We had a wonderful experience at the Oak Lawn Verizon location. Our sales consultant L.a. was not only personal warm and friendly, he was able fix my mother phone and she was thrilled. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will come back and look for L.a.

I’ve went 2 several Verizon stores 4 a particular problem. The other representatives were unable 2 help me. Fatima helped me solve a huge problem. She was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. I 2 work with customers & I treat them with dignity & respect. I’m very happy that she was here 2 help me. I’m so glad that u hired her. Please give her something like a accommodation or something. I’ve had this problem every since I switched phone carriers over a year ago. She solved my problem in less then 10’mins. Thank u Fatima. Went in to get an upgrade today and Adolfo was excellent in helping figure out the best phone as well as being patient while waiting for further updates from cooperate. Once things were all sorted he kindly supported in setting up the phone with the case and screen protector with the up most care and detail! Best experience getting a new phone!!! Will definitely come back here in the future.

Went here Thursday, 6/10/21 right when the store opened an I was the 3rd customer with a few arriving shortly after. Fatima was the only staff available and could not have been sweeter or more efficient. She never showed signs of stress for how busy she was. Talked to us all to find out what we needed and would rotate her services to us so we all felt we were not being ignored. I still had to wait quite awhile, but she made you feel you were in the best hands. She was extremely knowledgeable and proficient at her job and really should be commended for her expertise and patience. Thank you, Fatima!

Outstanding Customer Service! Fatima, got me started. I then needed to sit in our car, while waiting for Assurion Insurance to return a call.A mere 5 minutes. I went back into shop, as Adolpho then proceeded to teach and advise me of some smart choices. He then continued to set up my phone and transferred my personal stuff. Jamie also provided answers to questions that no one else had!I call that Great Customer Service Teamwork!

We had a great experience with Verizon. Adolfo went above and beyond for us. He was extremely patient and explained how to back up our phone so we wouldn’t lose anything. Also, he helped me reset my password when I forgot it, showed me how to set up my new phone, and helped me clear my old phone. I would highly recommend this location. They were truly wonderful to work with.

I came in to get my phone and the clerk was very helpful, kind, and supportive. I would rate Fatima the clerk a perfect 5 stars rating, however for the time that both Fatima and I listened waiting on the line with customer service to return my phone so I can buy a new one was disgraceful. I will be making a formal complaint.

These guys aren’t even the real Verizon. They are an authorized store that taxes on its product in order to pay the real Verizon its financial dues. This kid told me Verizon was the best but he didn’t tell me how much they overcharge and finesse when it comes to the data usages..... should’ve known better than to trust a phone company in ridge...

Not an authorized dealer.... Its a Tcc. Learn the difference. This place have no hands on display and manager is nowhere around when needed.... Very unprofessional for staff to not even have knowledge of when the on site manager is available to be at the site or not.... Buyers beware. Know the difference of official and a Tcc store

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager Kyle Callari addressed a simple request to exchange one phone to another in the most inappropriate manner, making assumptions without asking one questions, threatening to call the police, telling my mother and I to get out of his store and lastly telling my 76 year old mother I wrote down your license plate number! Is that a threat? Please do not give your money to businesses that do not want it!!!!
