Definitely feel like I got ripped off, guy charged me $20 to diagnose my vacuum only to tell me that he cant fix it. He says its a problem with the roller and its a common problem. If youre in the business of repairing vacuums, shouldnt you be able to fix the common problems with vacuums? Then he tries to sell me some really old looking vacuums that hes clearly just trying to get rid of. Id pass on this place.

I purchased a vacuum off Amazon.com and assembled it wrong. I brought it into Nutley Vacuum and they were helpful in assisting me! They un-jammed the part that was stuck and assembled the new vacuum for me. They took time to make sure it worked properly and were helpful in assisting me in questions about different types of vacuums. I will definitely come back to them in the future!

Needed a bag for a very very old upright Corner Cleaning machine gentlemen in this store was very helpful & diligent in trying to find and fit a bag for it which they actually may not make any more hopefully. hell be able to find one for it. Great service

I bought a new hose for my Electrolux vacuum and found out a few months later that it did not work with my power stick. It worked fine with the regular stick. I brought it back and the owner checked it out and found it was defective and the wiring was not working. He immediately said he would order a new one for me. In addition, he had another old hose that he gave me so I had something to use until the new hose arrived. He made sure it worked, it had something stuck in it which he took time to get out so he was sure it would work for me. I now have a new hose and and old hose as a spare!. It is rare these days to find businesses that are so honest and helpful. I will be back here if i ever need supplies or repairs. Excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction.

Stopped in for a fix on our Oreck vacuum today.. Very knowledgable staff.. fixed our problem in no time flat & left with our vacuum fixed within 5 minutes.. Highly recommend them!!

This repair man,replaced me a large and expensive part instead of replacing a small electric plug . I have a Sebo vacuum, its a very good and expensive machine. He was no nice, I don’t recommend, Its better to go to another city .

Lack of total professional I left Elizabeth I arrived at the store closed with ticket that would reopen at 4hs pm I called the phone that was at the door because it was already 4hs pm the person tells me that it would take another 45 minutes summary the store closes at 5hs pm. .....its unbelievable
