I should take a star away for the higher cost but I realize that Im paying for convenience. They have always had the part I needed in stock. So, no waiting for next day or several days to get the part I need NOW!

Every since I’ve become a home owner I have saved a ton of money with these guys. They always have the part I need. I’m a do-it-yourself kind of guy so I appreciate their knowledge as well as their inventory.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!! I CALL FOR A PART FOR MY APPLIANCE THEY SAID THEY HAVE IT, I GO THERE TO PICK IT UP AS IT WAS THE RIGHT PART AND ASKED IF FOR WHATEVER REASON IT’S NOT RIGHT OR DON’T WORK CAN I RETURN IT, GUYS BOTH SAID YES. MY LUCK MY POWER SUPPLY WAS BAD SO I DECIDED JUST TO BUY A NEW APPLIANCE, GO TO RETURN IT NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER AND THEY SAID WE DON’T RETURN ELECTRICAL PARTS. WOW. I SAID IT WASN’T EVEN HOOKED UP THEY SAID SORRY NOW IT IS USED AND WE CAN’T RE SELL IT!!!I WILL BE CALLING AND GETTING THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN AND NOT ONLY THAT WHEN YOU WALK IN THE PLACE IS SO NASTY, DIRTY, AND DISGUSTING!RUN RUN RUN THE OTHER WAY BUY ONLINE AND DON’T SUPPORT THIS RAN DOWN DUMP!!!!

If u can fix it yourself . Your going to need them on speed dial. They will have it. And if they dont have it the mane office on 52nd in stickney will. So before you call the repairman try it yourself youll be happy with your progress. Just remember it was already broke so why not try fixing it yourself you have nothing to lose but time. Remember what youre working on dont forget the model number and bring the old part with you to make sure its the right one before you go. I called them today to get a part for my dryer. Give them the model number and I was very specific about what part I wanted. They looked up the item said we have it in stock and its $12. I drove there to find out that the part was wrong. Asked me what my model number my dryer is. Told him dont know thats why I called you to get the part, had to call my wife get the model number for the tell me oh that part yeah we dont stock it itll be about 4 days to get. Useless useless useless.

Ive never worked on a dryer so in the age of YouTube decided to fix my mom it was making a noise determined it was one of the rollers that supports the Tumblr called Sundberg initially thought they were rude on the phone because theyre very to the point when inside bought the part brought it home thought I bought the wrong part went back and the gentleman described it was the proper part went home fix the dryer these guys are extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend there are Throwback to Americas greatness when Mom and Pops provided for their communities I wish these guys the best

Had a small part for the dishwasher so i didnt have to order online and pay $9 to ship. Had it the same day too. Not bad at all.

Brought in 2 parts to be replaced and Joe asked us the problem. I told him the symptoms and he stated we were replacing the wrong part. He looked up the diagnostic for my dryer along with printing them out. We went home and tested the part and he was right, the coil was broken. Instead of selling us parts I didnt need, he gave the best customer service one can give. yes, their parts are pricier but they know appliances.

Every time I deal with this place the employees are crabby and they WILL charge you double what the part is worth just because they have it in stock. No returns no matter what. I found the same pump they wanted $79 for on Amazon for $20 with free shipping.
