I am in sales and I really appreciated the knowledge and thoughtfulness of the salesman that came out. He had literature and took the time to explain different options I could choose from. I called the company to inspect and advice on repair to my garage door on a Wednesday. I got an appointment for Friday and was called 15 minutes before technician showed up at home. The repair was not overpriced and done in 10 minutes. No complaints whatsoever.

AR-BE had my garage door fixed in 2 minutes! Dave knew the trick to get it opened manually and got automatic set back up and left! No charge, I will definately remember them for future work.

And their website says they work in Chicago...obviously only when the job is expensive enough!They accepted my job & money when they replaced my garage door opener several years ago, and when it needed new springs for $195.00 six years ago. We got a new garage door that was affordable. We didnt want all of the bells and whistles and nobody pushed for it. The same was quick. The price included teardown, instillation, and a new lift master. Other places try to charge extra for each service. The installer was here for maybe 2 hours max.

I needed my old garage door replaced fast. After comparing prices and seeing the reviews, i decided to go with AR-BE. They came two days later, removed my old door and installed new one. I am happy with the quality of the door, the wi-fi Liftmaster motor, all for a great price, and Victor got it all up and runing in about two hours!

We got our spring and cables replaced and they put oil on the wheels and it opened very smooth and it was a quiet garage door

It was time to replace my original door and opener. Dave gave me tons of info over the phone but also came to my house right away, gave a prompt quote and answered all of my questions. Very accommodating. Placed my order over the weekend and by Tuesday afternoon, everything was installed. I cannot remember the installers name, But he did everything himself, cleaned up and made sure we knew how everything worked before he left. Even at one point I looked out to see him with a spray bottle and paper towels wiping down the door and windows to make sure he was leaving it nice and clean. Very pleased overall.

Our manual garage door cable snapped, so our door wouldnt open and we dont have a service door. Ugh! We called AR-BE on Friday morning and they came within an hour to check out the door. After determining that the only way to get in would ruin our current garage door, we were given the option to tear it off and replace it. AR-BE was recommended to us be a friend whose father had recently used their services. The owner was quick to return our initial call and quick to come out to give us a quote on a new door, tracks and the different options available. He was also quick to return the few following calls before we decided to go with them. Once we decided to go with AR-BE, they put us on the schedule within two days. They arrived when they said they would and new door and system was installed quickly with no issues. They were very easy to deal with from start to finish.
