PS systems Its an awesome place to bring your computer. I havent been to them years since my son can fix computers and can build computers. However they built two towers for us years ago, one for our business one for home.Our experience with them then was nothing short of amazing and enjoyable. Today I had to bring them my tower computer because my son couldnt fix it. Pete the owner was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Im so glad I went to PS Systems when my computer failed to boot up. Peter fixed the problem immediately and said it was something so simple he refused to charge me even though I insisted. They also fixed my external hard drive a few day earlier. I thought all my data was lost but thankfully Peter & Anthony were able to recover everything. Came in for laptop screen replacement. They were very insistent that they should do a cleanup as well, so I let them. When I got it back, theyd used Chrome to download their tools and had deleted all my tabs. Otherwise very professional and effective. Very satisfied with the hardware work, but some of those tabs were important. Should have told me so I could back them up.

I had a great experience. Pete and Anthony were a wealth of information and extended themselves beyond my expectations. I had a 500 gig SSD installed in my lap top. They cloned my data, did a complete system diagnostic, performed the installation, and returned the computer to me in 24 hours. AND, their price for this service was incredibly reasonable. I hope my computer doesnt need to be serviced again, but if it does, there is no question as to where I would bring it. These guys were terrific.

I met Peter about four years ago when he diagnosed and repaired my Toshiba laptop. Peter talked with me and brought me into underatnding the repair process. Since then, I use only Peter because hes a teacher and a technician and doesnt try to sell me the unneeded needed services that you get with a big box store. I wouldnt consider using anyone else and recommend him to all!

Pete has been our IT extraordinaire for many years. He installed our wireless network in the office, remote offsite backup and streamlined our technology set up all personally onsite at our office. He always responds to our calls, usually with a visit to our office, the same day. He works around our schedule and performs scheduled maintenance and cleanup of the computers, servers, etc on the weekends. He knows technology. He is professional, thorough and a generally good guy. Every task is completed with patience and humor.

Just want to say thanks to the guys at PS Systems who helped me out with my personal laptop. I had been experiencing some problems recently with my laptop freezing on me, not running very smoothly. Also I knew I was badly in need of a tune-up. I am a freelancer and I use my computer all day for personal and business use. Well, the minute my laptop was not powering on one morning, I was able to take it in the day-of. I appreciated very much the immediate response, and I was dealt with respectfully even though there may be other clients. Its been a couple of weeks and I have not had any major problems but was told I can drop it off if I have other problems. Anyway, I was satisfied and would recommend this service to others.

I travel as a salesperson all over the state, I was in Nutley to sign a $21,000 contract when the unthinkable happened. My printer stopped working. I was lucky enough to be right around the corner of Petes business. I walked in, told him my situation. He quickly installed the printer drivers to fix the problem. I was fixed and ready to go in 20 minutes. AND he would not even accept payment for his time. I highly recommend PS Sytems, I know he gets it when it comes to customer service.
