I have known Cindy for many years. She is a kind person, very knowledgeable about hearing aids, and skillful in fitting them, which is also important. I recommended her to my brother-in-law, who is a musician and has hearing loss. In the last economic downturn, like many women I lost my job in a social services organization. Cindy encouraged me to work with the state program for people with disabilities - I did, and they found me a job. This was help above and beyond. I highly recommend Innovative Hearing Services!

We have had 3 family members with hearing loss and been going to Dr. Cindy Wilson at Innovative Hearing Services for about 20 years.. After too many failed visits, at other offices where every visit you see a different clinician, we found Dr. CIndy. She is skilled and personable and patient. My sister has a developmentai disability and Cindy was able to test her and she and her staff gives my sister special attention every time we visit. My mother was 102 years old and partially blind and very anxious when we realized she also could not hear. CIndys patient, cheerful manner was a lifesaver. She was able to test mother and arrange affordable hearing aides for her. Finally, my husband, a musician, was loosing his hearing due to years in front of loud stage speakers. He needed someone who understands the needs of a musician. Once again Cindy and her staff came through for us. I always recommend Dr. Wilson and her staff to anyone in search of personal service for their hearing loss. She is the best.
