Jeanette was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between all of the products to us, and helped us pick the right one for our project. Great people to deal with, and this is the second time we used them. They gave us great advice on the carpeting and padding, and ordered samples so we could make sure we liked the colors we picked out in our hose. Once the carpeting came in, they removed the old carpet and padding, and installed the new, and cleaned everything up, in less than a day. Highly recommended.

The lady working in the store was very nasty, confrontational and argumentative. She stared at me up and down upon entering the store and that made me very uncomfortable. I would not give this place my business or recommend it to anyone. Also, there is a dog inside walking around. She was going to let me in, but I had to ask her to put the dog away- very unprofessional. She didnt listen to me and tried to tell me what I should purchase and proceeded to give me a quote for the job after I repeatedly asked her not to without seeing my home first. I canceled my appointment. Customer service is everything and I will go where my dollar is valued. Girl bye!!

Robert came earlier than expected and was able to provide me with a quote immediately. We then scheduled an appointment in their amazing showroom in downtown Nutley, both my wife and I sat down with Robert to go over styles and color carpet. Robert was very helpful in assisting us make a decision. Most importantly, it fit in our original budget! We ordered the carpet and scheduled an installation date approximately 2 weeks later. Robert arrived early ready to remove and install carpeting. I was supposed to have the furniture removed, but Robert was ok with working around and moving it for me. Extremely professional carpet installation. My wife and I visited the store multiple times trying to pick out the right color carpet. Robert and Genet were very helpful and knowledgeable. We finally ordered the carpet but it was back ordered and we were on a tight timeline with our upcoming move. They helped us find a very similar color and just as high quality carpet. Robert amazed me that he did most of the carpet replacement by himself in multiple rooms including a large master bedroom measuring 16x33 ft., when his other installer was on vacation. I was really surprised that he was able to move heavy furniture all by himself. The workmanship was impeccable and neat with no mess. The price was very reasonable. Very happy with my choice. Just hope the Triexta smart strand carpet will live up to Mohawks claim, so far so good other than showing every foot print.

Instead, after shopping here. we ended up going with some beautiful carpet that Robert and Jeanette had custom-cut for our space. Not only did we save money by using them, the rug looks PERFECT. Its so soft! We get compliments on it all the time. Robert came out personally to measure and gave great advice about the dimensions of the rug. It was made and delivered so quickly, especially considering that it was a custom order. We were just really pleased with the overall experience. These folks have some real expertise and well definitely be using them again.

Boy ol Boy where do I start? I first called and Jeannette thought i was a telemaketer because i was an out of state phone number but thank goodness she picked up. I was looking for a commercial floor for my business in Montclair and i had quite of few demands based on the chemicals we clean with and so on and Jeannette and Robert made all the phone calls to the manufacturers to put my mind at ease and to select the best floor for my business. We agreed on a price and a few weeks later Robert ripped our old floor out, layed new sub floor and installed the new. Powerhouse Tattoo in Montclair has a beautiful new look thanks to Jeannette and Robert and we couldnt be happier! Not only did we get a new floor but we made some great new friends!
