I like to responses to that long drawn out letter. But you cant please everyone. If someone tells you that they can get out of there (liar). The job came out very good. But if you go and take a picture from a very expensive phone and then magnify by what every you may pick up something that the normal eye cant see?? This place is a gem! I was able to schedule an appointment (for a small repair) on the same day. Lisa, the receptionist I spoke to, was very warm and friendly. Paul, who did the repair, was very responsive to any questions I had and really put the effort into making the car look like nothing happened to it. Kind people, and detailed, high quality work. 10/10 recommend.

I have a 2014 E550 Mercedes Benz 4matic! Paul Laregina the owner and painter I wanted the whole bumper painted no blend cause they dont last and nobody will guaranty a blend! So the worker Louise came out, we talked earlier and I told him about someone that wanted to do the blend, and told him I dont want it done, because of what I mentioned above! So what happens Paul gives me a price of 300-375 for the blend but I told him I didnt want it, so guess what he did it anyway, he blend it figured I might like it and it would be quick! Well I caught him cause I use to have a shop and right out the door I told him, why did you do the blend and he said how did you know, cause there was road grime from the street so I know you didnt pull the bumper, and your blend which was terrible cause you had dimples in the clear! I have Glacier White which is a hard paint to do! So he said I took a chance, can you believe this, this is a terrible shop! They are so unprofessional and irresponsible dont end there, I told him he better pull the bumper off and send me pictures and he did, but it dont end there! He does all the work puts it back on I give it a quick look over which I should off really eye balled it, but when I got back to my garage I looked at it and there way over spray build up of clear at the bottom near the vents! So I go back to the shop a Louise was there cause Paul is never there dont answer his phone neither number, and both voice mailboxes are alway full that another problem! So Louise seems what I was talking about and said bring it back Monday and I could block it out 10 minutes and buff it I said kool! So at this time I was still trying to get in touch with Paul! So I forgot to ask Louise for touch up paint, but he didnt have any bottles for me, but I see Paul there and I asked, did you listen to any of my calls or text he said know! So I told him what was happing and Louise checked it out and said easy fix, but I guess he couldnt stand the fact I was back because of his again bad job! He said Im gonna give you your money back and you could go somewhere else! You have to be out of your mind to go their, theres only two people there Louise the worker who disassembles and assemblies the parts and Paul Laregina owner and the painter! This place is a JOKE work is backed up its ridiculous !!!! You better get his personal number which I had and never answers that either and if I could give a score of zero 0 I would!!!!!! These review that are on here with positives, must be friends and family what a JOKE!!!

By far the BEST customer service experience in Nutley for auto vehicle body work. This team is by far hands down the best i have ever had. Paul and his team went out of their way to not only deal with car insurance matters (they spent hours with the insurance which they did not have to do for us) f but the work they also do incredible work. In addition to that they go a 10 day job vehicle repair done in and out of the shop and spotless perfect condition/showroom ready in 3 days (during Christmas week). I cant say enough about this business the team here truly deserves 5 stars.

Very professional and nice place. Also the best price i was quoted after visiting a few shops. Some shops like to charge a lot just by the looks of a car, and I didnt get that vibe here at all. My car needed a paint job, and I brought it in having two different shades. They matched the color and made it new again. Thank you! Will definitely come back!

I am so pleased with the work they do on my car. I need a bumper and fender and also my car s paint was dull and I thought I needed to have it painted, Gaetano advised me that it needed to be detailed and I did not need the added expense of a paint job. When I picked up my car it looked fabulous and was amazed on how the car shined,. I would highly recommend their services.
