Why do individuals not care for this location.. it carries so many different products in many little departments. Ive had numerous encounters with employees, being cashiers and managers due to either problems with my printed coupons (which happens all the time with me) or the self checkout not being co-operative.. their so courteous and professional. My visits are always cheerful. These people come to work so they can help myself and others. I appreciate all that they do. 🤗😁

I havent used the pharmacy service, so this review is solely on the front staff. The guy that was supposed to assist me took his sweet time to go the register after being called. Didnt know where the things were to help. Was moving very slow looking for it. It seems like the lack of training in here is only met by the lack of professionalism, and care for customers time.

Horrible. I tired to use the drive thru shoot to drop off prescriptions but that did not work because nobody checked the shoot. The prescriptions were still in the shoot when I went back 30min later to check to see when they would be ready. Also, nobody picked up the phone when I called which is I went back to check on the prescription. They also said I would be able to pick up a script the next day but did not have the meds when I went the next day to pick it up. The service is terrible and while I understand its a difficult time, they need to do better.

The store was clean and carts were readily available. They didnt have stock of most of the items I went there for. The cashier was very rude when I asked a question. However, when I went to checkout he was much nicer.

Clean and systematic. In pharmacy section, they help the customer, always peaceful. One negative point is they do not pick up the phone easily but overall I give 5 star because of their good services.

I will NEVER go to this CVS location again. My husband and I made up a slogan for this store, “CVS Nutley, where customer service and cleanliness don’t matter.” I think that says it all.

Over 5 days to return a covid-19 test result. Got tested on Monday, it’s Friday and still waiting for them. I had to travel to a country that requires negative covid-19 test yesterday but had to cancel because of CVS inefficiency. Never trust them for anything related to tests or clinic service. So disappointed!!!Got another one done at RiteAid and I got results back in 2 days. CVS sucks!!!

DONT TRUST THIS PHARMACY with your health. Make sure you count your meds.I have to go there to make my case. Im on social security and now have to pay for a taxi to and from.20 dollars added on to my medsWent back today and they said that they would give me a 14 day supply. I gave the cashier a bottle with 16 tablets a short time later she gave me the bottle and said that there were 30 tablets. I checked and it was the same 16 tablets. She said sorry there were 2 bottles.

Well stocked, clean location with a helpful staff. Typically excellent CVS pharmacy staff, but they are completely mobbed. 1+ hour waits are not uncommon.

Store is spacious has a great selection of major brands. Friendly, courteous staff. Easy to locate from the street, either walking or driving. Frequent sales or buy one get one 50% off. Holiday gifts and decorations, for example: Christmas, Valentines Day, 4th of July. Free parking for customers. Handicapped parking near front doors. Automatic entrance doors for handicapped. Highly recommend this CVS location!

One of the best pharmacies in town! Pharmacist rocks and so does his staff. Pleasant to visit there

The Pharmacy department was Amazing yesterday. Didnt have to wait long and everyone had a very pleasant smile .I love the up grade well done.

The staff is nice, but they had me waiting for an appointment for 45 minutes. I showed up early and A woman that told the receptionist she was a half hour late was seen before me. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I was seen past 3:30. They need to get their act together. It’s not right.

Local drug store that sells lots of other goods like milk soda water juice candy etc etc . Nice location

So disappointed the cvs in clifton closed, all my records sent to nutley store, never again unless you have the time to wait for a prescription pick up. waited on line for 30 minutes and the cashier was so rude when i asked if another register was opened. 2 stars for the store, spacious well stocked, zero stars for their horrible customer service!

I had the best experience this morning filling a prescription. I had two prescriptions totaling over $600 and no way could I afford them. Parth, the pharmacist, helped me tremendously in getting these costs lowered greatly. He is a great asset to CVS!!! Thank you so much Parth and staff for taking the time and patience in providing excellent customer service!!!

The Indian male pharmacist is very rude and nasty, i called to check on a prescription and he told me i have to go into the store, that they cant tell me over the phone if its ready or not, i told him Ive done this many times before and he said, well thats not allowed and hung up on me. I am moving my proscription for me and my family to Rite aid. I cant trust a person with that type of attitude to fill my prescriptions.

If there is negative star, I will give it, they dont even deserve one star. When I picked up my prescription, I didnt realized the pharmacist didnt apply to my insurance until I got home, I talked to the pharmacy manager named Parth, and asked him to back date to my insurance, he rejected and said that would be a lot of work. He was rude and unhelpful at all, he should not act like that especially as a manager, he may need to be retained as a regular employee. Finally, I had to call customer service to sort my issue out. It was the worst pharmacy experience even.

Just awful. Left a few years ago and I have no idea why I went back yesterday. Same lesson learned as last time. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The most horrible customer service, they are just downright disrespectful. No accountability. No organization whatsoever. Only one with any sense in the place is the young male pharmacist I dealt with. Just too bad he has to deal with the negative customers like me because his staff members are doing a terrible job of keeping things together. Needless to say, I will never go back (once) again.

This store is very nice, staff is friendly and always asking if i need any help.

The pharmacy is ALWAYS super busy and understaffed. Be prepared to wait. The service otherwise is ok. Just wish they would have another counter person.

I have never come in here to get a prescription without some kind of hassle . There is always some problem . I go here for my sons prescription, I do not use cvs and never will.

Usually quick service but staff seems to get overwhelmed at times.

Horrible pharmacy. Multiple times I’ve had to ask them to note my account for brand only, per my endocrinologist’s orders. They put your prescription on hold but FAIL to contact you if there are any discrepancies. Never have I received a call that my prescription is on hold because they are concerned about cost. I am so sick and tired of dealing with incompetence, so here is my 1 star review. Get your $hit together.

I have to call them after an hour because my MD send to fill my medication, they said it will be ready tomorrow, 😏😏😏No calls, nothing ?I have to ask them to call other location as this med is a pain medication.The pharmacy argued that it is antibiotic, 🤭😫Indomethacin is treatment for Gout. Not antibiotic. So i should not wait for tomorrow. And regardless ….It’s their responsibility to call if the medication is not available.Now I have to think, who refills my meds there.
