fantastic people!

My family owns a pizza restaurant in Norwood, we needed a chain for one of our machines. The staff that helped me spent about 30 min or more helping us find the correct chain size. The gentleman was happy and smiling while helping us. We are so satisfied with their customer service. Thank you.

Great store, just went in for my first time today. Was working down the street and needed a receptacle. Went in and the guy was very helpful, but a 125v 15a white outlet cost me $9.65! Astronomicaly high price. 4x as much as Home Depot or ace hardware. As I was stuck with no other place to go I had to purchase it. Not sure on any other material or price comparison but that is why I’m only giving 3 out of 5
