I ordered a rose gold and white balloon marquee. When placing the order the lady told me she had my colors available. When I arrived for pickup the balloon marquee was cute, however it wasnt created in the colors I selected as it was regular gold and pink. When I inquired about it the lady told me she meant to call me but had been so busy, and stated that she did not have the rose gold color due to the materials being scarce. This was bad business practice as I should have been notified in advance, not the day of pick up so that I could have made my own decision to either cancel the order or proceed with the new colors that they selected for me. So I had this huge balloon marquee that did not match the themed decor of rose gold and white. I reached back out to the contact number about my dissatisfaction and have yet to receive a response. Buyer Beware...

Detroit Ballon Bar was extremely professional and understanding! They exceeded my expectations for my baby shower. I met Kieta the owner, she took my ideas and made them come to life my shower was during covid, she was very safe and did all proper precautions during set up and break down.
