So helpful! We had a lot to do to send out for visas - printing, notary, passport photos, rush mailing, and a few other things. I felt bad that I was taking up so much time, but they helped me and allowed me to keep working while helping people behind me. I rushed there after work to pick up my package and got there 3 minutes after store was supposed to close but door was open and I went inside but they said we closed 3 minutes ago, one guy was standing there and the other just vacuuming. I know the store was supposed to be closed but dont leave the door unlocked, I was only 3 minutes inside building after it was supposed to be locked

Gridlock. Line was out the door and did not move. Finally I left, disappointed. I have to go back to drop off my Amazon return. If the cashiers did their best, they could have at least been making progress and had the lines moving. It was during business hours on a weekday. Not okay.

This location has the friendliest, most helpful, and professional staff Ive ever encountered in a retail UPS store. As a small business, being able to rely on our shipping hubs for consistent customer service means the world (especially working in e-commerce during a pandemic). Yall are the best.

Clean, efficiently run, fast. They offer printing, packaging and of course shipping. At the time I was there, it was manned by a couple of young men that competently, quickly completed the UPS tasks at hand. I would recommend this place.The store is accessed from inside of the parking lot, not from the street, directly.

Had to do a Fieldprint job verification at the Oak Harbor site and Corrina was my customer service agent. She went above and beyond for me, calling Fieldprint to verify that my expired DL was still ok to use as ID due to the pandemic. She was very patient with me and I appreciated her understanding of my situation. She is a lovely human being and deserves high praise for her excellent customer service. Thanks Corrina! Reading reviews about not answering their phones. Called 3 times 10 minutes apart each time, no answer. Would have been fine being asked to be placed on hold. Always a welcoming first start to a customer experience.I also noticed that this UPS store only responds to 4 to 5 star reviews because they cant own up to their failures and take accountability.

The notary wanted to read the personal court documents because she was afraid that she didn’t know what she was signing. Aren’t notaries simply a witness? That’s all she is doing. Confirming that the correct person signed the document, whatever document that may be.

Very poor printing and customer service experience. I submitted a PDF document and requested two booklets from different pages in the document. Once completed, I made the mistake of not reviewing them before purchasing. Upon review, one of the booklets was good and one was extremely poor quality and unreadable in some areas. I immediately returned and was told that they were aware that it didn’t print well but they didn’t know what they could do about it.Skip forward a couple weeks. They’ve made multiple attempts to get a “non-blurry” booklet and are unable to fix the problem. Even with the receipt and the poor quality booklet they are also unable to reimburse the transaction.I took the same document to Office Max across the street and had a quality product within days.DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE UPS STORE IN OAK HARBOR. It was approximately a $15 job, so we weren’t out much money but it was extremely poor business and the management was not only unprofessional but also not willing to work with us to resolve the problem.

I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that waited on me. She has helped me with shipping packages on several different dates. She has a great personality, always smiling and happy. Whenever she’s there I always leave feeling just a little bit better about the world.

The manager here is the sweetest most helpful lady! She’s always able to take the time to help me with all my needs in an efficient manner and is so sweet to myself and my children and I’m in here at least once a week! I love this store, I always choose it above any other in OH! Thanks for the amazing service!!

Came by UPS to drop off a package and was helped immediately by Lauren. She took care if everything for me and was super friendly. Easy in and out. Would highly recommend this location.

The older lady was rude and condescending. Was too busy to help me with noone in the store.. Charged a dollar to print off a ups label???? What for? Then had me move the package because she didnt want to lift it. Wow this place needs help and customer service training.

The folks at the Whidbey Island UPS store did a fabulous job in printing my retirement announcements and mailing labels. I was extremely pleased with their work, quickness, attitude towards customer service, and the price was unbeatable. Thank you!

Not happy with this place at all. I sent a package from there today. Asked teller for cheapest possible way. Teller quoted me $41 for UPS ground. What about USPS I asked ? $68. Hm, few hours before that I checked rates at home and they were $31 for UPS ground and $27 for USPS. And finally teller misspelled my name despites I wrote it it clear and large on mailing label !

This store has seriously gone down hill over the past 6 months. The lazy children who work here really need a lesson in customer service. I’ve spoken to “management” several times. I’ve been to many UPS stores all over the country, this one is the worst!

Friendly, competent service. Opened 7 days and i love having a secured place for my mail to be sent. Having a maibox at the UPS Store also gives me a physical address that works for ordering on line. As an AARP member, i also receive a discount on some services.
