I think your social media/website platform is large enough to update hours, when deciding to co close during normal business hours. This was a complete waste of time driving all the way to the store to find you closed on Sunday at 4p.m.

I am from Cincinnati seen this place just driving by decided to stop in and why!!! Did I do it to myself lol their kids clothes were great high quality urban clothing and the prices! I got 5 shirts for my 2 year old nephew, a swest suit, and Jeans got my 2 year old daughter a sweat suit 2 shirts and a blue Jean jacket and my 8 year old son a t shirt and an outfit all for under $200!!! I will be back before I hit the road home!

Great Spot
During the lock down in Michigan, I was unable to get my layaway out at this store and I was sick! I just came to retrieve money that was owed to me or to shop for more items. They said ( the cashiers) they where doing curbside orders and expected me to pay on my layaway during the pandemic. Ok! they said they texted everyone. No I did not receive a text. I feel the FKO should have given people credits on their accounts, instead of taking advantage of their customers during this hard time. I have been shopping at this location for over 4 years. I will never shop with them agin. I would like everyone to know how they treat their customers who keep their store open and running.
I have always loved this store. Their prices can b steep but they have affordable items as well. When I cant find something I can always count on FKO 4 kids.
My one and only complaint about this store is they have a restroom but dont allow the customers to use it. I spent 300 dollars on my daughter there and she wasnt allowed to use the restroom, instead we were directed to Save A Lot. I wasnt spending my money at Save A Lot and shouldnt have to take my 5 year old there to use the restroom. Its very tacky and there should be a better policy in place for the PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Brand names at very inexpensive costs.Great little girls accessories.Great selection of school uniforms.A hidden gem.Many people drive miles to go to that store.Plenty of parking. Clean. Great customer service in helping you find sizes.

I used to buy clothes for my niece at FKO. Now that shes 22 and has her own child I was looking for a dress for my great niece. Great selection at reasonable prices.
My sons the Austin Brothers, from the Austin Brothers Company had a business appearance and they needed a nice suit for the appearance. The staff at FKO was very professional and helped us find something that would be the best fit for them. The appearance went very well and they received lots of compliments on their suits. The Austin brothers have only used FKO clothing for their appearances and photoshoots. We were all pleasantly pleased and will be coming in again soon to purchase some more clothing.

Great place to get childrens uniforms for a great price. They even have a casual section for the everyday items. They are a great childrens store for both boys and girls, babies to middle school. They also have a wide variety that can reflect any childs style. Just some of the staff is and can be rude, short and ghetto.

I wish I could give them no stars. I put a layaway in in May and was not explained that if the layaway is cancelled they take all the money you have placed to hold the layaway. I have been a in Thatsthe store and was told rip they totalcouldnt offfind my layaway, then called twice and this is the service I received. People works ten times harder for their money and you just take it without any care stating its store policy. I would have never put a layaway in if I would have been explained this in the beginning. I use to always shop with them but they can never get my service again on top of that I am contacting the BBB because rather policy or not its not right to just take people hard owned money. Then the manager was so unprofessional, its ridiculous.
Shopped here for years every year getting school clothes for my kids but I will never spend another dime in this store ever again!! Recently spent 300$ on my son some school clothes and my son usually wears a 14 so that’s what size I purchased him. I guess this year he grew a bit and I bought 5 pairs of jeans here my son could not fit his leg In not one pair..everything was still detached nothing tooking off as far as tags or stickers nothing and they will not allow me to exchange anything although everything is still attached and I just purchased earlier today. So now I have to find someone to buy these jeans just so I can get him school clothes he can fit what kind of customer service is this none at all!!!!! U don’t do that to a loyal customer or any customer who spends there hard earned money at your store I don’t recommend this store to anyone who doesn’t like to take your children shopping with you because of they can not fit the items too bad for you!
I love FKO! my mother used to shop there for me when I was a child and now I shop there for my nieces and nephews. They always have affordable items! and theyre always up on the new trends !

It is hard to rate this experience. Only my second time visiting the store within the same week one of the managers here were obscene and unprofessional. Her name is Juliet. Juliet seems to have a hard time conveying general store merchandise knowledge to customers without being boisterous and rude. I wish I could have taken this to an owner of the shop, but the owner only allows managers to handle situations with customers because they wish not to be contacted. Well, If I were the owner maybe I would not want any hard-working people who only want excellent customer service and who shops for their children to contact me either. By the end of my shopping extravaganza and nice manager by the name of Annette or Anita (sp) was very professional and nice. I may consider shopping there again.
I have shopped here for years (13yrs) love the clothes and the deals. However just recently had a bad experience with one of the unprofessional managers. She was very disrespectful and needs training in working as a customer sservice representative. It did not stop me from shopping there because I love the store. She argued with me for about 15 minutes in front of my girls and had the nerve to tell me I dont have to buy anything in the store. I was very upset and it was because she said something about me under her breath and didnt think I would respond to her rudeness! She needed to be fired or at least down graded. Managers should not act like that in front of customers as well as children. Rude rude rude

After all my years of shopping there and all the money I have spent there i can’t believe how they did my child and me. I put a layway in of 7dresses 2 coats for Easter in that was my daughters Easter dress which I paid for that in full (100$) I went to get all of it out the week before Easter. They took my daughters Easter dress after it was paid for GONE and sold it. Waited weeks to speak with the owner gave me the run around several time. Customer service has gone completely down. When finally speaking to not the owner but the person who they said handles things like this she was rude to me. They would not give me my money back for the dress that I didn’t get nor would hey give me back all the money that was paid on the rest which totally was a little over 200$ all while I’m speaking with her she was rude so I told her I was going to call the BBB and she hung up in my face. I’m done with them I lost money that they will not give back and they Ru ruined my daughters Easter
I have been going to this store over 30 years. Not quite as unique as it once was was. Very limited in styles of merchandise. Too much of the same garments. Its okay.

Terrible!! Will never shop here again. I have a five year old grandchild whom I shop for at least three times a year, spending anywhere from $150 to $350 each trip. I recently purchased an outfit for my granddaughter and did not like the outfit and tried to exchange the outfit only, and because I did not have the receipt, I was rudely told that I could not exchange it. I asked to speak to the manager, who did not offer any options. I will never spend my money in a place as such. Their RETURN POLICY sucks.

I felt oddly profiled by the skinny black older female and Im black btw. Smh... She followed me, my husband and our 2 toddlers girls around the store the entire time. Once I accumulated about 7 items she came and physically TOOK THEM OUT MY HAND & said Ill hold on to this. That was the last straw for me. I planned on spending about 2 or 3 hundred on my girls but I ended up cashing out immediately after that. I will probably never return to this location. The saving grace that gives them 2 stars was the sweet cashier at end. She was kind and very patient with my girls who insisted on helping daddy pay.

I have been going to Leytons ever since they were next to Sanders in the Grandland shopping center. The Clothes are amazing and reasonable! But it is this one Russian looking lady that works the registers a lot she has a horrible attitude and very uninterested in helping you. She rushes you. She kind has they look down her nose at you type of way. So I dont go there as much because of her. She is in some of the photos in these reviews.
Family friendly service ~ always
I went to shop in this store because I assumed the carry quality clothes for kids but the treatment I got from the Manager of that store was so sad and at a point I felt like crying and regretted ever driving 40 minutes just to shop at this particular store. I saw this two beautiful suits that I like so much and decided to buy the two suits for my boys only to realize that one of the the button on one of the suits was almost falling out. I called to the attention of one of the attendants who told me that the manager will fix the buttons before I buy them. So, I started shopping while waiting for the manager to amend the suit. I actually spent almost 2 hours in the store because I thought the manager needed time to amend the suit before buying it only for me to get the shock of my life when I was ready to pay for the suits and other things I found in the store. I found out that the manager never amended the suit as she promised. I was like what went wrong? I really need that suit for my boys event only for the manager to tell me that she did amended the other suit instead of the one that was bad, I was like how can that be possible, that that suit she claimed to amend was in perfect condition. The manager was like please leave me, that she got an appointment to catch, I was like what? so you made me to stay all this while only to realize that you never did what you promised to do. I told her that is better to say the truth instead of lying to your customer. She was so rude and acted as if she wanted me to leave the store and mind you, I have been in this store for over two hours waiting. At last, after waiting, the manager told me that she will not amend the suit that she got an appointment in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I promised myself that I will never ever set my foot in that store. On the other hand, I already spent my time in that store, and my kids love what I picked for them, So I end up purchasing the suit with all the button almost falling off and other things I picked from the store and end up spending $348 because I said to myself that I know quite alright that, that manager is not the owner of FKO and that is why she treated me in such a respectful manner. I still regret my trip to that store and will never set my foott back to that store or recommend that store to any of my friends . This event took place on April 11th, 2015 around 4:50pm

My sons five and three had to use the restroom, when asked for the key the response was we don’t have a public restroom who it’s for. For my two sons ok I’ll get the key for you. I’m awaking around as the boys Dad takes them and over here the employees joking about the situation which they didn’t know it was my children oh and not to mention the boss was laughing with them all. All the things I️ had in my hand to purchase put back on the shelf

Well this last visit summed things up for me! 1st of all i dont how this store managed to stay all this time, even since back in the day on Grandriver, but anywho....i shopped there then, and i was shopping here now, but during my last visit i went to purchase school uniforms for my 3yr old and he had to use tge restroom...i got sent on a mission throughout the store to locate the manager, whom was VERY RUDE! saying i dont know why they told ypu that becasue we dont have a public restroom!, ok let me say that my 3yo has used the very restroom there before! And i said that to her and she contunied to go back and forth with me about letting him go! So we kindly left and if i could have gotten away with it and was that type of individual, i would have allowed my Son to pee on the floor! also let me remind you that i have and was about to spend money in this store! Guess what she dont care! And neither do i! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY TIME or MONEY HERE AGAIN!!! AND GOOD LUCK TO THE ONES THAT DO!!! I will drive to Westhell and back before i step foot into this RACIST, F*@KED UP RETURN POLICY HAVING, PUPPET STAFFED, OVERRATED STORE AGAIN!!!!!!
