Ordered Madelaine Chocolate Cigars from them and they sent it 2 day Fed Ex. Melted by the time it arrived. Complete waste of money.

Job well done!I never write a review, but Ive received my daughters Baptism favors today & I had to....The favors are amazing!! The rosary beads w/personalized ribbons, in the organza bag are just beautiful! Each wrapped favor is a true piece of art with the nice ribbons, almonds and flower bouquet! I know everyone is going to love & appreciate them.Your company did such a great job & what a quick turn around!! Im sooo pleased! You will be recommended to others & Ill be ordering future favors from your company!

They have some really nice favors. I ordered two different frames from them for a First Communion and a Baptism, over $100; but one of the frame I wanted was out of stock, even though it went through the whole checkout process (apparently it doesnt seem as if the website is updated accordingly). I was emailed about the item being out of stock and it was replaced by the another item, but since this other item cost less, I actually lost a few dollars. I didnt care too much because it was a few dollars, but obviously its going to take a few review points off for them. Its probably great if youre able to shop there in person though, Im not too happy about online (especially since shipping is really expensive with them too).

Ordered personalized favors. Read online normally takes two weeks to ship for personalized items. I got the shipping notification a week after and received after 3 more days. Fast and Great quality. Would definitely order again.

The most shockingly great part is that I ordered, specified a date only a few days away, and it arrived as requested. As yall know, this never happens. My order was exactly as shown and each jar (20 of them) carefully wrapped, so that all arrived in perfect condition. Certainly will order again.

I ordered some baby shower favors. 2 days after i placed the order, it was shipped and I received it 3 days after(how quick)!!! everything was intact and the guests loved the favors. I will definitely be using favoronline again and again!

What a horrible company. Very disappointed. I order figures for my sons communion and figure itself is ok but boxes are chipped and scratched. Called them to resolve that issue and they decided to send me new boxes. I received them and they are way to big.Called this morning to get my money back and looks like i wont? The guy i spoke with was rude and dont answer my phone calls .What a scam ..hope i can at least get my money ...Waste of money and time
