I had a great experience coming hear. I bike down hear a lot and I was looking for a Nintendo switch and a game but it was hard to figure out. The nicest worker come to help me right away and it was awesome. I came home and played the game and switch he told me to get, it was awesome I will definitely go back there

The staff is what saved this experience. I cant say enough good things about J.Mackenzie, they helped the best they could with a problematic computer system and made things right when the system flawed. The three other associates that assisted were also very helpful.Target Corp will get a seperate letter, but the employees did everything to make it better.

I love target order pickup, but just had an awful experience I need to report. First, after entering in the number for where I was parked, and showing my confirmation number, I was somehow brought someone elses items (not sure how this can happen). Luckily I noticed the items werent mine and had to wait for them to get the items I ordered. Then, when I was brought the correct items, the person loading them in my back seat opened the door, and hit the cart - not a plastic cart but a heavy duty metal one. When I got home, I checked my door, and sure enough there was paint that fell off when I brushed my hand over it. Beyond upset.

I was looking for a dehumidifier for my home and came across the Haier 50 Pint Dehumidifier. During the time of my visit, there was not a price tag for this unit on the shelf. I looked up the price on the Target website and it sold for $202.99, which was right around where Id expected it to be.When checking out at self-checkout, the product came out to be $249.99 instead of $202.99 on the website. I removed the item from the cart, which required the approval of a staff member.The staff member (I didnt get his name) asked why I didnt want the item. I told him, the price of the item did not reflect that of the website. He asked if I could pull up the website on the phone to show him, which I did.Without any other questions, he adjusted the price of the dehumidifier to reflect the $202.99 on the website. This made them a sale. I thanked him afterwards, but I wished I would have gotten his name for this review.

Bought a massive TV and a stand. The employees were all fantastic. Im in an arm sling and they did everything including tetris to fit it in the truck. Absolutely fantastic experience! Thank you team!

I did the self service check out. The employee working that area, was so on top of things that she grabs by basket, then helped by complete my transaction and gave me a gift card I earned for the purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

I went to pick up some beauty supplies and the worker, Alyssa, was the most rude employee I have ever met. I asked for help reaching an item as it was too far up and she looked at me and walked away. At first I thought she just didnt hear me which was fine, but she clicked her tongue as she passed me.

Wanted stuff to make tacos. Grabbed everything only to find out there wasnt any beef. Not the end of the world but a notice on the front door wouldve saved me the time.

Im fed up with shopping at Target and only shop there about once a year. Your sale prices and prices that come up on cartwheel never come up at the register. Its gotten to the point that I give them one item at a time for them to ring up so I can be sure to get the price thats promised. Happens every time! Been going on for a couple of years now. If its happening to me every time, its happening to others.

Ordering online was clear cut and quick. Pick up went without a hitch. Cheap and quick--just the way I like it!

On time. Quick. You are really interactive with the app and staff at Target. I have gone other places and tell you we are coming but the staff is not even aware of the client waiting outside.

I like this Target location. Close to home and convenient. I love that its not overly crowed with peeps; makes it easier to walk around the entire store without bumping into strangers. Good clearance items can be found. Its not too complicated to coupon here.Some cashiers needs more training than others. Had this young kid once ring my stuff up, didnt look at me once or say a single word. So I thought Maybe he has a disability. The next person in line said hi to him and he greeted them! I was like He can talk all this time?! Learn your customer service skills!Today! Had a cashier who almost let the lady in front me just walk away without paying. The cashier also had her hand down her neckline, groping her own BOOB for 3+ minutes! I should have just took all my items off the belt and went to the next cashier. This lady is gross.

Target is very convenient with many locations near me and always has what I am looking for. I also appreciate the cartwheel app and the coupons that come in the mail to help save a little money. I also enjoy how Target picks good quality brands and goods to sell in their stores. Even the Target brand, Up and Up, is a good quality generic brand that I can count on and is always much cheaper than regular brands. The employees are always helpful and answer questions and find others to help me if they cannot answer my questions. I absolutely love the ordering online and picking up in store, especially in the smaller stores where the customer service counter is directly inside the store. This helps my trip me quick while I checkout the merchandise while at home. I have not tried the Target Drive Up feature yet, but Im sure to expect the same friendliness and promptness from the employees as usual. I love Target, always my go to.

My favorite target to go to but also the closest one to me. But its never busy. A little secluded so not a lot of people know of this target.

This is my go-to Target! Its smaller but its always clean, organized, and I know where to find the things I need. Its not super crowded with a lot of people. The staff is always friendly and their customer service is great.

I had a $25 gift card and the gal who rang me up said it had zero balance. Instead of checking it again to make sure it was entered correctly she told me to call the number on the back of the card later because she was in a hurry to take her break even though they had 4 cashier lines opened and no customers were checking out. I called to check once I got into my car and sure enough $25 still there in the gift card. I did make a stop at a different target the next day and the cashier at this other target took her time to enter the access code for my gift card and yep it went through.

ONE OF THE BEST TARGET IN MINNESOTA. WAIT MY NUMBER 1 FAVORITE. The workers are great! They’re understandable, they’re helpful and they’re super friendly. Many great finds here and also a very welcoming clean environment

Great neighborhood store for us in Oakdale. I like in store shopping, but drive up ordering is becoming my new fave. (I dont spend as much that way!) But if you do go in, youll find its a smaller store & thats ok. Staff is helpful & the few regular faces I do see there are always nice (Mark, Vickie, Jan). Ive been shopping @ this location going on 8 years & have loved watching it turn from a sleepy little store, to a busier suburb shopping center!

I love the way I feel going into my target. The Oakdale location has wonderful team members that are helpful and kind. This location is a bit smaller but always well stocked and close to home!

Late night formula run for baby. Lady guarding the door assumes I cant read and feels entitled enough to inform me they close in 2 minutes.I mean, two minutes is two minutes right?This lady is more concerned with making sure I know shes got better things to do than welcome me into Target. I realize its late. Youre open until 10, welcome me in until 10. After 10, you can tell me to go the f home because you like riding hotdogs. I dont care. You do you.Dont be rude to me when Im trying to feed my baby.Ill go somewhere else next time.Thanks Target.

Customer service at self checkout was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Associate deleted all my coupons upon collecting them to the tune of $39. After checkout I needed to get this issue corrected and the associate offered no apology. I understand mistakes can occur, but how you handle the situation after the error is what needs to be focused on.

I really enjoy this Target location as its still not hit its peak with the community around it. Often there arent too many people over-crowding the store, but dont expect that to last. Soon this will be bustling like all of the other Target locations and perhaps then they will add the deli meats counter as its NOT there yet.

Live a few blocks from this target and it is my favorite target from others in surrounding area. Never super busy, always find a close parking spot, always clean (even the bathroom-which lacks at most other target stores) and I live how when looking for clothes, I usually am successful in finding a variety of sizes. I find that most other bustier targets are always out of mediums and large in adult clothing. Although it does not have a fully stocked grocery store, I find lots of great grocery items, especially wren I need jest a few items to finish a meal.

I love target. I love the brands. I love finding deals. I love the quality. I love the atmosphere. Target forever.

At check out, 2 clerks were standing watching people in the return lisle talking. No registers were open except the self check out. I had over $100 dollars worth of items. After their non committal to open a register I begin unloading my cart at the self serve. I was then being watched like I was going to steal something. I almost left the cart. I have never been so disappointed in customer service.

This Target has good customer service. Theyve always been helpful if I have any issues. The layout of the store makes everything easy to find.

My mom had a very bad experience trying to buy $7000 in gift cards for her employees, and having Target Corporate inactivate all of her gift cards. She had a great in-store experience, and the manager checked her out but all of her gift cards were then inactivated. It never got resolved, she was blamed for the error of the clerk, and she will never shop there again. All of this was over a $30-$60 extra discount she didnt even know she received. I cant believe Target would sacrifice $7000 (and probably that much over many years!) for $30. She even offered to pay the $30 she didnt know she got discounted erroneously, but was treated very poorly. She spent over 15 hours of her time on the phone and going to the store trying to resolve the issue, and never had it resolved. I have a very hard time recommending Target to anyone after her experience.

Can always find what Im looking for at Target at a reasonable price--and when I have come to pick something up that I found on their website that was cheaper (by $20!!) my Target pricematched!!!! No worries, no problems, no questions!!!! As a matter of fact the associate helping me was more upset then I was until the Manager came over and said no problem! Target rocks!!!

Unfortunately the Oakdale Target is my target. I love Target but this store needs some serious changes. The shelves are always empty! I understand when produce is low but I mean they cant even keep something simple like water stocked. This is a repeated pattern. The employees on the floor are great. They are helpful and available but when there is no product to sell, you cant be very helpful! I really hope there are some changes at the Oakdale location that will result in having ample products to sell.

UPDATE:Came into the store for 2 things, ice cream sandwiches & alcohol pads.You overcharged me for the pads and refused to refund the difference. 4 team members and melted ice cream sandwiches later, Karsen, team lead, said it was worth it to lose a loyal customer than right the wrong.DONE2018 * * * * * I love great customer service. I had an issue with the online ordering process, and when I called the store, Kerri (a manager) was able to diffuse the situation and take care of my needs. In an imperfect world, with imperfect technology, its such a relief when real, live human beings can make a difference!

The store is clean, and they have everything you need from clothes, to meds, to food, to housewares! The bathrooms have been very gross though so that needs improvement!!!

We enjoy this store for our weekly grocery trips since its got a good selection and smaller crowds.However, please check your expiration dates on yogurt and dairy products before you buy. Our experience has been that on multiple occasions the yogurt on the shelf has passed its expiration date.

I attempted to get the number for cooperate Target by calling the nearest Target to me. Oakdale MN The customer service rep told me they did not know what the cooperate number was and to go online. I told them that was not an option and that I needed the number for cooperate target. Again they said they did not know it and when I asked to speak to a manager they replied they are the manager. The individual on the phone was extremely rude and refused to look it up for me.If you work at any Target you should have the number of your cooperate location. This n my opinion is extremely lazy behavior. I am very disappointed in how I was treated for a very simple question. I would give negative stars if allowed due to how I was treated on the phone

The pharmacy personnel are great, however the hours on your website are not exactly correct. You should show the time when the pharmacy is totally closed down for lunch. It would be nice to know this.

Its unfortunate that target is getting this review, as I am a huge fan of this target location. I am however always highly dissatisfied with the CVS and their team. I was just as unhappy today when I went to refill my standing medicine order when I was told I was 6 days late and wouldnt be able to pick it up now without going to a doctor again. I also did not get a phone call or email that my medicine had been filled and was told obviously something was wrong with my phone.Wont be getting anything from this pharmacy EVER again. Horrid customer service. If I could give you no stars I absolutely would.

This Target never has anything in stock - and then you wait several weeks for it to get back on the shelf. I work across the street so this might not be a problem for everyone but its quite annoying.

The store was about half stocked, never have the Zegerid I want in stock. Car horns kept sounding for pick up, snack bar closed.

Oakdale Target is a nice, newer, clean store. The new brands help, the shelves are usually stocked up, and it is fairly easy to get in and out of the lot and store.

Love that this Target is generally not very crowded. They are very good at greeting customers.

Everytime we goto this target we get the worst trainer cashier that is rude and not friendly what so ever. We just went to exchange an item we had on our baby registry and they told us the best they could give us is $107 the travel system costs $179. We will never be back to this location. Its close and convenient but only if I want to be treated like garbage. Im sure my money will not be missed. This is the worst target around.

This specific Target is the worse existing store ever. I walked in planning to buy clothes and a Xbox One game, but from the moment i walked in i felt uncomfortable, they thought i was here up to no good, i even heard the workers saying some kinda messed up things about me over by the electronics. I know target is top notch on security.. but yall needa chill, start looking for the suspessious activity and action not the suspecious people cos i was there for the same reason az everyone else, and i leave feeling like this, its what does keep low selfesteem and hopelessess feelings, all i bought after this was just a MONSTER to get cash back and go elsewhere for my purchases until target learns which one of us is supposed to be the target..

This is our nearest neighborhood Target. One of the best things about this location is that its not very busy, especially compared to nearby ones like the Super Target in Woodbury.

Checked out 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday and noticed only the self check-out lanes were open. No big deal, except there were three staff standing by customer service chatting casually among themselves. As we exited, I made it a point to look at one of the staff to see if a glimmer of customer service could be found in her demeanor (a cordial thank you or good night as Ive come to expect from the Target brand), but she made it a point to conspicuously look away, which added to the travesty. If late night staff insist on being devoid of service, might as well close the store early all together instead of paying them to do nothing.

Close to my house and friendly staff, although i dont usually shop at Target, since its more expensive, this one is an exception.
