I would not use this company for obituaries. We did not like the quality of the design or the printing quality. Many of the photos are completely overshadowed by the design. I was unable to see a final proof. Earlier in the process, after communicating via email, the process changed to an online format that was not user friendly. I was never able to communicate with the design coordinator and therefore there would continue to be miscommunication and a delay between the person answering the phone and the person designing the obituaries. Many of my emails went unanswered and so this contributed to miscommunication and a delay in requested changes.Overall, I believe this company has great intentions and meant no harm but my overall experience was not positive.

This printer was recommended by the Fisher Funeral home and was part of the burial package for my loved one.To say that the end product of the obituaries were lack luster is an understatement! The formatting was terrible! Literally all the poems were all over the page! The font was oversized and out of place! The worst part was the arrangement of pictures...they had all the memory photos (which included family and friends who were still alive) FLOATING IN WEIRD CLOUDS with strange fading. It looked like a drunk person formatted this! These were not professional at all!DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!You will be disappointed!

I have been using Fresh Baked Prints for almost a year now . They are my go to company and the only one I trust to provide me with quality prints . I was very impressed on my last order. We all know with all the mayhem going on in the world a Lot of businesses are closing . I placed a order of 350 stickers of different sizes and I am blown away at how quickly this company got my order completed. What really added the cherry on top, just hours before their city and state had to go on a 3 week lock down, my order was quickly finished and delivered to post office ! I will be receiving my order tomorrow and I am so appreciative and excited ! Thank you guys so much for your hard work under these circumstances!

I ordered business cards and face masks for an event I had on the Friday of the next week. They asked and I said I needed buy Wednesday. I call on Wednesday and they say the cards are ready but the masks won’t be ready until the next week. I got no notification at all. I told them I needed them buy the next day which was one day after our initial conversation. They say I have to pay for the rush. Fine, I’ll do that. I call 3 hours before close to make sure they are ready, they say yes. I drove there and they’re not ready. They say they need at least 2 hours. I go 10 minutes before they close and they’re not ready. They begin at 7pm and cannot get the printer to work. Super unprofessional and now I don’t have my masks to promote my event in Vegas. Do yourself and order somewhere else. They make it difficult to promote local businesses

I absolutely love this printing company. Great staff and excellent customer service. I ordered on Sunday and received my product in two days! Super great quality and if something is wrong they always try their best to fix it with no complaint.Also, whoever is running their social media page is doing amazing!

Terrible services.. I wouldnt recommend anyone go for obituaries.. they take your pictures and do what they want . Just horrible and unfortunate they designed it there way .. overlapping photosIts just so sad 💔

I made the personal decision to order something at the last minute and not just something but a very large order for an event that was two weeks away. Everything arrived but one major item arrived very wrong. At that point I contacted Fresh Baked Prints on every platform that I possibly could: email, Instagram, I looked them up everywhere and someone got back to me immediately not even an hour later (and it was late) basically hearing me out and reassured me that they would fix the issue right away. As upset as I was, they never returned that energy to me and I’m actually sorry for the way I went off. Things happen and they’re people just like us. People make mistakes. Long story short I got my fixed items immediately, shipped overnight right in time for my event which is coming up and I’m super super excited yes I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Ordered custom labels of two different sizes and the quantities of both were incorrect. I wouldn’t have minded working something out or using one of the sizes since they’re custom made, but the person I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back he tried to speak with a nicer tone after I mentioned the poor customer service I received. My order total was $66 and I was given a credit of $20. But that’s my personal experience though, so it might be different for other customers. But I prefer to not order from them again.

If I could give less than a one star I would..I placed an online order with this company last Thursday. I was pretty excited as I’ve seen some of the work and reviews before and I am always eager to support black businesses.I ordered 1000 business cards with a front and back design. My logo on the front and my information on the back. However the following week when it said my order was ready, I go to pick up my cards on Tuesday and it’s just the one image of my logo on both sides.The staff member looked like he knew someone had messed up. Mind you I wasn’t mad at this point, I understand that things happen and he promised to look into it and correct it.So I get a call today from the owner and he starts by telling me that after reviewing the order that the error was on my end and that I should have confirmed it if there were issues that I should of checked it. I informed him that the error was not on my end because when I submitted the order both my designs were in the process.So I go up to the store and the owner Gene Green comes out with a very ignorant patronizing tone. Essentially questioning my computer knowledge and attempting to downplay the issue that I was stating about the cause of the messed up business cards.He states that it is my problem, that he not only was NOT going to redo the order unless I paid again but also that he wouldn’t give me a refund for the order I didn’t receive.Gene the owner never once offered an apologize for the inconvenience, actually went on to say that he was, “going to sleep fine at night” because he followed the rules and guidelines of his company.I informed him that the previous worker stated they would fix it and now you as the owner are telling me you won’t. He stepped in my personal space trying to intimidate me, telling I had to leave and to not come back. Rounding up all his workers in some kind of attempt to pressure me over an unresolved issue. Like really? This is how we do business? I’ve worked in business management for 10 years and never have I seen such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are sloppy, unprofessional, and take no accountability for resolving issues that arise.

If I could rate this company 6 stars I would. I have never experienced such great customer service from a printing company. The environment and atmosphere is that of a design studio. My print job was completed a day in advance. Jason the representative that helped me was professional and went above and beyond to accommodate every need I had. This company is 1st class.

So I paid my $240 to receive my graphic logo design within 15 business days. However, I called on the 15th business day & my design still was not ready & I was asked to call back on the next business day assuring that my order would be ready by 2pm. Being the kind woman that I am I gave them to 4pm until I called... However my order was still not ready. As I spoke with the nonchalant receptionist she put me on hold for 20 MINUTES just to come back and say that they could not locate the graphic logo designer.......... She then had the nerve to say, the design would be ready tomorrow... But, at this point I’m just fed up and I ask for a refund..... she said ok.. But, as the refund hadn’t hit my account, I called back to see how long the process should be... I was then told 3-5 business days... However while writing this I’m now on the 7th business day and still NO REFUND in my account. Poor Business. NEVER AGAIN!

Two days after that date passes and I still have yet to receive a notification that my order is ready. About 2 years ago when I started my business I happened to come across the social media page for freshed baked Prints, and at the time they had an amazing special running for business cards. When I say I probably spent $30 for a million cards lol and the quality was just unbelievable. The cards were made from good paper and came with the right amount of gloss I needed. I love my cards. Dont waste your time! All of the good reviews are fake. Basically friends and family members posting good reviews! I placed an order for my business logo to be printed on black and white t-shirts. When I arrived to pick up my order, the customer service rep just handed over the bag full of shirts. I asked her to take the shirts out of the bag so that I can check them out! They printed my logo on all WHITE shirts! I told them that I specifically asked for both white and black shirts. They told me that the file I sent over would not print on black t-shirts. I asked why didnt they reach out and let me know! Instead they charged me and just printed my logo on all white t-shirts. They wouldnt refund my money. Very bad business people. Im surprised theyre still in business!

The ABSOLUTE worst!We ordered items from them, waited a week for delivery only to have the wrong thing delivered! Our prints were uploaded exactly how we wanted them and SOMEHOW we receive the wrong thing. Upon asking for a refund, they refused and offered us 30% off our next purchase citing human error on our end. Our design was uploaded, checked and double checked before checkout. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE

Employees don’t seem to take their serious, I placed a order for 10 shirts and also provided the shirts it’s suppose to take 4 business days to complete the order but it took them 7 business days and on top of that the order wasn’t right. You guys would be better off going to EnjoyDetroit located downtown.

I’ve found fresh bake prints on Instagram, I did some research and decided to contact them. I spoke to a male representative twice, expressing my concerns he assured me I had nothing to worry about and even invited me to thier store, I explained I am in Buffalo NY he then went into detail about shipping services and again assured me to not worry. I placed my order online, I received my package just days later and mind you we had a bad storm and I still received my package on time. I believe they also had a storm, not sure but the point is... I ordered a hand held sign & was very disappointed in the finished product. Vinyl used had bubbles & random ink marks on it. The Foam backing used is very flimsy and NOT durable, it bent after 1 use. I would not recommend their hand held signs to other small businesses for multiple usage. You will be very disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. From the start I was very impressed with Fresh Baked Prints work from the pictures posted on instagram. So when I needed custom tees for my busines, it was no question that I would choose Fresh Baked Prints. Jason was very professional and provided detailed information. I let him know that I had an upcoming event. I was told my T shirts would be ready and I would recieve my text logo design ideas via email. After roughly a week (business days) of hearing nothing, I called and spoke with a designer that seemed relatively nonchalant and nonapologetic about the issue. I called back and spoke with a different person requesting a refund and was basically asked to reconsider and I would recieve my design and shirts. I agreed and I recieved a design not to my liking, I let them know and I was told I would recieve another design (and still have time to recieve the shirts). I waited and waited I ended up being apologized to and told I would recieve my money back. Im extremely disappointed because I didnt have my tees for my event but more than that, I really wanted to do business with this company. They lost a loyal potential customer in me.Update***I am still waiting for refund!! After at least 3 messages with the non chalant employees,the owner did not even have the common decency to return my calls.Update **Never recieved a refund. I ended up going through my bank. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced, a poor excuse for a business.

Where do I begin, like another review I too was pleased with the exceptional work that was posted on their Instagram and Facebook page and was eager to support a Black Owned Business.When I first visited Fresh Baked Prints it was back in June and was greeted Jason who helped me out tremendously. I quickly made a decision to come back.On July 17th, 2018 dropped of 25 shirts (after email FBP a detail description of what I needed) to a rep by name of Cam who lacked customer service skills. At that time I brushed it off.On July 23rd, 2018 I received a voicemail from Cam (where he burped ) stating that their machine was broken and that this would delay my shirts being ready. --- Grateful for the call/voicemail, dissatisfied with how the voicemail was leftOn July 26th, 2018 I called and was told my shirts would be ready in a couple days.I did not receive an additional call for follow up.On August 2nd, 2018 @ 3:10pm - I spoke with another gentlemen stating that I would receive a call from Cam to pick up my shirts tomorrow.On August 3rd, 2018 - I did not receive a call.On August 14th, 2018 @10:20 - I spoke with another gentlemen regarding my shirts and was told he believes my shirts are ready for pick up that they are at the front of the store in a bagNow how was I supposed to know this if I never called them!!!!!!On August 15th, 2018 - I was now greeted by the owner of FBP, who was unaware of what was going on up until our discussion . I got to see my shirts and found out that they were incomplete, not what I wanted, and not done right. The Owner was very apologetic and wanted me to let them do them over (which I respected and appreciated) and was also offered other compensation. But I honestly cant take another chance on them. I needed my shirts for my Launch Date/ Speaking Engagement August 19th. I was given a full refund !I believed in them and was truly let down. I pray they find more staff like the owner and Jason who are willing to do better and more personable. God Bless

I’ve never had a good experience with this company. Every time I get hoodies, etc done they mess them up one way or another. They are unorganized and sloppy. Stitching, quality of final products, and customer service is beyond poor.
