Its okay. Counter people seem mildly interested in having a customer interrupt their day: It turns out that Im a lousy spackler, so I asked if there were any tips or tricks for doing a good job. The answer was, sand it. Well, yeah. Very little curiosity or patience for understanding exactly what my issue was. Prices are what youd expect at a dedicated store. Benjamin Moore paints are supposed to be better, but what does that mean? Ive got 15 year old home Depot paint on my walls and it is fine.

I’ve been going to JC LICHT for years for paint and wallpaper. The employees are always very helpful and informative. I consider myself to be pretty good at picking paint color and finish, but Aly (the designer in the wallpaper section) is awesome. She takes it to the next level. She always knows just the right color for the space. I’ve consulted with Aly on wallpaper and paint on many occasions and I’ve been happy with every color choice she has suggested.

Alexandra is AMAZING!! She was so helpful with helping me pick Paint and wallpaper for my office.. she definitely knows her stuff!! She Follows up with emails and goes above and beyond!! I LOVE her!!!

This place is A1 very knowledgeable, the owner comes out to meet and greet with customers and make you feel and know that theyre always willing to go the extra mile, Man I also love the great attitude of all the employees, giving you a home town business feel, you wont be disappointed!!!!😀

I like shopping here, most of the time I purchase items here at a affordable price. Staff greet you as you come in and several times i was asked if i needed assistance in finding anything.

My family just recently purchased a home. I knew my first stop would be Benjamin Moore due to beautiful selection of paint, wallpaper and blinds. We purchased a large amount of paint gallons, brand new beautful blinds and the best part wallpaper. Alexandra was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about wallpaper designers and what would be well suited for a room. She kept us informed about the delivery of our items and most importantly a she was very friendly. Everyone at the Oak Park location is very nice and professional.We will be repeat customers again.Thank you!!!

Everything about the experience was top notch. Choosing the products, scheduling the measurements, and installation were all handled with great care. Followup was also excellent. My bad dog chewed the wooden balls off the ends of the strings on my blinds and Alexandra had new ones in hand within days. I will definitely be back.

Alexandra was so friendly, helpful and courteous during my attempt to place an order, I kept being placed on hold because staff was too busy. She understood my frustration and helped me with my request/ order. She made me forget that I was on hold for 15 minutes. People like her can make a difference. Thank you!

Alexandra was extremely helpful when I was choosing paint colors for an entire house. She is kind and patient. I was amazed by her knowledge and expertise with color. She also knows EVERYTHING about the wallpaper at Lichts. If you think you know what paint colors you want. . .consult with Alexandra before your final decision!

I went there with one simple question, the lady behind the counter was with customer, they were talking about some paint colors it was cleat that they knew each other. After a couple of minutes the sales lady finally looked at me with a polite,fake smile and said that she will be with me shortly. I waited some more minutes listening to them talking and nothing happened.I felt ignored so I left.

I highly recommend this place. I Had Juanita Rodriguez a design consultant who was so helpful and patient with me. She definitely knows her paints.

Very great Customer Service and all there help was very welcome. They were very friendly and were very helpfull. I do recommemd this place.

Juanita at this store bent over backwards to help me with a complicated blinds order for my whole condo. She got me discounts and rebates and samples galore. You dont see that every day anymore.
