Im a big JL Audio fan and I love Pioneer head units. Audiodriven is the only sound shop that carry Pioneer radios. I bought my radio and installed it myself and the radio would not come on. I brought my truck back to Tom and he came out immediately found and fixed the problem, which was wiring on the vehicle itself, and charged me an insane low price. Im $3k into a $9k system for this truck and I totally trust Audiodriven to do me right.

Quality is meh. Had to replace wiring that was butchered and spliced in numerous places. Output was cutting in and out. They could not diagnose or repair. Also, communication is poor.

Visited the shop a few days ago to get my speaker checked out to find out the back speakers were not making any noise. On the day schedule to get them replaced, we found a simple solution and didn’t need the full replacement. Very nice guy and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Tom is a great guy and has hella integrity. I was having issues with my sound system and was ready to buy a $500+ DSP. Instead of just selling me a DSP Tom looked thru my system, diagnosed the problem, then simply fixed it. Could’ve just took my money but showed his true colors... Thank you Tom!!! Brought my vehicle to other shops throughout Chicago and no shop was able to fix my remote start/headlights/light bars. The owner Thom is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and reasonable. I recommend this place over any other shop in the area and probably even the state! The tech AL is insanely fast, professional, and knowledgeable as well! He fixed things I didnt even ask him to fix while he was going through everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

First class experience from start to finish. Tom presented all options that were available to me, and never pressured me into purchasing something I did not need. He did suggest one brand over another.......and I wish I would have listened. They removed the monitor I asked for, and replaced it a better model he suggested. He gave me a good price, and saved me some money, and for that I am extremely grateful.Both he and his tech crew explained everything involved concerning the install they performed in my car. I was given a 9:00 appointment, and my car was being worked on at 9:05.Tom takes his time to make the customer feel educated and comfortable with their purchase. I would (and will) refer Audio Driven to everyone I know who desires first class work on their audio or video systems for their car.

I was looking to have an ADAS installed at AudioDriven but the owner, Tom, would not offer the common courtesy of a reply to my repeated polite requests over the course of a week inquiring about whether he could perform this particular service. Not very professional or respectful, needless to say, and I would certainly be quite hesitant to allow such an individual to work on my vehicle.

I came to the shop with a last minute request to troubleshoot and fix my audio system. Long story short, my digital signal processor (TwK 88) was bad. They were short staffed (due to the holiday weekend), and did not have to help me out, but did anyway. They got me back on the road with a fair price. Additionally, the owner is very meticulous about his work which is hard to find these days. Whenever I am in town this will be my go to shop.

Dont waste your time... Poor communicationI waited 4 weeks for an appt after finally getting an formal estimate that I had to beg for. Drop off car to get work done 3 days later no work ever got started & Thomas said it would be at least another 3 days before he could start. Needless to say I took my Vechile & he gave me a refund for my $1000 deposit... Thomas action dont align with his words!!!

Tom is very knowledgeable my Kenwood just quit working last Oct, could stand not having camera and no tunes, stopped on a Friday night around 4pmhe came out looked at it and within minutes he has it up and running wouldnt accept anything for his time and he had a lot on his plate. No one and appointment for a software update and GPS update and to have him set it up properly and show me how to operate properly for a week from tuesday

Cant thank Tom and the guys at Audiodriven enough. Long story short, I found Audiodriven after having to find another installer due to some issues. I feel Tom went above and beyond to help me with my situation. The shop is clean, the car was well cared for, and the install was perfect...and Im very picky. Ill be back for more :)Thanks!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! I wouldnt recommend a person have an auxiliary cord installed, let alone a full audio system at this shop! I am completely disgusted by the owners response to my opinion of the systems installed by AudioDriven.In short, the system I came to his shop with was a temporary system until I found a shop that could do a quality custom installation. His response attacking that system is utterly wrong and disrespectful. He understood I was there to upgrade systems the first time a set foot in his shop. REALLY, how high of an expectation can one have of a system purchased from Best Buy? So why the shots TOM?The fact of the matter is that each system he installed had flaws. Flaws that I sought him to correct since his shop performed the installation BEFORE expressing my opinion publicly when he was unwilling or unable to resolve the issues.-the original system blew a sub within a short time after installation while being played on very low volume. The speaker started smoking and quickly filled the cabin of my coupe. True, Tom replaced the sub but it shouldnt happen if the install job was done correct.-the second installation on my other vehicle took place immediately after completing the first car taken to AudioDriven. Hence the sub mentioned above was able to blow while the second installation was taking place.-the Volvos computers would power completely down as the subs played, no matter the level. Went back to Tom, he said I needed a new battery that could handle to voltage being drawn. Okay sir, give me your best batter. Whatever you recommend. Guess what happened from there? Yep the same thing. Dont get me wrong, the system LOOKED gorgeous. It played well when it played BUT couldnt be played often which defeats the entire purpose of buying an aftermarket audio system-the third car, a BMW this time, had the system transferred from the valve to it following a car accident. That installation had its flaws as well. That system would play and then suddenly the output of one sub would reduce to half its volume.WHY DID I RETURN TO THOMASS SHOP AFTER HAVING ISSUES WITH THE FIRST TWO INSTALLATIONS? HIS WARRANTY STIPULATES ALL WORK WOULD BE VOID IF TOUCHED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN HIS SHOP. I RETURNED IN ATTEMPT TO SAFEGUARD MY 10K SPENT AT HIS SHOP.Whats worse is everything is now torn out of both cars, not because of vandalism but because Id rather listen to a factory system than to a faulty aftermarket audio system.
