Very disappointed, the items ordered didnt arrive when they confirmed it would the latest by March 15 understandable with Covid it would take longer, however they dont advise beforehand nor does their tracking link work. Customer Service Reps dont read messages, they just click the best option reply. They dont sign off their email response.In comparison to other companies they rate 1, very poor. They are a distribution company all they have to do is receive orders, package and ship and communicate with clients. When that service is bad, what exactly are they good for? They were also rude, yet they say their employees stand by their core values!! What exactly are those.Areas to improve:1) provide accurate info as to delivery times and delays due to Covid2) provide functional tracking links3) read and reply professionally and relative to questions, to client emails4) stand behind your core valuesWill not order from them again. Prefer to go directly to company and eliminate the middle man, in this case Beauty Bridge.

I found this store online when looking for a product I love and they have it at a much better price, plus the discount for the first purchase, how cool is that? The experience with this store was amazing, great communication and fast shipping. I highly recomended it and I will buy from them again
