Ordered a few yards of stone, I wasn’t there for the delivery. They dump it right on top of where I’m suppose to dig WTF! I call viola and all they say is sorry our drivers try their best to dump in the best location? WTF it knocked an hour off my job, and all they can say is too bad sorry.

Two years ago my condo ( Sleepy Hollow) replaced the siding on the buildings and we were able to get new construction windows. I ordered 18 windows of varying sizes from Viola and they all arrived perfectly fit to size. Viola was extremely helpful selecting the window, finish and customizing the size. I ordered these for my contractor as the middle man and had no idea what I was doing. Viola Brothers staff was extremely helpful, patient and ensured measurements were accurate. In the end, I was able to get new mid-range custom bronze color Andersen fibrex vinyl windows installed for the same price my neighbors paid for low-end white vinyl! Thank you Viola Brothers.

Beware of Violas! Last year on my house rehab, my framer recommended them for my windows. From the begining, The salesman Mike treated me like my framer was running my job. I am a commercial Superintendent, with multiple licenses, and I said the framer is just doing framing. The window quote I shopped and found Violas was 2000 higher. They suddenly matched it. When the windows came in and I wanted them delivered, they didnt listen to me they listened to the framer. I paid them directly, and needed the invoice for the insurance company. Violas said they couldnt give me, because the framer wouldnt release it. I paid them in full directly, the framer was paid in full, he was mad I wouldnt give him the interior work, he was paid in full. These two were scamming, and to hold an invoice for insurance records is just wrong!I HOPE THIS REVIEW COSTS VIOLAS!!!!

This place is for professionals like contractors and builders but they are very nice and happy to work directly with homeowners like me that dont know anything. Way better help and information than the big box stores, probably because they have been there doing that for over 100 years. Highly recommended.

I dont understand how places like these stay in business for so long. Wish I had taken this stores online bad reviews seriously and had stayed away... Worked with one of their sales guy to order Andersen windows for my reno. Went over the order multiple times w/ him, over email and phone. Over a month later, found out he ordered half the items when my contractor went for pick-up. No apology, nothing... Now I have to pay contractors to come back because my order was messed up. Very disappointing - Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Pros go to Dyke’s Lumber, this place is for chumps. I’ve lived in Nutley for over 20yrs and I have never had a pleasant experience with Viola Brothers, their customer service is horrible.

I bought pavers from this company,gave them the size and dimension but when the pavers were delivered the following week,everything was different not as the same as i had ordered.when i called them,they told me there is nothing they can do and that they can cancel the order which was going to cost me 20% of handling charges according to their policy.Now am left with something i dont like and didnt order.Infact am really disappointed and wouldnt recommend anybody to buy from them.also,their customer service is very very poor!

I ordered a door for my kitchen.When i received the door it was the wrong style. When i addressed the issue they would not echange the door or return my money. Beware of ordering anything from Viola Brothers.
