The Norwood Armory is a hidden gem in the Town. Rob, the firearms expert, is a wealth of valuable information, especially for new gun owners. He is always willing to assist a customer by providing honest advice and guidance. He is a pleasure to deal with. Even though these are crazy times, the Armory has a good selection of handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Keep up the great work! Long live the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Absolutely great experience dealing with Bob and Rob. They are so knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful when you either call ahead to understand what they have for inventory or when you visit the store in person. They have high quality guns and accessories that are sold at a good price. This is my go to store and will always be my first choice to buy at.

Any fireararms related operations in MA deserve tax breaks, and incentives along with a well deserved, Kudos to you sir!No doubt youve been to AZ&FL where everyone can buy similar tools, also called firearms, ..at garage & yard sales.Good luck!

Called them up for some basic questions VERY cool and down to earth

I just called & asked about various firearms in the store & got shot down (no pun intended). The older “gentleman” for lacks of a better term was very rude & dismissive. Before parting ways, i said “thank you for your time & have a nice day” then he abruptly hangs up on my face ... what a character.

Both rob and bob are super knowledgeable, friendly, and will help find you whatever your looking for! I go to quite a few shops and purchase a lot of firearms but this is my go to place! Best price on ammo, guns and great people. The kind of place you go for ammo and leave with a new rifle! They have everything and can find you whatever it is they don’t have in stock! Love this shop! The family running the shop is great - super friendly and knowledgeable, willing to work with you to make sure you find exactly what you need. Prices on used items are fair, new items are comparable to larger retailers but service is far better

Its great to finally have a shop close by. Prices and service are great for firearms, supplies, and propane. Id rather do my business here to support the locals any day rather than the over-priced big businesses. Always satisfied when I leave the shop.

Sadly disappointed. I have been filling my propane tanks here for the past 6 years. They recently converted to a propane/Fire arms store. I obtained my Mass unrestricted LTC license and decided to stop by after I got my tank filled. After several opinions from my friends, watching several you tube videos and advice from gun club members about various handguns, they all said it would be best to actually see and feel the fire arm. When I visited Norwood Armory and started to ask questions; all they would say is to visit the fire arm web pages for additional info/specs. He then took his lap top and went to the back of the room. It seems that they will only speak with you if you will be conducting business when them. Honestly I would have purchased something there, but with that customer service I will go elsewhere and pay over $100 for better service. Poor customer service!!!!

I was having my truck serviced right next to this shop. (Great service at the auto shop) so I saw the certified get my dealer. Sign. So I walked over and the only door I saw was the lower door. It was locked. Then some one opened it from in side and asked me if he could help me I said yea Im looking for fThe gun shop. He told me its by appoiment only and I have to pre buy in order to go In side.

Great little shop. They even have some custom knives! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

If youre looking to get more information about firearms, or even purchase a firearm, go somewhere else. The worker was extremely dismissive and was only concerned about making a quick sale. Also, the prices here are much higher than most places. Bad prices, bad service. Would not recommend.

I bough a rifle and a hand gun paid over 3500$ !!! I will never step in this place again ! After they disrespect u with WHATEVER!! Thats what the old man said to me in front of a customer!! Thats not nice Mr bob ! U just lost a CUSTOMER!I stop by today to say hello ! I saw same rifle hanging on the wall with the barrel length I want mine and he said its not mass compliance!!! He sold me longer barrel ! I ask simple question if I can switch it !!! He get so mad !!! Start humbling we got to some customer its not urs ! I said thank u he goes WHATEVER!!!! I left not upset or mad I was so happy to know this place its not for me !SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERRY RUDE!!Not recommended at all !They have nicer way to say it or explain it my friend!MANY STORES ARROUND U NOT THE ONLY FIREARMS STORE ! Learn how to be in business and talk to customers! Stay like this u close soon out of business!

Went there with my wife to look at hand guns and all they did was look at us like zombies like they didnt want to help us with no eye contact . Would rather pay twice as much and have better service else where
